    After my husband and I signed the contract, Reborn sent Gregory B out to our house. Gregory and Narvi came in weeks later and started our kitchen. The two of them did a wonderful job in 4 days as promise. The only delay was the mirror doors to one of the cabinet due to sizing issues which was installed at a later date as promised. Thank you. You 2 were awesome.

    A very professional experience from start to finish. I emailed the request on Saturday and had a sales rep (Krystal) come out Sunday on our schedule. She was courteous and helpful and answered all our questions and after doing a little bit of due diligence, she was willing to come back that night to sign the contract. I was told my project which was to convert two bathtubs into walk-in showers, would commence in 6 to 8 weeks. I received a call a few days later saying that conversion would start the following week. Everything went smoothly and the installers were courteous and professional and took care to cover things in our house to not get the messy. The entire project was finished on schedule and look great. A few days later, my older son took a shower but told me the water temperature wasnt too hot. I contacted our project manager, Mike Torres, who texted me back within the hour. I explained the situation and he had someone at my house later that day. What service!!!! The service person came, adjusted the water temperature regulator within 5 minutes, and was gone. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend Reborn for your next project.

    Reborn refaced two small cabinets and three large cabinets in our three bathrooms. James and Oscar spent two days hand crafting our cabinets.The result was perfection. The cabinets are beautiful and works of art. We are very pleased. If you want the best, Reborn is the place to go.

    Reborn just replaced our master bathroom bathtub with a shower and the two installers who worked so hard and did such a good job are Emanuel Carmona and Tony Vidal. They came on time and were gracious and professional and kept us updated on everything during the demolition and installation. Reborn couldnt have given us better workers to have in our home for two days and they did a great job!

    Our bath solutions remodel and kitchen and bath counter replacements turned out beautifully. Everyone we worked with was very professional and pleasant. They showed up on time for each appointment and the installers were terrific. Shawn N., our project leader was excellent, he went above and beyond to have the entire job completed prior to the initial completion date. If we hear of anyone that wants to do some remodeling, we will be sure to recommend Reborn.

    Mike Carver installed our cabinets and did an outstanding job! He was on time each morning and worked hard through the day. The installation was done on time and the cabinets look amazing!!! Thank you Mike!!!In addition, our great experience with Reborn started with sales consultant Eric Manley. He came to our house and gave some ideas that we hadnt thought of. He provided us with an estimate that we used to compare with estimates from other companies. In the end, we called Eric back and committed to Reborn. Eric responded to every text and phone call I made regarding questions; until Bryan Hunt was assigned as the Project Team Leader. Then Bryan became my contact and was great as well. Each time I had a question...Bryan got right back to me with an answer. And I already mentioned the great job done by Mike Carver on the installation!Reborn did a great job and we are very happy with our new kitchen!     I used Reborn to give my kitchen a “face lift” and it was pleasant and satisfying experience. There was a lot of communication between all the parties, they were very accommodating, and knowledgeable. Everything happen in timely manner. There was a lot of fallow ups and check ups to assure everything was going smoothly. I’m absolutely pleased to write this review and recommend Reborn to everyone who wants to update their house with little to none stress and hassle. Ive been enjoying my new kitchen for the last two years with no problems at all. It was overall very pleasing and surprising experience. It felt like dealing with good friends. I would give them 10 stars!

    What a nice group to deal with. could not be happier, they were careful, courteous, and so professional .they kept me informed of everything and asked my opinion and asked what I wanted with each step .They were prompted in starting and explained it might take a bit longer due to having to move existing plumbing. What a beautiful addition to my bathroom. I LOVE my shower. They cleaned up completely, no mess at all. I am so happy I had reborn do my bath remodel.

    I just ordered a gorgeous kitchen with these wonderful people. From the start the Lake Forest showroom salesman was a gentleman who patiently answered my questions and explained what Reborn is about. He couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I am kicking myself for forgetting his name! Celeste P., the designer assigned to my order, couldnt have been more knowledgeable. I got advice on how to coordinate some extras, tips on how to get through the actual work and help measuring for some appliances. Celeste really knew her way around and she couldnt have been nicer or more professional. John who set up my specific order was thorough, kind and really exacting. Thank you all! Finally, their prices are reasonable and I recommend them highly.

    This is the best remodeling experience I ever had. My kitchen cabinets are beautiful. The service was unsurpassed. Louis and Michael did an excellent job. Everything was Timely, showed up when expected, cleaned up everything, friendly, protected everything. I will be using them to remodel my bathrooms.

    Reborn did a redo of our guest bath including converting bath to jacuzzi tub. Workers were punctual, efficient and very nice. Very happy with the outcome. Outsourced electrician was not so good. But I dont blame that on Reborn at all.

    Reborn did a great job of refurbishing our 2 Bathroom cabinets, plus replacing our counter tops. They laid out the schedule for demo, cabinet refurbishment, counter top install, and plumbing over the course of a few days and met their schedule. All workers were very professional. Definitely recommend!

    Once again, Reborn Cabinets came through! This is our third experience with them and every time they exceeded expectations. ALL workers show up on time and leave the work area clean when they leave. Our kitchen craftsman this time was Michael Carver. He was most professional and made our old cabinets look wonderful with the new facing and cabinet doors and drawers. And a great personality as well! We cannot recommend Reborn highly enough.

    WOW we are so happy we went with Reborn,Our new bathroom is even nicer then we hoped.The installers David Alvarado and Andres Franco were real pros and they did a awesome job and were really two of the nicest guys you could welcome in your home.We have two other bathrooms that we will be doing soon and we will only use Reborn and want David and Andres to do the work.We cant recommend these guys enough.

