    Master Services came out to check on our boiler and that we had had carbon monoxide leaks for years with lots of money spent to fix it. The guys who came were professional, did a great job, explained everything, played with our dogs, and even cleaned up after themselves! We sleep safer and do not worry about our carbon monoxide detector going off in the middle of the night and having to evacuate our own home!

    My basement was raining and I had water coming up from the tub and toilet at 8pm on a Thursday. Peter came out. Fixed my issue, was very professional and didnt mind chatting for a minute.     My entire family has been thoroughly pleased with the service that we receive from Master Services. We are long time customers and get regular service for our furnace/AC, hot water heater, water softener/filter. This latest visit was preventative maintenance on our hot water heater and entire house plumbing system. Brad was on time and of course very professional. He took great care to clean up any mess that was made. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations and made sure that everything was in tip top shape before he left. He even joined in singing happy birthday to my daughter! Being a customer of Master Services is one of the best decisions that we have made concerning the care and upkeep of our home.

    Updated 10-6-2020Got a call from Master Service this morning. Talked to Keith and was very understanding of my concern and my satisfaction. He will be refunding me $250 bringing the repair to an acceptable cost. Thank you Keith.I called Master Services because they are local and had some plumbing done once before. There were a couple leaks at some threaded joints under the counter by the kitchen sink. I usually do most repairs myself, but I didnt want the renter to be without the use of the sink in case it would take me longer than an afternoon. I scheduled them to be there between 2 & 5 on Monday Sep 28th. They call and rescheduled due to an illness for Tuesday Sep 29th (2-5) No problem. Donny called after 2:30 and said it would take about 2 - 1/2 hours and would cost $739.00. I was floored and said Youve GOT to be kidding... He wasnt. I asked what their hourly rate was. He couldnt, wouldn’t and didnt tell me. After recovering from the shock and not wanting the renter to go without, I reluctantly said go ahead. After a couple hours he called back and said he was able to reduce the cost to $584.00. Thrilled… I thanked him and proceed to pay the bill. I stopped by the house today and looked at the repair and was again shocked that he simple booted the connections with rubber and hose clamps and replaced some pieces with PVC. I have a four rental properties, so I am familiar with getting thinks repaired by professionals. This...In my opinion.... was way out of line even with the reduced price. Attached is a photo of the $700 ($585) repair. Not a happy former customer.

    As always our Master Services tech provided FANTASTIC customer service!!He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy and secure that the whole system was working smoothly. He said our filter looked dirty so he had to climb up on a tall ladder to change it. Knowing our filters are expensive, he cleaned it off and said we could get several more months out of it rather than just popping in a new one! He also checked our outside a/c unit which was filthy. He washed it off and now it looks like new. He even checked our thermostat and put in new batteries. When he left he said it was set at 68 degrees. Later that night it jumped to 83 degrees! I called the next day and our tech returned to patiently explain how the thermostat works to two senior citizens who are clueless about technology. We are SO happy with our tech and with Master Services!!

    Ive used Master Services for the past few years ever since I had my old furnace and AC replaced. They have all always done an outstanding job. All their staff are friendly and will always try to accommodate you. All of their techs are friendly and helpful. Ive met most of them in the last few years. When I had problems with my new furnace they came out free of charge until the issue was finally resolved. Thomas was out here recently to do a yearly check of my AC. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also fixed a minor issue I had notice before. All part of the service. Cant say enough good things about the people that work at this company.     Master Services,I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the excellent service we received today. The impressive customer care started with Vicki on the phone this morning, she was accommodating, patient and professional. She even went out of her way to ask if we were a veteran household. Very few businesses do, and it was wonderful!Our furnace had been acting up since the extreme temps last week and we thought a good clean out would do the trick as the error code was reading a pressure issue. This did not work and this morning temps were relatively high! We knew we needed help quickly and not only did Vicki get us a service appointment on the same day, but it was also within a couple of hours! Vicki was genuinely kind and considerate, confidently settling my nerves in a situation where I felt unsure of whom to call (we have not needed HVAC services since moving in 5 years ago). Master Services, Lake Geneva has a real asset in this team member, hang on to her!Jerrod and Juan were at our house early went out of their way to park so we had access to our garage and came prepared with PPE as well as boot coverings! They were friendly and polite and got to work straight away. They identified the issue quickly, had parts to fix what needed replacing and repaired parts that could be repaired. They gave us quotes for additional new parts that werent critical as well as informing us about a special to purchase new equipment entirely. Their honesty and concern for our best value was a breath of fresh air.Because of our experience today we are having your team out later in the week to do an estimate on new A/C and furnace.     Tim arrived at my house at the appointed time, to the minute. Tim quickly assessed my concerns and made sure all was in proper working order. Tim then started to relight my furnace after a new gas meter and gas service installation. Tim had me start the furnace and set the temperature at the thermostat. Tim then made all of the necessary adjustments to the furnace and bled the system of any excess air. During this time, everything was done in a professional manner. I would like to thank Tim and Master Services for helping us out in our time of need. It was getting rather nippley outside, and the house was cold.

    Danny was very professional, friendly, thorough and did not rush through the tuneups of my A/C and furnace. He explained things and showed me live video of the insides of my units. Danny even offered to shovel a good sized deceased possum (no, he was not playing possum!) we encountered near my air conditioning unit into a bag which I gratefully allowed him to do.

    Sink repair in the kitchen was needed. Master Services was recommended to us by a group we have used for other services.The tech came in, gave us the options: Fix it the cheap way or the way to fix it right. The tech didnt give us guff about either one which we should choose. The tech was patient while waiting for the decision to be made.We wanted it done the right way and he did obliged us. Looks good and the sink doesnt leak anymore.Would definitely use this group again.

