Update: Used the team again for a major plumbing outside line leak for my house. Joel and his team was very prompt and quick and did the work at reasonable cost of 10k. First it was a 3.5k work to fix the leak and then we found multiple leaks and had the whole line replaced for reliability which increased the budget to 10k. Many others were taking more time to estimate and was definitely higher.These guys are experts and they did the digging using excavators, installed the new line, removed the concrete, also ensured no other lines are impacted like at&t, gas sewers and others. They even tried to reduce the impact on my stone wall on the side the house, by making an underground hole to push the pipe without impacting top soil. they followed the city guidelines and city approval was smooth too. Cleaned up the place and finished the work and great job team!!. Keep up the great work.Used Illinois Sewer & Drain Inc. again for a plumbing service for my home. Bathroom shower/faucet and valve changed. Joel and his son came and fixed things quickly and at very reasonable cost. Appreciate the great service and keep rocking as you guys do. Definitely happy to refer them to any family or friends i know.

Was referred to this company from a friend and it was the best choice I could have made. I had about 4 companies inspect my sewer and give quotes and which was over a month period and nobody acted as quick or was as competitive with pricing as Illinois Sewer and Drain. I worked with Joe who is a great guy to work with and his company as a whole. 2 days after calling he was here for the initial inspection and quote and in three days his team had pulled the permit and dug and installed a new main sewer line to the city main. Inspector was here all of 10 min saying what a great job they did and hole was closed up same day of passing inspection. Great all around company with great people and made it as smooth as possible for me.

The people at Illinois Sewer and Drain are so very easy to work with. Darrin and Jennifer were very helpful. Darrin did a great job clearing the sewer line and showed me where additional work was needed. The crew they sent did a great job. I certainly would have them do more work if needed and will recommend them to my neighbors.

I needed a clogged tub drain unclogged and a leaky basement pipe fixed. They came out early fixed all problems in a very efficient and professional manner. I have had plumbers in the past do work in my building, but never as throughly and professionally done as this. Jennifer was amazing on the phone absolutely helpfully understating took her time to explain things and made sure I fully understood what I needed to do while waiting for her thecs! The guy that came out couldnt have been nicer made sure to they made sure when they were explaining what went was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it that they dumbed down everything so I know what they are doing and showed me everything so I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of! I have done sewer work as a sewer tech for a few years so I already knew what was wrong and what needed to be done the guys were right on the money with everything even quited cheaper that I expected! Definitely recommended them

Outstanding service from Matt and Eddie. Very professional, no unreasonable bait and switch upselling.The job WAS bigger than i thought and required more time and resources but the cost was commensurate with the effort and was quoted before the work began. No surprises. We had many many years of grease and crud that accumulated in the 60 drain from the kitchen sink to the main drain. We tried to snake it. No luck. Even the rooter machine couldnt break it up. So the next day they brought in the hydrojet and that did the job. Definitely not a DIY job. They cleaned everything up as if they were never there. Will be using them for regular maintenance and any other plumbing needs from now on. Very pleased. They were great to work with. Super nice guys.

A++++++++++Will never use any other company for our plumbing needs. We happened upon IS&D in 2022 when we were getting a second opinion on a clogged pipe. Another company that shall remain nameless put a camera down and gave us a horror story of a tree root going through the clay pipe stating the only way to unclog our drain was to dig up our yard and sidewalk to get to the problem. We had previously replaced the clay pipe in our front yard to the sidewalk but not from the sidewalk to the main line. We thought this was the Villages responsibility only to find out that though it was in the parkway, and their tree, their section between the sidewalk to the middle of the street, we as homeowners were responsible for maintenance and repairs. The quote given by the other company was $5500. They said we had to act fast before that price went up. Nope!!!I thank God for our second opinion. IS&D was able to see the tree root in question and did say that if we chose to fix it they would supply a quote, but that they could alleviate the current stopped up drain for a minimal charge to keep us going for awhile. They rotted a hole through the middle of the root which restored our drainage.Fast forward to a few weeks ago, our drains werent clogged, just slow so I called and scheduled an appointment with Jennifer to have them come out yesterday between 4-5p. There was a tiny mix-up in scheduling but Jen was able to reach her team and had them out within the hour. Darren and Jeff were polite, clean and efficient. Jeff rotted the pipe and let us know the root had just started to branch out again and recommended their services every year or two to keep it at bay (in lieu of the full costly repair at this time). Darren worked inside the home and checked our kitchen, bathtub and vanity. He gave us some cleaning tips (and not the baking soda and vinegar trick that I read online....cant always believe what you read, LOL)They were there and gone within a half hour and also used the $99 coupon I found.If youre looking for a reputable, honest and great plumbing company look no further. Try second, and third opinions if you must, but I can probably guarantee that youll want to use IS&D moving forward. No more second opinions for us, they have our business for life!

These guys are awesome! They did a great job, fixing my sewer line, and my sump pump outlet. I have never been happier with people fixing things for my house. Clean, kind, hard working, friendly, professional, I just cant say enough. From the customer service (thanks Jen) to the owner of the company for returning my phone call within minutes. They were here on a Sunday to look at it, and quote me the job cost, to everyone that came to do the jobs. They had to dig up my back yard to fix the line of my sump pump, doesnt even look like the lawn was dug up to do it. New sod, new line, it just looks great! Great overall experience. I needed rodding and hydro jetting services to remove tree roots and mud in drain pipe taking discharge from my sump pumps into storm sewer. The crew (Matt and Eddie) were very efficient and friendly. I also then engaged them to clean out the french drain in my backyard which was clogged up and filled with debris. They did excellent workThe office staff was also very friendly and kept me apprised of expected arrival time.The prices they charged for their excellent work was very reasonable.I highly recommend them to snyone dealing with similar issues.
