Nik was incredible! He saved the day by responding promptly to an emergency situation when no one else was available for a week. He came out the same day taking time from his lunch break to investigate the problem and provide advice on different options and what I could do myself now, and what we could do to resolve the problem completely in the future. This got us back up and running when everyone else said we needed to wait. I will be calling him again and I would recommend you do as well!