    Jack was probably one of the nicest guys we have ever met. He had to come out at 11 pm at night and never once fussed about it. He knew we had a little baby, so he tip toed around to ensure he wouldnt wake her. He explained everything in great detail and just made us feel really comfortable. He is coming back to go over our new furnace options with us. He even went out of his way to make sure we had 2 space heaters available for the night because we had no heat. What a great guy!     I cant begin to describe the level of professionalism and sincerity that Dan showed to our entire family yesterday. Our pipes where leaking into the basement from upstairs and he quickly fixed and repaired the entire problem and went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected. AJ , Adam and TWillis are the names of the young men who performed a removal and installation of 2 HVAC units.They completed the removal and installation in a few hours.     Sorry but I never rate anyone 5 stars because I dont think anyone is perfect but when Tom came to the house he was as close to perfect as you can get. He did the furnace tuneup and installed a new thermostat and it took him a little more time than he thought it would but he didnt care, he just wanted everything done and done right.. The price was fair compared to other companies and he was curious and very neat and clean. I would recommend Master Services and if you are lucky you will get Tom although I am sure that their other technicians do a great job also.

    These folks are wonderful. I got multiple calls to verify time and date, and they let me know who was coming as well as once onsite, offered the up front cost which was actually reduced in part due to me having the installation equipment already.     My water heater recently went on the fritz. Being new to the area, I went Googling. Master Services is what I ended up with. Since it was on a weekend and I didnt need any emergency repairs, I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Due to the assigned techs schedule, he was not able to show up until later in the day. Once here, I found that he was very courteous and sincere when explaining what my options were. If I needed to replace the unit, it would be around $1700. He went through and checked what was wrong and was able to provide repairs versus replacement. Ended up saving around $1350!     I called Master Services for yearly maintenance on my furnace. I was able to make an appoinment that was convenient for my wife since I would be at work. The representatives was very friendly and informative. She even called to notify me when the technician was on his way. When the technician arrived he wore a mask and put on shore covers before entering the house and was very professional and informative when talking to my wife about what he was coming to do. During his maintenance the technician discovered issues that were dangerous to the health and safety of my family. The heat exchanger was cracked along with a few other things and provided picture to show us. He provided us with information and reccomendation to prevent any health or safety issues until I had an engineering assessment. A few days later I had another technician come out and do an engineering assessment to my house to determine the type of furnace I needed along with financing options. Three days later I had two technicians come out and completely replace my old furnace with a brand new one and cleaned out the ducts. Both technician did a fantastic job and was very professional. After installation they walked me through the new furnace letting me know what they did as well as the new thermostat they installed. I even made a reccomendation to where the filter was installed so no mice can get in the vent. The technician was able to make a cover to go over it. From discovering the heat exchanger to complete replacement took a week. Fast, friendly and very professional service not to mention veteran friendly. I highly reccomend Master Services for this type of service.

    Dan W. installed a new range for us. He had to change the existing copper pipe to bring it up to code. While this might sound simple, it was labor intensive and time consuming.     Made an appointment with Mary this morning. By 12:15pm the team of Josh and TJ were on site and preparing to do the dryer vent cleaning and furnace tune-up. Team showed up looking professional, conscious of any concerns I would have because of COVID. They wore plastic booties to protect my floors. The service was efficient. The check of the furnace revealed a motor start capacitor that was week. That was replaced at a reasonable price. The dryer vent duct is long with several turn and prevented a little bit of a challenge but the job got done. All total a reasonable time and a very reasonable cost. What I am curious about is if they will honor the free cleaning that they said they would if they didnt show you the before and after pictures. While we are completely ok with paying the bill we are curious to hear the explanation why we havent seen the after pictures because we have received a bill and a email asking to take a survey. As it may be Master services is my choice of plumbers.

    I was really in a bind for my hot water heaters. I could not get anybody to even commit to coming out in several days. Master services was on the job and ready to come out within hours. By far excellent service excellent value in the entire area. I highly recommend them.

    I was very impressed with Master Services customer service and communication. Eric was our tech and was very friendly and professional. I had a little sticker shock at first, but they worked with me on the price and came out to fix a problem after the first visit with no extra charge. I would recommend this company.

    In under 7 hours the 3 guys from Master Services installed a furnace, hot water heater and ac. Everyone was great, polite and knowledgeable and everything was cleaned up and removed. Highly recommend.

    They were very efficient and cured what I would call...my unusual problem. They knew what it was right away! You do have to wait a bit to get on the schedule but I consider that as a sign of their good reputation so they are busy! They make you aware of all pricing ahead of time...so no surptises!!

    For the most part, so far, happy. both installers and the guys that did the duct cleaning were efficient, kind and courteous. impressed with installation of neat way the tubing connections to the ac unit outside - nothing on the ground like the last company. job not yet complete as three more things to do before we call the job complete 1) smaller vent box to our 4 season room as suggested by sales to correct a previous companys error to better regulate air flow 2) return cold system change so we can use paper filters also suggested by sales and 3) the unit was supposed to have a fan regulator so if it ran constantly, it could run at a slower and quieter speed also suggested by sales - when checked out, the unit does not have this so it was suggested that maybe a swap out of a thermostat with a fan speed control setting which would solve the problem

    Wayne demonstrated a conscientious attitude relative to my financial status and my overall dilemma regarding my HVAC situation. He checked both units thoroughly and explained in clear, concise details about the condition of both units and what it would take to repair and/or replace them. He repaired what could be repaired and provided discounts when he could. His opinion, input and overall work, along with his patience and sympathy was appreciated.
