    I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with this company. The office staff booking our appointment was very helpful, pleasant and explained the whole process to me on the phone. The tech, Gio was punctual, friendly, thorough and spent time explaining the situation to me and making sure to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend choosing this company if you need a plumber.

    If i could give more than 5 star, I absolutely would! My husband and I used EZHVAC to install our gas lines back in 2020. They were fast and efficient and offered very competitive pricing as well as having amazing staff. When we recently realized we had an issue with our septic we reached out to EZ Septic, not knowing they were a partner company and it was the best decision we could have made. Again, Dale and his crew were very fast and efficient while still being careful to ensure our issue is solved. In less than a week we went from having soggy wet grounds and being unable to use our water regularly, to having a reliable drainage field/septic system. Every single person i came into contact with was a pleasure to be around!We will definitely be returing to this company for anything we need!

    We were getting a new washing machine installed and when we went to disconnect the old machine, the pipes broke. We called several other places that were not able to help us. I called EZ HPS expecting the same answer, We cant come until tomorrow. The lady that answered the phone said they had a tech in my area and they were at my house in 20 minutes. They were able to fix the issue that same day and installed new fixtures so were set for the arrival our new washing machine. Very professional and the rates were reasonable for an emergency repair the same day. Thank you!

    I cannot adequately express my gratitude and say enough good things about EZ HPS. We called them yesterday due to an emergency that was (so we thought) caused by a simple full septic tank that needed pumping. It turned out to be a much bigger, terrible complicated, problem than we had realized, and EZ HPS came through for us over and over. It took about 24 hours, in sub freezing temperatures, and at one point it was even snowing while they were out there digging. Through the whole process, they went above and beyond and exceeded expectations.Thank you thank you thank you, youve got customers for life and well definitely be recommending you to our local friends and family.

    After two years of going through 4 other companies to get a leak serviced in the bathroom wall running into my dinning room ceiling, several repairs later, I have been so frustrated beyond belief until I contacted Dale, he immediately sent one of his very skilled and educated technicians Gio to do a leak repair in the wall and replace hardware and the mechanics that were installed incorrectly from the last 3 companies. They were so professionally efficient and educated. The price was not only fair but nicely unexpected for them having to clean up someone elses botched work. I absolutely love the work that they did, I couldnt praise them enough, I will continue to use their services.

    Weve used a few different plumbing services and EZ-HVAC & Plumbing has by far been the most reliable and cost conscious. We have a very complicated water/plumbing system and they have been very good about figuring it out and making recommendations. They installed a full house filtration system and do on-going drinking water filtration upkeep. Always appreciate that they seem to be able to fit me in within a two week period of calling for service (when not urgent).

    In addition to maintaining our heating system, EZ HVAC in Lake Katrine NY also fixes our leaky pipes and other plumbing jobs. Great workers and they work really hard for us. Office Staff is terrific and they know me by name. A true testament to how much our old home needs them. We are very happy with their service.

    I’ve used this company for the last few years. They installed anew water heater and guaranteed it, installed our new septic system and fixed various little leaks. Last year EZ HVAC & Plumbing repaired part of my septic system and left the ground above a mess. Dale, the proprietor said he’d be back in the spring to smooth the ground and spread grass seed and hay. True to his word he came back and it looks great.The folks are courteous and professional. I have recommended them when people tell me they need a plumber. I don’t think you can go wrong with this company.

    HVAC installed my new heating system in my old home. The team was very thorough, and clean when removing the old system. When I had a thermostat issue at a later date, they were very quick to respond even though I live in the boonies. The technicians are very thorough, and also very patient in their explanations in helping me understand what my home issues are. I highly recommend them.

    My leach field failed in my 61 year old home. I had hired another company in February of 2023 who repeatedly told me that they were coming in two weeks. (2 weeks never came) My leach field was leaking, and fearful of sewage in my basement I called EZ HPS on Thursday June 1st. Debbie in the office was responsive and empathetic to my plight. She put me on a brief hold, and came back on to say that the owner, Dale, could go to my home that afternoon to provide me with an estimate.Dale came to my home, and true to his word, called me that same afternoon to give me the estimate.On Friday morning, June 2nd, the crew was at my home...at the time that they promised, working on the repairs.That first day Hank, Austin and Derek were a pleasure to have around. They were polite and worked hard.On Monday morning they all returned and with some modifications, as the original field was totally destroyed, work began again. In the interim, the owner, Dale was at the job site, explaining everything that was to be done, as well as the added expenses.I hope that I havent forgotten anyone who was there but a big THANKS to Hank, Derek, Austin, Zac, Leo, Kyle and the young man who vapes. You all worked hard to get everything done and put back together in a decent manner. This crew worked together like a well oiled machine.A huge shout out to this company for being so responsive and for getting my job done so quickly!! You far exceeded my expectations.

