    From beginning to the end we have only high praise for all the employees with Electric Medics. We had our 1970s electric panel replaced which was way overdue and now gives us peace of mind. Everything was included except painting so much easier to deal with one price. Scheduling and all work was done in a timely fashion and everyone was nice and efficient. They even brought a generator the day of installation so our refrigerator could keep running.We had interviewed 6 other companies and in the end Electric Medics seemed like the right fit. So happy we went with them and highly recommend this company. They definitely take pride in their work and everyone was very respectful and kind. Will be using them for all electrical work going forward!

    We decided to upgrade our electric panel to 200AMP to accommodate a wall charger and be ready for a solar project in the near future.We have reached out to several vendors for bids. We chose Electric Medics not based on their pricing as there were other cheaper vendors. We chose them because of their communication and other feed back we received from other YELP customers who used them as we reached out to them directly.Kristina was an amazing project manager that kept us in the loop every step of the journey.Jake came to view the site as I wanted to make sure we dont face any challenges during the upgrade process. Discussed few addition options while he was checking the current panel. Before he leaves, we were set to go with them and handed him the deposit on the spot.After they coordinate with city and the utility company, they notified us with the set date 21 days in advance.Damien showed up on time with the rest of the crew and we were done with the city inspection and power restoration by 2:00pm.We faced some challenges with the city during the lath inspection due to the rain and they were on top of it.The job is now completed and the city has signed off on the final inspection after the stucco completion.If you want to have a reputable company with good project management, I definitely recommend Electric Medics.

From day one and the first email they’ve been nothing but great and very responsive, I shopped around for a few other places and prices and electric medics offered the best service, pricing, and response time !     There are some companies that are a pleasure to work with, some companies that do a great job, and some companies that go way above-and-beyond to help their customers (especially when things are complicated or difficult). Electric Medics is all of the above. When a delivery truck damaged our power line and practically destroyed our breaker panel, the folks at Electric Medics worked with the city to conduct emergency repairs, finalize permits and inspections, and ensure that my family had uninterrupted power to our home (instead of a lengthy shut down by the electric company due to unsafe conditions). Fair pricing, quality work, great communications. Highly recommended.

To top it off they were much more competitively priced than the other quotes that I received. After I waited more than 3 weeks to hear back from the other company, these guys got the job done in less than 4 days from when I called. A great decision on my end and my wife agrees :)

The installation of a new chandelier and ceiling light fixture, as well as a recessed light repair was completed efficiently within an hour.     Highly recommend! We had issues with our panel and breakers, and needed repairs that were not covered by our home warranty. Called a couple companies and were quoted almost double. Electric Medics gave us a detailed and reasonable quote. Their tech, Jacob, as super professional, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and gladly answered all our questions/concerns. Work date was set, and communication with us was excellent throughout.     Electrician was high skilled and experienced. He was able to quickly find the problems and then offer solutions (we had many) for a very reasonable rate.     Replaced our 45 year old service panel (100-->200A) and added a dedicated circuit for car charging. Everything went smoothly. Communication was great--we always knew what day and when people were coming, including inspectors, SCE, etc. Super great that they also did the stucco work after installing the panel box. We had extra exterior paint and was able to paint the area and it looks so professional. Jake came back and took care of a few minor nuisance issues (light socket on BBQ island, a couple of low voltage lighting issues) which was great.

    I contacted Electric Medics on 6/30. Mike, the owner came to take the measurements on the same day. He was very nice and friendly. I received a quote for installing 6 recess lights but he suggested 4 because the room wasn’t that big. He is honest and I liked the way he does business. Two technicians came back next day to install the lights and did a great job. They were also friendly and polite. We are very happy with the new lights.We will definitely use them for our future projects.

They were personable, took pride in their work, were knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job.     Great people to work with. They hold your hand throughout the process and handle all permits required. Upgraded our 125A panel to a 200A Solar Ready panel. Only company I was able to find that actually did the stucco (and paint through known reference) whereas other companies make you find your own contractor to finish it. Also had (2) 14-50 NEMA ports installed in the garage and it was setup better than initially expected. A+++ Would highly recommend.

    We hired Electric Medics to do a complete overhaul on the electrical system in a 1950s house we bought in Dana Point and they did a wonderful job- we couldnt have been happier. Mikes work with our plans and expertise was great- he thought of things I never would have as far as layout, functionality and flow of lighting and outlets. We felt he gave us a fair price for the work done and his guys were always on time and professional. Lexi, his scheduler is seriously amazing and so pleasant and friendly to talk to. Mike and his guys were also really flexible when I decided to do things like change the location of sconces that had been placed or when we had scheduling issues with other trades and had to change our dates with the at the last minute. Look no further if you are looking for electricians who are great at their job, honest, reliable, communicative and trustworthy.

