    Adam and the staff at Studio Saint Marie took us seamlessly through all phases of our bathroom remodel - design, choosing materials, demo of the existing bathroom, scheduling all the contractors, permits, and overseeing all phases of construction. Adam has a great eye for design. Studio Saint Marie works with a fantastic suite of contractors; every team that worked in our home was courteous, extremely tidy, respectful, on time each day, and all around fun and pleasant people to talk with. The finished bathroom was even more beautiful than we had envisioned.

    Adam and his team did a wonderful job updating our Williams Bay bathroom !! It needed a total gut … the project went smoothly ( updated material time lines were given) Workers were pleasant respectful and cleaned up ea night.Knowing subway tile has been very in IT was so nice to hear the tiler say Yes something with color & made w clay🙌

    Adam and Bethany at Studio Saint Marie brought my dream to a reality! We are now living in a space I only could imagine. I did not do a very good job of explaining what I wanted and somehow Adam and Bethany quickly figured out what I was looking for and greatly elevated it. How they figured it out is beyond me. They are not dedicated to one type of style. They do an incredible job of accommodating your chosen style. They are two of the most kind people I have ever worked with and we now consider them friends. I have noticed all the previous people I know in my neighborhood they have worked with consider them friends. To know them is to love them. They came recommended to us by someone we trust. They will work with your budget and do an excellent job of communicating the finances.They are hunters for the perfect item for your house. They are organized and kept me organized. Bethany and Adam have incredible taste! Adam is a jack of all trades and the best person to have on your side when building/renovating. He is always looking out for you and your home and he saw little things I missed that were a problem and had the contractor fix it. They have the highest standards for what to expect from different contractors and will advocate for you to get it done. I would not change a thing from our experience with Studio Saint Marie as they completely gutted and renovated our home. Their sense of style, design and creativity created something that surpassed the dream I fumbled to explain. LOL. Look no further than Adam and Bethany. They are a dream team! We have never had a home that I smiled so much just walking around. They created my happy place.

    The Oat Design + Build team was beyond amazing. We wanted our whole first floor remodeled and Adam gave us impressive design ideas and really listened to what we desired and worked within our budget. The quality of work surpassed any expectations and we were even able to live in our house comfortably with all the work going on. Even if unforeseen challenges presented themselves Adam always had a way to solve them while still maintaining our vision. From the beginning to the end we truly enjoyed working with the team. We HIGHLY recommended Oat Design + Build and are so grateful for all their hard work. Thank you!

    Adam St. Marie is a rock star. He not only led the creation of the design and aesthetic, but he also built custom fixtures and tables for Inspired Coffee, our one-of-a-kind coffee shop in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. After sharing our business concept, vision for the space, and the general ambience we wanted to create, Adam took it from there. He created EXACTLY the space we wanted before we had all the words to describe it. You definitely want a guy like Adam - a company like OAT Design - on your project.

    We had a great experience with OAT Design and Build. Adam worked wonderfully with us to design and build our rooftop deck. Even when we ran into issues with the wood supplier Adam worked diligently to remedy the problem and ultimately we we more than satisfied with our final project. Thank you OAT Design.

    We needed an idea for our kitchen remodel. We’d had a couple of design ideas presented to us, but Adam came up with the best idea! We were wowed! Our kitchen remodel turned out fantastic!     Adam designed our kitchen remodel. He is extremely knowledgeable as he has a background in contracting and construction, but has a beautiful vision for the design. I couldn’t have done this remodel without his help. I appreciated his consultative approach. He shopped with me and gave me confidence in my selections. Overall, it was my personal HGTV experience!!

    Hoping to gut and remodel a third of our newly purchased home in the Lake Geneva area, my wife and I shopped for someone who could shepherd us through the process. The only person from whom we obtained a quote was Adam St. Marie at OAT Design and Build. We felt no need to look further. One of Adam’s references had grabbed my attention when, by telephone, he described Adam as “scrupulously honest.” That description proved to be accurate.We described what we wanted and Adam drew several plans which we scrutinized and tweaked. We finalized plans early this year. No architect was required. The first dumpster arrived in May; the final (sixth?) dumpster departed in November. This was a big job: the destruction and rebuilding of a master and guest bedrooms, a master and guest bathrooms, a family room and a deck, and the remodeling of hallways and a laundry room. (While Adam frequently salivated at the prospect of remodeling our kitchen, we held him at bay.) Along the way, there was substantial mission creep. Adam and his minions repaired and solved many problems in the portion of the house that was not being remodeled. I couldn’t resist taking advantage of the proximity of such skilled help.Subcontractors included: demolition; framing/carpentry; plumbing; electrical; HVAC; roofing; insulation; drywall; flooring; tile; paint. I was entirely comfortable with the presence in my home of every one of the ultimately dozens of people that Adam assigned to our job, especially the wonderful Ian. Although I was often present in the house, I was more often not, and always felt sure that my house was in great hands. If any of the subcontractors was inefficient, it was likely because I so enjoyed talking to the guys, and was genuinely interested in, and entertained by, what they were doing.Communication was superb. Whether by phone, text message, or email, questions, answers and notifications were always addressed pronto. The original contract was very clear, as was the schedule of payments. When building plans changed, prices were adjusted (usually upward) but there was no surcharge for the privilege of making a change.We are delighted with the outcome of our project and are excited to share it (honestly, to show it off) to our family and friends.

    Oat design + build did a beautiful job on my full kitchen remodel! Brand new two toned cabinets, countertops, shiplap and built in storage and seating. They are skilled and passionate about the work they do. Creatively they are versatile and fresh, I felt they realy took the time to understand the look and feel that I wanted and then we made it happen! Couldn’t be happier with their work, my kitchen is now my favorite place in the house!

    We felt that Adam and Bethany at Studio Saint Marie got us from the very beginning. They intuitively understood our vision and skillfully made it a reality. Although our project was on a smaller scale than many of their projects, they were enthusiastic and attentive from beginning to end. They were sensitive to our budget. And it was just fun to work with them! The end product was a mix of (1) my ideas they got excited about and made better, (2) a graceful dodging of my bad ideas (lol), (3) their really great ideas, and (4) their incredible attention to detail and skillful execution. We are so proud of our home, thanks to them!

    Our experience with Adam & OATS Design+Build for our kitchen remodel was outstanding! Adam did several digital layouts which made our decision much easier and gave us multiple layouts to preview. His design gave us an open concept kitchen, without breaking the bank. Very professional, timely and the final product was AMAZING!

    This was our second project with Adam / Oat. Yep, we were THAT pleased with our first encounter! This time, it was a complete kitchen remodel. Adam paid attention to what I wanted while giving creative input that I would never have thought of otherwise. He shows up when promised and kept open communication throughout the project. In the end, Oat gave me my dream kitchen. I would hire them for a third time in a heart beat.
