    Rinker installed my Briggs & Stratton five year old Generator which ran flawlessly for over 90 hrs after 17” wet snowfall knocked out power for 60,000. Day after power repair, Danielle from Rinker alerted me to low oil pressure signal via “info hub” option. Expect caused by high volume recent use. Set up immediate service call. Rinker is the best! There when you need them most.

    I worked with Rinker to purchase and install our whole home Champion generator. From initial contact to completion of the install, every single employee of the company was knowledgeable and great to work with. They coordinated everything and kept me informed through the entire process. The installation crew was top notch and left not a single piece of gravel out of place. I love to understand the details and every person I interacted with was very open and detailed in answering any questions I had. They have a fantastic selection of products and are knowledgeable on every one of them. I did a lot of research up front and couldnt find anyone else in the area that matched the service I received. Im thrilled to have found a great company for all my electrical needs local to me.

    From the beginning phone call, until the completion of the job Rinker is a Class Act. After calling 4 companies to install ductless heat and a/c in our home Josh from Rinker was the only one to show up, and I am glad he did.We had a standby generator installed as well as 5 ductless heads in the home with two compressors.Ron came in to check the scope of the job, and two weeks later he and Bill got to work on the install. The next day Keith and Jeffrey worked on upgrading and installing the new electric panel, and finally Corbin took care of the generator install.WOW, professional, neat and the attention to details as they are is something long gone in todays world. They were methodical and on point with their installations!I know this is a long review, but they deserve your call for work on ductless, generator or electrical.THANK YOU RINKER!

    I’m glad I came across Rinker. It was a great experience from start to finish. I called for my Generac Generator, it wasn’t Turning on. From the receptionist being kind, polite and upfront with service cost to our technician Steve who was such a knowledgeable individual and really enjoys what he is doing. They checked my main electrical box, ground and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done correctly. After verifying everything was done up to code and manual specification, he began to diagnose the generator. He found the problem fairly quickly and knew exactly how to fix it. He explained everything thoroughly. He had all the tools in hand and fixed the problem within minutes. I’ve dealt with many companies before, and I could tell you - these people are properly trained and know what they are doing. In addition, you are dealing with a profesional company with profesional workers. 5 stars, will give them more business soon - would like by ductless system installed in the spring. Highly recommended !!!!

    Rinker did a fantastic job installing our Mitsubishi mini-split A/C units! Josh was great and the installers were neat and clean and installed everything exactly the way we wanted it. The system works great and we highly recommend them.

    I spoke to Josh for 15 minutes and he was extremely helpful and informative. Josh told me Rinker would not be able to help me with my specific project needs but he then took the time to tell me exactly what to look for and what questions to ask as I interview other companies. Any company willing to do that gets 5 stars in my book

    Rinker installed a new Mitsubishi heat pump at my cabin. Josh worked up a very clear and descriptive price quote. Ron helped with a few minor revisions to the SOW. The guys showed up on time and worked the entire two days. They laid tarps on the floor and wore covers on their shoes. Very neat and clean. Bill ran the job and took the time to explain each step of the install. Bill then showed me how to run the unit, both AC and heat. Overall a very pleasant experience with no hasells.     I had Rinker Inc. service my 30plus year old stand by home generator. The technician name was Eli Fernandez. I could not have been happier with his knowledge, attitude and complete thoroughness of the service. He didnt mind me observing and explained what exactly was going on. Without a doubt I would recommend Rinker.

    I called to inquire about installation of either ductless or central HVAC systems and after describing my house, he told me he did not recommend a ductless system but central would be better for me, even though he does ductless and does not install central HVAC systems. He then went further to give me advice and suggestions as to what I should look for in a central system and invited me to call if I had more questions. I then said maybe I would call him about a small ductless system for a basement room even if we did central above and he said I should get a price for that first from whomever was doing the central system, as I might get a cost-saving from the combined work. I have rarely experienced being someone so generous with their time and experience, knowing they were no longer even trying to sell me their product or service. The kind and helpful assistance was greatly appreciated I would have felt very comfortable knowing that I would be in very good hands, receive quality product and services and be treated fairly and honestly in doing business with this company.

    After several frustrating calls and ridiculous quotes from other electritions, I called Rinker. I spoke to Devon on the phone and explained my situation. He was very polite and professional, and gave me a quote that made me jump for joy, less then half the price of the other two companies I called. Devon and his helper came the next morning and immediately began working. It was a big job, but they had it done in 5 hours and at the price I was quoted. No hidden fees, no extra costs. Devon was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, happy to answer any of my questions. When the work was done, they cleaned up well and walked me through all the work they did and answered any questions I had. Not only were they affordable and great to work with, but both my insurance adjuster and the ppl employee that turned my power back on raved about how well the work was done. Thank you Devon and all the guys at Rinker, your the best.

    This is the go to place for your generator, HVAC, and electrical needs. They performed all of these services at my home. All I can say is 6 months later, all is working good with no issues.     I wanted to update my panel box from 100 to 200amp because in due time I would end up having too and after speaking with Devon I felt comfortable choosing BR electric. Everything from the consult right down to the day of installation was smooth. I felt for the job it was reasonably priced and getting financing was a big plus. My old box was a complete mess and his crew gave it a complete overhaul. Overall very pleasant experience and i recommend them if you need a big job like that done.

    Devon and his crew were great. They came when they said they would, did they work they said they would, and for the price they said they would do it. The work was great and thorough. Devon went through everything with me and took the time to answer any questions, and truly went above and beyond which was very much appreciated. There are a lot of sub-par contractors out there, so Im glad to have found a professional crew that I can call on for any electrical problems!

    I found this company to be very reliable and professional . I dealt originally with the owner, than Julio Padilla, which was very helpful , professional and responsible person. When compared to other companies in the area, they stay well above the crowd. Got my generator hooked up the proper way, with permits and all required inspections at no time at all, while other companies were trying to mislead me , by stating permits are not needed. My property is located in WLE , lake ariel . Work was completed in less than 2 weeks ( permits & work ) and they provided help even after their work was completed .I highly recommend this company !