    I called several electrical companies and was not satisfied with the solution for my electrical upgrades. Then I looked up Electrical Medics and what a difference.     I contacted a load of electricians to get a EV charger installed. Electric Medics was able to get someone to give me a quote the quickest and was by far the most responsive. Today I got the charger installed and both the person who gave me the quote and the installer were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Also the receptionist / scheduler is very nice, quick and flexible. I generally dont hire electricians, handyman etc. without a personal recommendation but Im glad I did.     Ive had Jake out twice now for what turned out to be fairly minor repairs. In both instances both he and his office were communicative and friendly, and he was on time or early.     Fantastic service from Electric Medics! I had a GFCI blow that disrupted power to half the outlets in the house, and the CB was staying tripped. I found Electric Medics online and called them in the hope they could get me in within the next week. I was shocked when Mike called me back right away and said he could be there that day! He gave me a 1-hour window that afternoon and arrived within that. He was quickly able to isolate the problem, explaining everything as he troubleshot. Repaired the issue and had everything back up and running quickly. Didn’t try to suggest more extensive issues or unnecessary repairs. Honest, straightforward, friendly, efficient. In and out in under an hour, cleaned up after repairs. Mike’s a super-nice and trustworthy guy and runs his business seamlessly and in a client-friendly way. Definitely my go-to for any future electrical issues!

    We were told by a handyman that we had a serious problem. One that required a very experienced electrician and to be prepared for a hefty charge. We went online and found good reviews for Electric Medics and called them. Mike not only diagnosed the problem (that ended up not being a serious issue) but he also fixed it quickly and the charge was so reasonable. He also was able to bring some other issues to code. Most of all his friendly personality and positivity was so refreshing!

    I tried installing a bedroom fan but had an issue in which the circuit would short due to previous electricians connecting circuit with the overhead can lights. With Electric Medics online booking, I was able to easily choose the date and time of service without having to call or leave a voicemail waiting for a response. Mike came in and diagnosed the issue and explained what he was going to do. He was quick and efficient and finished installing the fan in a matter of minutes.     We had significant wiring issues in our home we just purchased. It turns out that the previous owners basically ignored the agreed upon repair requests and did nothing, leaving a house that could catch on fire at any moment. I was referred to Mike by our neighbors and could not be more pleased. Other electricians tried to talk us into rewiring the whole house at at $20k - $25k cost. Mike gave us a much more reasonable solution that will keep our home safe for many years to come. The price was right and the guys doing the work were fantastic. Could not recommend a more competent company.

    Excellent experience. First off they came out to install swap out a fan and remote. On time and did a good job. Yet then the fan remote broke like 2 days later. Weird. Called them on Sunday.     My husband and I are having the family over for New Years Eve dinner today. I’m cooking prime rib with all the trimmings. Last night our power went out and we were frantic. My husband discovered that our main circuit board was fried. Our fridge had no power, and multiple areas of our home. It was 9:30 pm when we discovered this. We tried calling some emergency electrical technicians and were unsuccessful in reaching anyone and no one returned our calls. I made one last attempt at around 10:30 pm to contact someone after searching on Facebook for electricians in Mission Viejo. My search lead me to Electric Medics and the dispatcher connected us with Mike. Well Mike was at our home by 11:15 and diagnosed the problem. He got our fridge up and running and came back this morning and replaced our entire circuit board. This company has multiple excellent reviews and now I know why. Mike is absolutely incredible, prompt, and did a fantastic job on our electrical issues. He cleaned up, marked our circuit board properly and was the kindest person on the planet! I have never experienced such amazing service from ANY electrician. He is well deserving of 5 stars and I wish I could give more! I highly recommend Electric Medics for any of your electrical work.     Short version, this was an extremely high caliber service in all aspects, beyond my already fairly high standards. Unreserved recommend!First good sign for me was calling a local business at 8pm on a tuesday and instead of getting a machine, having my call actually answered by a rep. I had an urgent issue beyond my ability to diagnose blacking out half my house, and thankfully got an apmt within 36 hrs of my initial call. Their shockingly high end data system then kept me notified about my apmt and the location of my service person via text and/or email, was never in the dark. Once he arrived, Mike was extremely friendly and personable, while simultaneously laser focused on a rigorous diagnosis of my issue.     I had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team at an Apartment complex that I manage. We were upgrading all electrical panels in our building totaling to over 100 panels. Electric Medics is by far the easiest vendor I have ever had to deal with, and I have dealt with a lot. From scheduling, to confirming, to the actual work being done, everything was so smooth and as explained/expected.
