Roys Electric in Lake placid

We were in the process of full remodel one of the oldest houses in Wilmington. It was a total electrical upgrade. New fixtures, outlets, heaters(including floor heaters), internal wiring, 2 meters and 2 panels, our electrician completely went off the deep end. I knew we needed a new electrician so I called 6 places. Pete from Roy’s was the only person to answer the phone. He’s said he could come THAT DAY to look at the job and could start the next day. I have not received a call back from the other five yet, That was 7 days ago and Pete and his crew just finished the job. Up until this point it was taking months of come and go quick visits from our previous electrician and he hadn’t even got to the hard stuff yet (the panels and meters). Pete negotiated with the power company to push our reconnection service ahead and in two visits was able to complete the whole job. His crew worked very efficiently and it’s really nice to see Pete the owner of the operation on site setting the pace. Pete’s communication and invoicing is on point.As a customer service based business owner, I highly recommend Roy Electric. They have been a godsend on this project.

Peter and his crew are phenomenal. I called them with a project I didnt have planned and they were at my house within the week -- with the extra lights I needed!!! .....I didnt have to wait months like with other companies. They come in and get the work done....they dont stand around chit chatting. I have more projects planned and Roys Electric is who I plan to call. I highly recommend them!

These guys are fantastic. Ive had friends and family highly recommend Roys Electric when theyve found themselves in a bind. Staff show up as soon as requested and are extremely helpful and courteous. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Recommend very highly. They are very responsive answer your phone call, return your phone call,respond to your e-mail or text etc. They are prompt and very professional and courteous. No need to call any other electrician in the area who would not answer your call or return your call anyway.
