    Dave is a master plumber in every aspect of his trade. As such heā€™s our first and only call when we have a plumbing need. Our most recent call had him installing a frost free outside spigot along with unclogging the drain underneath our washing machine tubs. Impossible tasks for this do-it-yourselfer but a piece of cake for Dave. On top of that, unlike a lot of trades people, Dave cleans up after himself as well. I recommend Dave with no reservation whatsoever to anyone having a home plumbing issue or needing any kind of plumbing fixture installed.

    Our Water heater began leaking suddenly and needed to be replaced ASAP. I found Dave as a local plumber in the community. I was able to get an online appt. for the following day. Dave showed up at the scheduled time, was very prompt and professional, and proceeded to remove the old heater and while draining it, get the replacement delivered and installed in a timely manner. As an added bonus, he provided a small pack of his wifes homemade cookies. Good job Dave, Id use you again, no question.

    Excellent service. Pricing is reasonable. Flexible and educational without being condescending, as some service providers can be. He explained why things work the way they do and didnt try to up-sell. I had him come out to fix a leaking shower that I was sure to need a complete removal and replacement and he quickly found the true problem, fixed it and still had time to work on pesky toilet issues. He charged for that work reasonably and allowed me to avoid extra fees if I were to have those done separately.

    I had stubborn plug in my plumbing that would not clear with my usual methods. I contacted Dave, he arrived the next day. Early. He took a quick assessment of the situation and got right to work. The issue was fixed shortly after. Dave was friendly and a good guy to deal with. I would absolutely call him again with any plumbing issues.

    Dave offers excellent service. He was a few minutes early and was flexible with things going on in our house. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost before doing it. He ran into a little difficulty with the faucet and had all of the tools on hand to deal with that problem. I intend to hire him in the future for any and all plumbing needs that we have. I highly recommend him. Dave has now worked with us on multiple occasions. Even install the new natural gas outlet for our new dryer. He always explains what hes doing and is clear about what the cost will be. I really appreciate that he takes the time to be thorough and to make sure we understand everything. I would recommend Dave to anyone. Use his service, you will not regret it.

    Dave from TC Pipeworks was available next day to come to my house and fix a leaking copper kitchen drain elbow.Iā€™m pretty handy myself (handy enough to uninstall my dishwasher), but this leak was inside of the wall behind my kitchen sink, saturating the plywood and dripping into the floor below.Dave did a great job with the initial issue and he even addressed my non-functioning garbage disposal and dishwasher supply and drain line while we was there.I didnā€™t do any price shopping, so I cannot comment if it was a cheap or expensive fare.

    Dave provided great service yet again for several issues. He took the time to troubleshoot by contacting manufacturer to get replacement parts free for toilets which he installed years ago. He knew about lifetime warranty which was unexpected but much appreciated. He did some other jobs as well plus gave good advice on miscellaneous questions that I had. Always professional, always fair, always friendly - we only call Twin City Pipeworks for jobs big and small!

    When Dave repaired the bathroom sink p-trap that had corroded and begun leaking and replaced the flapper in the toilet, he was on time, efficient, informative, personable, and left the area clean. So, I hired him again to fix a leak that had developed down by the water meter.     Dave came in to replace what I had hired a handyman to do (and thought would be a quick adjustment, not a total replacement). He was very responsive, came out the next day and completed the job in 1.5 hours (the previous guy took 14 hours to completely screw it up!). Very professional and courteous. I will definitely hire him again! Word to the wise - hire a licensed plumber for any plumbing job, no matter how small you think it will be.

    After waking to the nightmare of a flooded basement, one of the first action steps was to find a plumber to repair the damaged spigot and pipes. I did a little online searching and ended up calling Dave at Twin City Pipeworks. And we were SO glad we did!Dave was courteous and sympathetic on the phone, and we were easily able to schedule the appointment. Dave arrived on time and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem areas, and provided the quote for the repair. We thought the quote was reasonable. Dave did the work, and provided comments and answered questions along the way. He has a great sense of humor and solid work ethic, which was really welcomed by us as we were navigating the unfortunate situation.Dave got the job done, and even the mitigation workers who came the following day commented on the quality of the plumbing work. We asked Dave about a couple of other plumbing-related potential issues, and he took the time to explain what those situations typically involved, and he didnā€™t try to talk us into having him do them. But we did ask for a quote range, which he provided.If we decide to have more work done in the future, we will not hesitate to call Dave at Twin City Pipeworks!

    Dave installed our new water heater recently. We switched from gas to electric. He also installed a whole house filter for us. Great work and so professional! But what was even more impressive was his response to our phone calls on a weekend when we thought we had a plumbing problem. Turns out we didnt , but he was responsive and helpful. Great service.     I am really glad I called Dave to replace my water heater. He was one of 3 quotes I got. I found his prices were very reasonable. He was very responsive to my back and forth questions and the fact that he knew his stuff gave me confidence and took away some of my stress. He was on time, very professional, clean, friendly and reliable. An exceptional master plumber! He even gave me tips on how to maintain an adjourning basement bathroom that wasnt in use.     Other service: replace kitchen sink. Dave was great. On time, clear about price up front, and good quality work. Although he originally planned for a couple of hours work, the sink I bought didnt fit, so we figured out a solution where he would come back in the afternoon to install the new sink after I bought a different one. He did not charge extra for the added time to come back, and the final result was really nice in a non-standard situation.

