    I highly recommend Adirondack Paint & Flooring, Fred Levitt did an exceptional job finishing our unfinished basement. From start to finish, they communicated clearly on when and what needed to be done throughout the project. From sheetrocking, painting, woodworking/molding to install a luxury vinyl flooring. Fred and his team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent craftsmanship. The team was efficient and respectful of our space. Our basement turned out even better than we imagined, and were thrilled with the results.     I highly recommend Adirondack Paint & Flooring. Fred and Kevin completed an exterior siding project for us this fall and will be back in the spring/summer to paint the trim. They are great communicators and showed up when they said they would. They worked efficiently and did an amazing job!

    While building a home in the ADKs, we reached a point where we needed some relief help for some projects. A search on Facebook Word of Mouth: Good contractors, A Tri-Lakes resource, resulted in quite a few positive reviews of Fred Levitt and his company, Adirondack Paint & Flooring. We initially reached out to Fred for flooring installation, but soon expanded his services to painting, trim work and kitchen cabinet installation. Fred and Kevin are great carpenters and did an excellent job for us and moved our build along so much faster than we could have done on our own. He always answered our calls, showed up when he said he would, was patient with us and we enjoyed his and Kevins company while we all worked on our different projects in the house. If you are looking for two guys with integrity, who work hard, finish the project on time and as promised, you wont be disappointed. Thank you Fred and Kevin for all that you did for us.

    Fred recently painted the entire interior of my house. I was very pleased with the efficiency and customer service provided. He is on time and follows through as promised. His price was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use his company in the future.

    Fred did great work staining the exterior of our house and replacing many shingles in the peak. It was refreshing that Fred came when promised, both for the initial estimate and the actual work. He was reasonably priced and worked hard. He did not rotate between other clients, but came and stayed until the job was completed. His actual bill was right on estimate...again refreshing. I would highly recommend Freds services.

    We recently had the outside of our house painted by Fred and are extremely happy with the result. He showed up when he said he would and worked every day until the job was completed. There were no paint droppings and we are extremely happy. We would recommend him.

    We used Fred after we bought our home in Wilmington in 2020. Trades are very tight and good trades are hard to find. If you own a home in the Adirondacks you learn patience.At this point I wouldnt call anyone else.Fred is a one-man operation. If you expect youre going to call on Monday and a team of 10 people will show up to finish your job on Tuesday hes not your guy. But if youre patient and want quality work at a fair price give him a call.

    Fred installed luxury vinyl floors and painted 2 bedrooms in my house. Couldn’t be happier how it came out and how efficient Fred was. Highly Recommend him. He’s on time, comes when he says he will and great at what he does.
