We used Pedro from Beltran for major repairs after a plumbing catastrophe. He was extremely helpful and completed all work well below the insurance companys estimate for the work. His firm was so good and reasonable we hired him again for additional work not included in the insurer repairs. I would recommend Beltran for and home repair neefs.

Pedro and his crew are fabulous. We had been trying to get someone out to replace some rotted wood. Many said they would be by but never showed up. Right before a terrantial downpour, I made a call to Beltran in a panic. Pedro had one of his guys come out on a Friday evening at 6:30 pm. The gentleman did a quick look and did a quick fix until they could provide a cost estimate and a date to come back to properly replace the rotted wood. They were quick with an estimate and a start date. They did a fantastic job. We will be using them for future projects.

We used Beltran Painting for an exterior painting and repair job on our very old house, and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Pedro went above and beyond to repair wood rot on the outside of the house, scrape off old paint, re-caulk/seal our windows, fix some superficial wood damage, and paint the exterior. Pedro was able to fix a stubborn leaky window that was giving us problems for years. He was communicative all the way through the project, and was able to adjust to a timeline that worked for us. He was timely, responsive, and very cost-effective. I would highly recommend this company.

Pedro did an outstanding job on both the interior and exterior of our home. In addition to painting, he power washed the siding and patio, rebuilt the shutters, repaired dry rot and did several repairs along the way. He is meticulous with regard to the preparation, paint selection, painting and cleanup. He is also a skilled carpenter. He rehung doors and repaired some windows. He is honest, trustworthy and conscientious with respect to his time and fees. I highly recommend him.
