Ive lived here nearly three years. Nice Community. Friendly Neighbors. Good Clubhouse and pool. So close to everything. 417 and I-4 just minutes away. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shopping. My only negative is with their recommended in house financing people. Bad experience. Poor communication caused delay in closing, poor communication cost me extra money in storing my household belongings on the moving truck for several days and hotel stay.They would lose information that we sent to them. Have to send it again. When I complained to several corporate layers above got the runaround and essentially ignored. Otherwise, love the place.

This place is great. Well maintained and lovely grounds and amenities. Neighbors are pleasant, gated community and the homes are built with quality construction. Well worth the price for low maintenance living in a beautiful environment and a great location where you can walk to everything. There are other nearby townhome communities, but if you do your research, you will find faulty construction issues and parking complaints. Grande Oaks does not have any of those problems which is what ultimately brought me here over the other communities. Some negative reviews suggest rude behavior from the builder sales agent, which I can see how maybe they could be perceived that way, however, if you get past that, it is well worth dealing with to live here. Dont let a snobby person disuade you. A couple negatives though would be using the builders title company. They were horrible to deal with and made mistakes up though the day of close. It would be better to pay more and use an outside title company. Also the builder while nice, is not the most responsive when you contact them with questions or repairs. They will get them done but it requires multiple emails. Other than that, living here is wonderful so far.

I have family living here, all the townhomes are brand new, three story with a two car garage, I get good exercise going up and down the stairs. No good views but it has a balcony.

Great food, great drinks, very clean. Reuben was delicious! Be aware it is a members only club, but it is worth the price of admission.

THIS PLACE IS A DREAM LOCATION, A VERY PRIVILEGED APARTMENT TOWN HOUSE RESIDENTIAL PLACE AND SURROUNDED BY SEVERAL SHOPPING CENTERS ON THE PERIPHERY AND A HUGE NUMBER OF FAMOUS BRAND DEPARTMENT STORES. ALSO ALL TYPES OF RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS FOR ALL TYPES OF BASIC NEEDS AND HIGH DEMAND. IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF PEACE AND SECURITY.
