    All phases of my seawall project exceeded my expectations. Their quote was better than the other three I received and they were the first to respond to my bid request. They did exactly what they said they would do but at the same time were flexible enough to make changes I requested midway through the project.They finished on time and offered to make any last minute changes I wanted. The work is excellent.The staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this company.

    I have seen BaRaR working on so many homes, I thought major company, major projects, long waiting list, high prices. None of the above. They say when hiring a contractor you can only have 2 of these three things 1. Price 2. Quality 3. Speed, and that normally is true. BaRaR was fairly priced, did a fantastic job, and started and completed quick. Highly recommend.

    This was a very long and curved seawall project with a lot of fill and adjustment of walkways heights required to complete it. The job came out great, good communication with Judd the project manager throughout. I can highly recommend Barar for a seawall project like mine.

    BaRaR built us a new Seawall. It is a serpentine wall making it a challenging job. We are very happy with Judd Shurley and the entire crew. Good price, started quickly, finished as scheduled. Keep in contact with us and gave progress on the job when we were not around. They fixed our yard when done and cleaned up before leaving. It went to good and enjoyed watching the process, I almost wish I could do it again.

    I cant say enough about this company. They came out and gave a quote in 1 day. The materials delivered the next day and installed the following day. The price was fair and they did a fantastic job. The crew did not accept imperfect lumber and requested replacements be brought to the job. They were very polite and did a fantastic clean up after completion. The office staff was equally as good and efficient.

    Ive had BaRaR Contracting do several jobs for me in about a year apart. They are very dependable, courteous and do what they say. For my estimates they came out the same day or the next business day. They do outstanding marine work as I had them install vinyl composite seawall and just recently had a old wooden deck replaced with a composite one. They dont skimp out on cheap materials. Judd uses the best so they will last. Trust me, they know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!

    I moved to Lake Placid, on Lake Mirror two years ago. This year, the bugs have been terrible. My house and car were covered in Mayflies and they were getting into my house. I asked on Facebook does anyone have a solution and someone recommended I call Judd from BaRaR construction. He had a solution… boy is it great!I literally have no more his flying and it even killed the spiders on my patio. It sprays a non-toxic spray, similar to a mist. You controlIt by an app. I am overjoyed with this solution. Thank you Judd for doing such a great job. I appreciate it.

    I had contacted another company about replacing the lift in my boathouse. They came out immediately and gave me a price. I then waited a month and was told that they were busy and would get to me when they had other work in the area. I grew tired of waiting and contacted BaRaR based on a recommendation from a friend.Judd came out that same day and gave me a competitive quote and promised to have the work completed in a week. His crew was at May house a couple days later and did a great job. They were all professional and did a quality job. I am well impressed and would highly recommend BaRaR to anyone.

    We hired BaRaR Contracting to rebuild the deck on our dock at Jackson Shores Townhomes in Sebring. Judd ended up coming out 3 times over a 4 month period, at our request, to discuss the project. He was extremely responsive, not to mention, patient as we tried to figure out how we wanted the reconstruction done. Judd was very knowledgeable about dock building which is exactly what we wanted. In bidding our job out, we heard from contractors who didnt build docks and it showed in what they proposed as well as how much they estimated. Our board did hire one such contractor originally to do the job but after they removed the old deck, they changed their mind about the price to rebuild it so we didnt end up going with them. To build or rebuild a dock, you want a company that has a lot of experience building docks and thats what we found with BaRaR. Our only regret was not hiring Judd in the first place. He and his team did an excellent job and we would not hesitate recommending them to others. We will also not hesitate hiring them again for any future dock building or repairs that we might/will need.

    The cap on my aging wood seawall was coming apart. Judd came out to take a look, and we agreed the best solution would be a new vinyl seawall installed in front of the old one.     BaRaR Contracting LLC was at a neighbors house building a beautiful deck and walkway to the dock.The decking, steps and facia on the bulkhead on my dock had deteriorated and was in need of repair. I asked Judd Shurley for a Proposal for repairs. Promptly he went over the needs and had a proposal ready. From then until completion of the project everything was prompt, done as requested and even some repairs that needed to be done that werent on the Proposal. The things I wasnt pleased with were corrected efficiently. This was one of the best contracted jobs Ive ever had done at this house.

    Impressed with BaRaR Contracting. I had a situation where there was constant erosion along my driveway making the property unusable. Judd checked with the county to make sure we could build a retaining wall right up to the property line. From the time I hired him to project completion was less than a week.     I hired them to straighten out the dock boathouse and rebuild an upper deck portion, including getting rid of some rotten boards and others that were undersized. The quote they gave me was great, well below what I thought it was going to cost. They went above and beyond my expectations, tore the whole thing apart and rebuilt it better than it was. I wil/would hire them again.I got their name from my next door neighbor - they repaired his dock also and he was extremely happy with their work.Give them a chance, they do great work.
