They replaced a glass fence panel for my backyard. The staff is very professional, highly-skilled, and friendly. No back and forth with the estimate and it was very simple. I did ask for an expedite before my Christmas party and they tried to make it happen inside of the leadtime on the quote. They got the glass installed early and a day before my party. I’m not saying they can do an expedite all the time but they actually tried which is important to me. The glass panel itself matches the shade of the original panels of my house and doesn’t reflect a different shade; it looks perfect! The install was perfect and tight into the original posts. I’d recommend them.

Mission Viejo glass is an honest company I recommend highly. My Homeowners Association thought we had a cracked window pane in our lobby. A large 8 x 12 piece of glass. We had several other companies, advise it was cracked and needed replacement. Mark Dunn at Mission Viejo Glass gave us the truth scoop, our tint was coming up and the window is not cracked. Also had a referral for a tint company. Thank you Mark and MV Glass for your honesty and class act. It is very appreciated.

Our home was burglarized and ransacked back in early January. Besides losing valuables, a large custom glass door was shattered that was used to gain access into our home. The original company that installed the door could not respond and suggested using someone local. I recognized the name of Mission Viejo Glass on my internet search and contacted them about getting a quote. Their estimator Mark came out as scheduled and was able to identify the custom glass type and even priced replacing a broken window that we had prior. We received a quote the following day as promised. We were given a reasonable price and lead time and we told them to proceed after giving a deposit.We were contacted last week to schedule installation which was in the time frame originally quoted. Today the temporary exterior grade plywood was replaced with the new glass for our door along with the broken window. Again, Rod the installer showed up promptly and was diligent and clean and took care of it like a true professional.Nowadays it is hard to get some things priced, let alone having the actual work done professionally and we are sold on the professionalism of Mark, Tammy, Allison and Rod of Mission Viejo Glass, and we are very pleased with the entire transaction and would definitely recommend them to Family and Friends.

Mission Viejo Glass came out to remove my shower glass while my tile man was repairing some damaged tiles. Their work was fast and efficient. After the tile work was completed they returned to reinstall the door and the glass. The job they did far exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was beyond the installation from the original install company. I am having another bathroom refurbished in January and I will need all new glass for that room. You can bet I will use Mission Viejo Glass. Their estimator Tom was terrific and the installation guys Mark and Jeramie were gentlemen and obviously real pros. They were ALL the kind of men you are happy to have working in your home. A huge thank you to the whole team. That includes Kristan Byrne who handled my scheduling and Linda Esquerra. From A to Z this was a pleasant experience and they get my highest recommendation.