    Our experience from design to completion of our renovation was good. The designer, Stephen Ilarsky was knowledgeable about design and the company. He heard what we wanted, added his expertise and now we have a fresh, updated kitchen. The lead carpenter, Maziar Pourfard, was fabulous! He worked diligently and was maticulous with the details. Fermin Navarro helped one afternoon and did a good job installing cabinet drawers and doors. The people that answer the customer service line, Natalie, Stephanie & Hector, were always professional and helpful.We would have rated Reborn a 5 star experience except we did have an issue communicating with the project manager. Once this was brought to the attention of a person at a higher level in the company the matter was resolved. The product is great, the warranty is exceptional and we LOVE our beautiful kitchen!

    My 25 year old tile shower was a disaster! The shower pan was yellowed from years of use, and the tiles around the base were cracked. The obsolete Mixit faucet was awful to use, but just to replace it alone, would have been close to $500.00.I had estimates for reglazing, but the process is not considered long term, and I was facing the option of a tear-out & remodel for $15-$20K.While shopping at my local Sams Club, a Reborn Baths rep was at the home improvement kiosk, and asked if I needed any work done.We discussed my situation, and the rep said they could install a new shower pan, and new walls without a total tear-out. She made an appointment for the following week to have a sales rep come out for a free in-home estimate.We agreed on the work to be performed, and an installation date was set.The process took 1.5 days, and I have a beautiful new shower, with new faucet, and semi frameless shower door for much less than I expected.Everyone at Reborn Baths were 1st rate, and Im very pleased.

    We are so pleased with our cabinets and our installer Rafael and Jesus. It started out a little rough because we were not ready, having not pulled out all of our stuff from our cabinets. But we worked together on that first day to get through the confusion and from then on, it was seamless. They left our home looking new and kept the dust and construction mess to a minimum. They were respectful and nice and we totally trusted them completely. My mom who was a little skeptical and not trusting, fell in love with Rafael and asked me to make sure to let the company know how great he was. Thank you and I have already recommended your company to others.

    Reborn Cabinets did an excellent job refacing the existing cabinets in our kitchen. The installers, Arnoldo Valle and Robert Schilsmeyer, were courteous, professional, and answered any questions we had throughout the process. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and they finished the job in the timeframe that they said they would. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or reface cabinets in their home.

    This review is really for the Anaheim location, but ReviewBuzz doesnt have a record for it. More specifically, its for Mario and his installation co-workers. Mario was the lead installer on both of our refacing projects, first the kitchen in March 2017 and then the two upstairs bathrooms in August 2017. Mario is very skilled and careful, so the final results, after some minor adjustments, were excellent. While refaced cabinets, practically speaking, cannot look exactly like brand-new cabinets, we are very happy with how ours look. (We chose white thermofoil Shaker-style finishes.) They have modernized and beautified our 1992-93 condominium and made cleaning easier!I also want to give kudos to Gary S., who came a few months after the kitchen-cabinet refacing and repaired the framing to the cabinet below our sink. It was just one of those things that happens; the screw had stripped the hole for the door hardware. Gary fixed the problem completely.

    Dave Y. did our installation of our kitchen cabinets. He had not known that our house is built entirely out of cinder blocks and that the original cabinetry had been hand made of pine by the original homeowner, so the kitchen installation was much more difficult than anticipated. Luckily, the walls and floor were mostly square and level, but securing cabinets to cinder block wall ups the ante! We were delighted to find Dave rise to the challenge. He went above and beyond the requirements, compensating and correcting for incorrect measurements supplied to him.We lucked out in having Dave assigned to us. We highly recommend Dave and the entire Reborn Cabinets team!

    They remodeled by bathroom, from a tub to a walk in shower. I am happy of the job they have done, Henry and Justin has done a very good job. My grandchildren and I are enjoying our new walk-in shower. Cleaning is easy-breezy too, as an older person cleaning the bathroom or shower is a challenge and sometimes we need to hire some cleaning ladies to do the job. With my new shower, I find it so easy to clean and maintain. I would recommend Reborn if you need some remodeling in you bathroom.

    Skip the Home Depot sales pitch. The Home Depot salesman was pushy, overpriced and tried to sell me on all the bells and whistles when he knew my limited budget. My experience with Reborn was honest, thorough, seamless, friendly, courteous, organized and professional. Our sale rep listened and teamed up WITH us based on our needs, our budget and our space. He helped us make realistic choices, but amazing all the same.Our installer Ernesto was very professional, friendly and timely. One door came damaged in transit and it was quickly made to order and replaced within a week or so. The communication from start to finish- in person, emails, phone calls, buildertrend project site, etc. was very organized and I always felt like I knew what was going on and when. The customer experience was outstanding. We only refaced the cabinets of our small footprint kitchen. If we ever decide to expand the kitchen, we will hands-down call them.

    We now have our kitchen makeover complete and we are thrilled with the results. Our installers were Marco and Jeremy and they were amazing. They took care to keep dust down to a minimum, and worked hard to come up with a solution for a difficult corner cabinet. Our project manager was Rick who was very responsive and helpful through the entire.process. The project went very well, if there is one area of concern it would be getting a call back from the team member you wanted to reach. Stll, I highly recommend Reborn Cabinets. We are thrilled with the workmanship and quality.

    Dustin Martin was the Reborn installer for our cabinet re-facing project. Dustin is a skilled craftsman, making certain everything was perfect. He answered all of our questions, and was courteous and personable throughout his work day. Dustins work ethic is beyond reproach. Not only does he demonstrate superb customer relation skills and outstanding professionalism, he quickly solved an unseen electrical problem and roll-out drawer difficulty to our satisfaction. Dustin has to be a top field rep for Reborn. We most definitely rank him as 5 stars!
