    Joe was able to replace a faulty water heater that another company had installed a day after we got the part. He was friendly knowledgeable and professional. He gave us the most cost effective solution when he could have taken a different route to dish is the ongoing issue. They are responsive and answered all of our questions. We will be using them for future needs!

    Called Young Plumbing on a Monday morning after failing to install a new water heater myself. Josh and Seba came out the same day, and a few hours later, I had a new working heater. Both men were very professional, and the work looks well done. They also cleaned up the worksite before leaving. I am very happy with the work, and will absolutely call Young Plumbing again the next time plumbing needs arise.

    James & Tanner were not only amazing in fixing my drain, but they were so good with my puppy. The pair were very friendly, quick and efficient with great attitudes! My husband called about 6am the Saturday after Christmas and they were out by 9am. If I ever have another plumbing issue I’ll call Young. Highly recommend. The Young staff knows what they’re doing!

    We had an emergency plumbing issue. Young plumbing was wonderful to work with. They came out not even a half hour after we called them. Joe & James Came out and they checked everything and they were wonderful to work with and explained everything they were doing. I would highly recommend young plumbing. Both plumbers were great and they fixed are issues right away. I would highly recommend young plumbing.

    Young Plumbing is amazing! Tony and Ty came to my home six days before Christmas, within two hours after I called, to fix a faulty shower system. The water had been running for two weeks at a slow drip that was becoming worse, and it was hot water coming through. They knew exactly how to take care of it and were in and out within an hour at an affordable price. 100% would recommend!

    Called for an emergency service because sewage was backing up in one of my showers. Tom and James came out and did a fantastic job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to take care of the blockage for a reasonable price, especially considering the emergency service. I’m so grateful to both of them for their expertise. And my dog liked them so much, he barked when they left instead of when they arrived.

    Young Plumping did an exceptional job! Tony and Ty were at my house within 30 minutes, quickly assessed the problem and immediately got to work clearing the blocked drains/pipes. They were very informative during the whole process and once cleared they cleaned up behind themselves. They also were very careful while working inside the house.     Contacted John at Young Plumbing late on a Friday night regarding a backed up toilet.Tom arrived early the next morning on time for our appointment. He explained what he would do and proceeded to unclog the toilet with ease. Grateful he did not have to pull the toilet to remedy the situation. Tom was friendly, quick and efficient.     Had a leak coming from under the kitchen sink Sunday afternoon. Called Young Plumbing and the receptionist was great. She told us what to expect the next day with a phone call before the workers arrived. They were on time and courteous. They assessed the issue, gave me a quote, and started the job. They showed me the new piping design and the new sink strainers. I am happy with their work and the leak is gone. They tested the dishwasher and the filled the sinks and all was working well again. They even secured the hose handle which had never been screwed in by the original installers and I never knew what was wrong and why it was so wobbly.Thank you for all of the help Tom & Tyler!!

    I recently faced an unfortunate situation with a clogged sewer and called Young Plumbing for help.     Tom and James were very polite and knowledgeable. And helped me understand all aspects of my plumbing issue. Another company came out(rotto-rooter) came out and tried to solve my problem. They were here for close to six hours and couldn’t fix my problem and left my bathroom a complete disaster and did not even tighten my toilet back up properly. Tom and James had everything working in a reasonable amount of time and even told me all that they were doing, even if I have future plumbing problems, I will call Young plumbing again and request Tom and James every time . They even made me feel less stressed about what I was going through with my plumbing.👍🏻

    I called around 7:30am on 8.29.24to ask for a plumber to come out to my home and they sent someone right away.     Our house was built (1951), plaster walls, crawl space, home with a lot of character. 1st visit - Called Young to give an estimate to remove all galvanized piping in crawl space and replace with modern Pex Piping. Sebastian was very thorough and professional explained the whole process to my husband and I. 2nd visit - Sebastian & Tanner started the estimated 10 hour process of removing galvanize piping and replacing with Pex Piping. We are very pleased with the outcome, finally water that flows strong & sturdy. Sebastian answered any questions we had along the way. I would recommend both Sebastian & Tanner for future projects.

    One of our tenants had a plumbing emergency over Mothers Day weekend. Because of the professionalism shown previously by Tom and James, we contacted Young Plumbing for assistance. Although we requested Tom and James again, they were unavailable. We did however receive assistance from two more plumbing professionals from Young Plumbing. Both Seba and Tyler were excellent as well. They responded quickly and resolved a major issue that allowed the tenant and her son to have peace of mind that everything regarding the plumbing was fixed properly.

    A couple of weeks ago when NWI was experiencing sub zero temps, my pipes completely froze - scary stuff, and obviously time sensitive as they hadnt burst but could.Excellent customer service on the phone, and they scheduled us for the next day even though they were SLAMMED with similar requests. They promised to let us know if something opened up sooner, were true to their word and came three hours sooner than originally scheduled. Tom and Tyler were awesome - friendly, patient, and honest!     We are so grateful for Young Plumbing. Our water heater went out and was leaking on Sunday and I got an appointment first thing on Monday. Tom & Tyler arrived promptly at 7:30am. They were courteous and professional. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years.     Tyler and Tom came out and not only were they very pleasant they were very patient. We had other issues going on with the water and they waited until they could test our lines to make sure things were clear. They were on time, professional, and gave us advice on how to keep from our lines possibly clogging again. Would definitely recommend them to others.

    I am mid remodel and limited on my knowledge of plumbing so when I discovered leaking shutoffs I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I called Young’s and they were able to accommodate a short notice service call and fit me in the schedule promptly. Tony and Sebastian were polite, thorough and efficient in the repair. I’m fairly new to the area so I’m thankful I now know a company I can call and rely on in the local area. I will also add they are compassionate and thoughtful of your family pet while they are in your home.

    Same day service! Today, Seba and Mike fixed a lingering problem in the laundry room at my mothers home. The gentlemen were friendly and professional. We saw the truck twice earlier in the day while doing errands. Im glad that I took a photo of the service truck for the number! If there are any other needs, we will surely call.     Our old hot water tank stopped working on Easter Sunday. I emailed Young plumbing and was surprised to get a call back the same day. Even more surprised when he said a technician would be there the same day. They were able to install the new tank same day. Easter Dinner crisis averted! Technicians Tony and Seba were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We will definitely use them again.

    Joe and Tyler came out within 24hrs of my call and were super professional! They helped me out and got my sewer main Rodded out in about an hour. It was full of tree roots and they were able to get it all cleared out. They explained everything to me as they were doing it. I would recommend this company and specifically Joe and Tyler. I will have them put for any future work on my house. 5 stars all the way around!

    I called Young Plumbing with an emergency this morning and they said someone could come out in 20-30 minutes…excellent. Tom and Jay were quick to diagnose my plumbing issue and then tackled my other plumbing issues I’d had on my list. Toms advice today saved me a whole shower tear-out too. Would absolutely recommend!     Woke up to discover the inline water filter under the kitchen sink was spraying water out of one side. I called Young Plumbing and they had someone out to my home within an hour. Tony and Seba quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the filter with a coupling until I can find another inline filter. They were pleasant, professional, and very efficient! Highly recommend!Called Young Plumbing again today for a backed up drain. Tony and Ty got here before noon and got to work clearing the drain. They finished up pretty quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Again, very pleasant, professional, and efficient. I continue to recommend them!!

    Tom and Jay showed up early and gave me a consultation on a new water heater. Ended up buying from them and they found my sump pump was defective as well, I had no idea! Luckily they had one on the truck ready for replacement. They finished the job in a timely fashion and the price was more than reasonable.
