    Matthew, technician, was prompt & professional. He called ahead with accurate arrival time. Repair quick and easy for him to clear disposal I couldn’t get final pieces of metal blockage. Only dissatisfaction was $298 for 10 min work. He had estimated that amount before starting work, with no knowledge of challenge. I fully expected some reasonable discount for quick job. But I would recommend Frank Gay for prompt courteous service, but high price for efficiency.

    I wanna thank the whole team of Frank Gay for such an awesome job! We are so glad we decided to go with them on this project. Were not done yet but for everything we scheduled so far has been completed 100% as Frank Gay said they would get done. Special thx for Kyle making this happen by walking us thru the whole process and going over everything we had questions on. Plus want to let ppl know Ricardo and his other guy did a Great job on the sub panel and all electrical,and gfis plus smoke detectors,and getting vanity lighting hung and wired.

    Mike did an amazing job of letting us know what our problem was with our A/C and what it would take to fix it. We had another company install our original A/C in 2022 (new built home) and they completely ignored all common sense and regulatory requirements and now we are here having to get it fixed. I would recommend Frank Gay to the next person just based off todays visit. Mike did such a great job. And we are getting our unit/ duct work fixed in a very reasonable amount of time! Pictures posted are from another company’s install of the unit. This is what Frank Gay is fixing!

    Duanne did a great job with the bathroom tasks I had. He was neat, polite, and extremely patient with a nosey homeowner…and explained everything he was doing.     Visited my Mom in The Villages FL for Christmas 2024, had toilet leak issues and Frank Gay Services sent Westley to the rescue, did an excellent job, very knowledgeable and resolved quickly. Westley was also very personable, kind and made the visit pleasant for us. Excellent customer service and I recommend Frank Gay Service for all Your plumbing needs!

    So happy I called Frank Gay services. First of all I love their radio ads. Second but more importantly they were out here the very next morning( on Christmas Eve day) Sean found the problem right away snaked all the lines and reset the toilet. He was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Happy to say I’m a Frank Gay customer from now on!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Manny Andujar to fix the cartridge in my master bathroom shower, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, exceptional skill, and a commitment to ensuring the job was done perfectly.Manny was incredibly kind and personable. It’s not every day you meet a professional who genuinely listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain the process in detail. He walked me through what needed to be done, ensuring I understood the issue and how it would be resolved.Manny also took extra care to leave the work area spotless. After completing the repair, he double-checked everything to ensure the shower was functioning perfectly and even offered tips on how to maintain it for the long term.The level of service and expertise most definitely exceeded my expectations.     Joseph came out and tackled the install quickly. He had the old unit pulled out and cleaned up before his help even arrived (David and Trey). Jo was super professional and seemed dedicated to excellence in the execution of his work. He didnt skimp on anything and left the work looking beautiful.David and Trey tackled the condenser unit install. They seemed to communicate effectively and efficiently. Trey even braved the great unknown of xmas storage totes in my attic to move an electrical whip for Jo.They all were very professional, courtesy and cleaned up afterwards.

    We had our first plumbing review associated with our annual plan. Wes, a bright, likable technician arrived on time and started to work immediately. He went through the house thoroughly, identifying any possible issues. In most cases he offered a range of remedies both in terms of probability and cost. Our biggest concern is an original water heater. It’s nearly twenty years old. We will be replacing soon.Wes was back yesterday and replaced our water heater. Once again he was efficient and professional. Pretty much seamless. When we need plumbing assistance again in the future, we hope you’ll once again assign Wes to the task. Merry Christmas!As it turned out, we still had a leak at our utility sink in the cold water feed shutoff. Wes returned and remedied the issue. We also asked him to adjust the water heater up slightly. All is well.

    Even tho 2 days before Christmas, service was responsive. Brett was. Informative, courteous and professional. He identified the problem with the leak in our bathroom sink in about 5 minutes, repaired it in about 30 minutes, as he had a replacement in his vehicle. Then the shocker, $550 for the service. Bein a diu (just too old any more) guy all my life, $300/350 would have been a fair charge. However this is consistent with Franks service, good service, way over priced, we have used Franks numerous times, the same review applies.

    Willie was great! I fancy myself rather handy, but I reached my wits end on tracking a short. Willie, with over 20 years under his belt, started to feel challenged, but he kept tracing back until he found a switch with a loose wire that was holding up most of two bedrooms worth of lights and wall plugs. This effort was very affordable. I will call them back and make recommendations in their behalf all day long.Thank You!Mike

    Zeke came out on Sunday for an emergency call and he was amazing! With him being so great, we discussed some lighting we wanted to add to the house.     Outstanding customer service however it has been years since I hired a plumber. Wow the prices have gone up. Also he lost a part of an auger in our sewer line however he provided a 90day warranty and said if it causes problems he will fix it. Thank you for the service.

    Drew was very pleasant. He took care of the leak under the sink. There was a screw missing on the shower face plate and he drilled a hole and put a screw in. Drew noticed that the outside faucets were done poorly and he took upon himself to fixed it by replacing the foam with joint compound. He was very attentive.

