Kai and the team at KMK were great to work with! They were very thorough, accessible, responsive, detail-oriented and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our roof, siding, window trims, shutters and gutters. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and our house looks even better than we expected. The team completed the job quicker than planned, despite a few small projects we added on. From handling insurance claims to picking out the design and aesthetics of the exterior, they were consultative and collaborative with us along the way. In an industry where it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor, KMK is credible, puts the customer first, and always kept our best interests at the forefront. Great company, owner, and team of guys to work with. Kai came out to give me a quote on a new roof. His attitude and attention to detail sold me on him and his company, and his price was just icing on the cake. Even with a weather delay it was only about two weeks and the roof was installed. The guys working were great, and I’d love to have them for other projects as well. If you want quality work with a local company that knows and cares about its customer base, then KMK is the best choice.

We had a great experience with KMK. Joe was very helpful and patient with us throughout the process. He helped us by getting what we needed when our insurance company was not wanting to budge but eventually they did. Joe checked in multiple times throughout the repair process to make sure everything was going ok and again when the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. The workers were on time every day and were always nice. I would definitely use KMK again to have any repairs done to our home and highly recommend them to others.

Besides the beautiful transformation of our exterior, the biggest benefit for me was the detailed prep work-- We havent had a single mouse in the house since KMK completed the job months ago!

We met with multiple contractors and kept getting off vibes and lack of confidence/experience prior to meeting Kai. Kai and his team were AMAZING. We had our siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, a bay window, and multiple other windows replaced. We have an older house and naturally things came up; Kai and his team reassured us and brought us confidence and peace of mind in the additional work it needed. Kai’s guidance with our insurance claim (hail damage) was a huge help considering we’d never experienced this before. Kai is responsive in a timely manner and his employees were great company to have around. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again for any future projects.

Kai was so professional, polite, knowledgeable and went through exactly everything they were going to do. He even went out of his way to go pickup a small peice of siding that he noticed was missing from my chimney. The crew was professional, polite and their work was outstanding and prestine. This company truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond. They even popped in all my siding that had popped out free of charge and they were not even there to do work on my siding. KMK, you guys are the absolute best and need to be recognized for your outstanding work and how much you go out of your way to please your customers. It is so hard to find an honest company that you can trust and KMK is the company to trust in when it comes to your homes needs. I will definitely be calling them again for feature work. After my home was damaged by a hail storm, there was a hail of companies that desended upon my neighborhood, after getting a few quotes and talking to a few contractors who just didnt give me a good vibe, I checked the BBB website and found KMK, I decided to call them, that was a great decision their service is amazing, Chris took care of everything, and Im not easy to deal with Im very indecisive, but Chris was very patient and guided me through the process, my home looks amazing they did a excellent job! Great Business! Ive used them a couple of times now. Most recently I called Kai after an exceptionally heavy streak of snowstorms left ice dams on my roof. They had begun to build up water and were leaking in my front window. They also replaced the flashing around my chimney last year when it began to leak. I definitely recommend calling them for all your roofing needs.

We hired KMK to put up new gutters. While doing the measurements he pointed out that the roof had not been done properly. The roof was brand new. While KMK offered to redo it we contacted the roofer as it was warrantied and they redid it. However if it werent for their attention to detail we would not have know the shingles had been put on incorrectly. Would definitely recommend.