    We have used EZ HVAC for all of our heating needs for several years. They check all the boxes we could ever possibly want.They are very professional and attentive.They are available and accessible.Their prices are competitive.The conpanys internal communication is excellent, so we dont needto go through 3-4 people to get information.In addition, they dont just give a diagnosis and make a repair. They provide you with a plan of action, giving you options so that you can determine your short-term, intermediate and long-term goals.     EZ hvac helped us with our heater so much! There was a couple things not working and we had no heat and they put in a lot of effort and time to help us figure out the complicated issue. Our heater is also in a very annoying small space so we appreciate them having to keep going in and out of the crawl space to help us. Our heater is working perfectly now! The owner was also so helpful and the lady on the phone for their customer service was super nice.

    How refreshing to receive such professional service. I can not say enough about the quality of this experience. We were in the midst of a major emergency and these folks rose to the occasion.     We started working with Dale and his crew shortly after purchasing our new home in Jan 2021. Dale initially came to look at a leaky pipe in our master bathroom. He was fast and efficient and provided good advices. He also offer to have our water tested as he saw some discolorations on our copper pipes. This was the start of a long relationship with EZ HVAC.- the first major project we commissioned was the install of an overall water filtration system, including a UV lamp, softener and filter. Dale and his crew came on time and installed the system in one afternoon, improving the quality of of our water tremendously. As we were impressed by the level of execution and professionalism of the company, we comissionned our second project.- Dale removed our 20Y old oil furnace, dual gas tanks and overall heating system and replaced it by a Navien high efficiency system. He dug trenches in our yard, installed a 1000 gallon propane tank and the overall heat system in a few days, on time and on budget. He also added a pipeline to heat our pool, removing a large old propane tank.. He went the extra mile by re-leveling our yard, brought dirt and replanted grass everywhere where the machines created any damages. His crew was professional, efficient and always happy to help. He also changed our thermostats at the same time, swapping them for wifi enabled models.- The next projects was the removal of the old A/C which was not working efficiently, was taking an entire room and was leaking. Dale advised us and designed a dual system mini split/pushed air, linked to a Mitsubishi compressor. He was abe to order the key units quickly, despite the COVID led supply chain breakdowns and commissioned the bespoke duct work. Unfortunately, the ductwork company ended up delaying the printing by close to 9 months due to backlog. Dale provided regular updates and refurbished our old system to make sure we would have a functional A/C for the summer. This is the only project which took more time than expected and Dale provided tangible information as well as solutions to manage the situation.- As Dale finished our A/C upstairs, we asked him to transform the former utility room into a new bedroom. Dale took care of the transformation, partially with his crew and partially with sub contractor. As he verified our ceiling for water damages, he discovered and evidenced some leaks in the roof, which was 20Y old.- Dale oversaw the change of our overall roof, finding the right contractor, at the right price and making sure the job was done on time and on budget.- Lastly, Dale replaced a number of the old copper pipes in our basement with new PEX pipes, which was done, once again, on budget and on time.Overall, our experience with Dale has been very positive. Dale manage his business and his client relationships in a professional way. He has a strong attention to details and is always advising for the long run. He is always providing several alternatives to be mindful of budgets and timings and is very responsive when an emergency occurs. Keli, who takes care of the day to day client relationships is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and, for us, experience has been 5 stars overall.

    I’m so impressed by Ricky who came to our home and fixed our Central Air.He is very knowledgeable and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else do such a better job. We had service done by another company, which they never listened to what I said and had to come 2 times because they ran out of the house and tell them it’s not fixed.I will continue to use Ricky at EZ HPSservice.Janet B.

    We lost heat on one of the coldest days in January. EZ HPS was the first one to answer the phone & Dale & one of his techs was here within an hour. Turns out our furnace needed to be replaced (which we anticipated). EZ HPS was able to get an entire new unit on a Saturday & had it replaced before the end of the night. Not only were they prompt but Dale & his crew were easy to work with and their prices were very reasonable. If we need an HVAC company in the future we will use them again for sure!