    June 2018. Called for a leaking sink drain repair. Its great to be able to schedule online. Got email confirmation, reminder via email and now the review. I like these steps! Dave(??) showed promptly at the scheduled hour, was very pleasant, courteous, fast and cleaned up after himself. I didnt compare costs from others (this job was too small) but I would gladly contact him for future jobs!June 2019. Called Dave again. Bigger, more costly job this time: replace water heater! Dave promptly responded and scheduled me for next morning service. He always has a smile and is a pleasure to have around. He took care of replacing the malfunctioning unit, removed old unit, and left premises looking great! He pleasantly answered all my dumb questions, too. He even resolved a problem with a leaking outdoor faucet while waiting for the water heater to drain. Dave is the man to call, you will be pleased with his work.

    We recently hired Dave for a toilet repair - his online scheduling tool was a breeze and Dave was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Dave was able to identify the problem right away and went above and beyond to locate a hard-to-find replacement part (even being willing to head over to Hudson, WI, to find a supplier). After exhausting all options to find a supplier who had the part on-hand, Dave was great about laying out our options, the pros and cons of each option, and the pricing differences. He answered all of our questions right away and we never felt pushed to go with the more expensive choice. When it came down to it, we chose to purchase a new toilet from him and get it installed. During the install, Dave was again prompt, courteous, professional, and took extra time to explain some additional findings about our floors, give us a rundown of what he had done, and answered our final questions.     Dave was early to my appointment, and was able to solve all of my plumbing needs! He located why there was a leak under my sink (drain was no longer sealed to the sink), discovered the cause of the water stain on my kitchen ceiling (loose toilet in bathroom above) and cleared two slow drains (tub and laundry sink) as well as replaced the faucet to my 40-year old laundry sink that struggled to completely shut off. He also offered great advice on how to keep my drains clear without draino. I would use him again and again - but probably wont need to for a very long time.

    Dave is the best! I was impressed with him & his service the very 1st time back in 2016 when he replaced my water heater. So this past week I needed to call him because the pilot light wouldnt reignite on my water heater. It was Wednesday the 9th & the soonest available online appointment was for the following Monday the 13th. Dave made a point to call that same evening, saying hed try to stop by between appointments the following day. He managed to showed up by noon & discovered the pilot ignitions part needed t/b replaced. Unsure as to whether he could get the replacement part, suggested I keep the original monday appt. To my surprise, Dave showed up a short time later with the replacement part & had my water heart up & running in no time. Dave is not only a great guy, hes one of those business owners that provides not just great customer service, but the trust & commitment many of us remember getting from days gone by. Thanks Dave!

    Our garbage disposal stopped working and we thought it probably needed replacement. PDave first checked to see why the current dispossl was not working and discovered that it was jammed. He was able to remove the debris causing the jam and got it functioning normally. He advised that our current didposal was a good quality disposal and was running great, so no need for replacement. We appreciate Daves honesty and professionalism. The repair was much less expensive than replacement. I would recommend Dave for any plumbing needs. He is great!

    I have used Twin City Pipeworks several times in the past. I trust them and their work. Recently I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. I had Dave come out and he quickly showed me what was wrong and fixed it. While we were talking I told him I wasnt happy with my kitchen faucet and we decided to replace it with a new one he had on his truck (really a good move I love this new one). I had him return the next week and replace my water heater and my outdoor faucet along with some basement piping. I am really happy with the work. I have found this company to be reliable, honest and very helpful and upfront.

    Dave is amazing. We literally had just closed on a home and when we arrived at the house we smelled natural gas. We called Counterpoint and they detected a small leak and turned off the gas. We now had no heat in a different house on Friday with a temperature of 20 deg. We asked our new neighbors for someone to call and they recommended Dave at TC Pipeworks. He returned our call immediately, we told him the issue and he headed to our house in south Minneapolis from Stillwater on a Friday at 3:30. He arrived in 45 mins and was able to fix the problem within the hour at a fair price. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable.We will definitely continue to use Dave.

    We needed a leaky pipe repaired. It was a Saturday. I located Twin City Pipeworks on Angies List and was surprised to receive a response from them that day, even though their business was closed on the weekend. I made an appointment for Monday. Dave arrived promptly on Monday, was very knowledgeble, answered all questions thoroughly and it was determined that a section of pipe needed to be replaced. Dave also inspected surrounding pipe and found another one that needed to be capped before it broke and flooded our basement.     I purchased a home recently, and when I turned on the water to an outside faucet, there was a leak in the ceiling. And I couldnt even locate the turn-on valves for the other outdoor faucets. Dave & Tim came out the next day, and found that there were leaking pipes leading to all 3 outdoor faucets. They gave me advice on what to do, and a quote for their part in repairing the pipes. While they were there, they replaced a float in on of the toilets.