    Came out same day for service. Technician gave us a few options, but I had a 30 year old unit and suggested I replace it, but also did not pressure me one way or the other. They showed up the very next day, and installed a complete unit, heat pump and air conditioner in one day. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

    Rey Rivero has been awesome to deal with. We had a issue with our furnace that another company dropped the ball on. Rey and Travis have been out 4 times and tonight we finally found the issue.I would recommend Frank Gay to anyone, nicest service people Ive ever dealt with.

    Frank Gay responded quickly to my call. Zach arrived and quickly reviewed the situation and prepared an estimate. He could not arrange repair for Saturday or Sunday due to schedule, but promised repair and installation on Monday. He was polite and efficient and knew what needed to be done. This company has a great reputation and I expect the best.As promised Dylan and Mike showed up and worked from 9 to almost 6 reblumbing my whole house. They worked hard and in 90 degree heat in the attic. Fantastic job. They were polite, friendly and helpful too.Frank Gay has been extremely responsive to our needs. All technicians have been on time, polite and helpful!

    I called for Frank Gay plumbing services because my toilet was backed up. Luckily, the plumber was able to come out the same morning. He even arranged a convenient time for me. He was on time and snaked the pipe. Nothing came out, but the water was still standing in the pipe. He said, its probably my septic tank, and he can arrange for their septic services to come out the same afternoon. Then, I was told that they had a scheduling conflict and couldnt come until the following day. The septic services truck came from an hour and a half away from where I was, and he did not find out about my location until the following morning. The truck ended up being stuck in traffic, but the driver called me to give me a heads up and apologized, so it was ok. I dont blame him for things out of his control, and I also appreciated his honest communication. When he got there, he explained the process and pumped out the septic tank. He dug out the ground to access the tank and covered it back up when he was done. He did a great job and was very experienced. I was happy after the job was done because I was finally able to use my bathroom.Later, I shared with the company my experience. They were very professional and they made me feel like they value their customers experience.Thank you.

    This is a top notch company! First, they send you a text and/or email confirming your appointment date along with a photo and the name of the technician coming to your home. Then, the day of service they call you to let you know theyre currently on their way and they give you an ETA. Youre always informed about whats going to happen.Every technician is professional and courteous, I delt with 4.My first tech was Al Kinnecom who checked my old system thoroughly and gave me 6 different options to choose from. Most places would just say you need a new system and call it a day, but not Frank Gay Services. Al explained each option perfectly the last 2 being options for new units. Because of the experience with the company we went with a new unit. Big shout out to our sales guy Robert.Today they installed our new system and the techs today were, again, top notch guys!     Accidentally cracked the PVC supply line to an exterior faucet necessitating immediate water shutoff to the entire house and repair prior to the water being turned back on. Despite it being early evening (after normal business hours), Frank Gay Services was able to schedule Duane to be on site within two hours. He quickly assessed the issue and presented several priced options based on the amount of work each required to be done. After discussion of the pros and cons of each, one was selected and he went to work. He worked efficiently and water service was restored about 90 minutes later. The workmanship (which involved opening the exterior stucco over cinder block wall) was expertly done and the final repair showed excellent workmanship. They responded immediately, and even called me to ask if they could send a different person because that person was closer and could respond faster.Paul Russell was the technician who responded, and he was awesome. He resolved my issue quickly and effectively and gave me some quality advice going forward. Form the office to the manager to the service technician, they were all great!

    When we called the woman was really nice and hooked us right up with an appointment that afternoon Joe B was right on time and was a very pleasant and funny man. He diagnosed the problem and then with our permission he fixed our AC unit and gave us some advice on dos and dont about the unit ! Great experience with this company We will be calling on them in the future when needed

    Justin was on time and checked my AC unit very thoroughly. He also suggested that it would be very cost effective to have a yearly check-up contract that would save me from paying the service fee per visit. Im very happy with Frank Gay Services. They cover electrical and plumbing.

    This is the first time I used Frank Gay. The plumber, Drew knew exactly what needed to be doneI had a leaky shower and I had bought a cartridge and trim from Amazon(delta,). Since the house is 23 years old the handle and the cartridge were effectively soldered together from the water minerals. Drew installed a Moen system after removing the Delta stuff. He had to enlarge the hole to get to everything he needed to remove. I watched him and was very impressed! The bill was expensive but the job was done right, very thorough with a person we can trust in our house. I certainly recommend this company

    We called Frank Gay Services after getting our septic pumped by another company and still having clogged pipes. Grady came to our house and did a full assessment, and although the news was not all great, we really appreciated the work he put in and his honesty, too! Would recommend him and Frank Gay to anyone, they came out right before this big hurricane is about to hit, too. Thank you, Grady and Frank Gay!

    We had a bad clog in the shower drain and the washer. So we looked for plumbers available nearby, but seemed like nobody was open on Sunday or even after business hours during weekday for emergencies. Fortunately, Frank Gay answered and they also provide their services for after normal business hour up until 12am and Sundays. However, We scheduled our plumber for Monday morning and he arrived on time with the needed equipment. Daniel B did a great job coming out here and helping us resolve our plumbing issue. We are happy with the service that we received. Will be hiring Frank Gay again.
