    Without a doubt, this is the best plumbing service ever. From the minute I scheduled to the completed job everything was professional and courteous. Everything was texted to me, to keep me updated every step of the way. Erik and Al were knowledgeable and professional. There will never be any hesitation when I look to hire a plumber. This company tops them all!

    It was really nice to meet Brandon. He is a very professional person and really does an outstanding job making himself and his employer look great. Brandon really took the time needed to fix my problem and make sure I was happy before presenting the bill. He went over the possibilities and gave me an estimate for each possibility so I would not be surprised at the end. We had to wait for the tank to drain. He sat with me outside and we had great conversations. I really enjoyed talking to him while we waited. He seemed like he was from my own generation which shows he never meets a stranger. The only part of my experience with 1-Tom-Plumbing I didn’t agree with is their pricing for. Saturday call. I had a leak fixed along with the heating elements and thermostats replaced. It cost me $1098.00. I just find that high priced. It cost me about 3 days work for a few hours work from 1-Tom-Plumbing. I do agree they do good work otherwise.

    I have been doing maintenance in the Charleston area for 6 years and have used 1-Tom-Plumber for numerous issues. Every time we have been very pleased with the work and professionalism the techs have shown. Justin Philips helped us this week with a big task requiring jetting, camera and snaking a toilet to clear debris and all was done quickly, with accuracy. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

    Justin did a great job on the toilet repair at our school. He walked me through all of the necessary steps needed to repair it and after completion went over all of the items that were addressed. I really appreciate it his post cleanup and description of the entire project.

    When you’re still relatively new in the area it’s hard to find trust worthy companies sometimes. I had a shower cartridge issue which I could probably fix myself but wasn’t confident. When Michael arrived we hit it off right away, SUPER nice guy and knowledgeable. He actually explained to me what happened to the shower cartridge and some of the background regarding my area with how our water is. I couldn’t be happier to have found our plumber on the first shot! Thank you guys and especially Michael!

    After the storm my sump pump failed. 1Tom was able to come out the same day my power came back on and I realized the issue. This time I had technician Robert Wheeler. He was kind and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. They were able to get the part and come back the next day to install. I’ve used 1-Tom plumber multiple times and will continue to use and recommend them!

    Returned home from trip to find standing water in shower floor and flooded half bath. Jernard took the after hours service call and worked until after midnight. Returned the next morning to join forces with Belfor Fire and Water Restoration technician to complete the main line repair and resolve my issues caused by massive oak tree root that had invaded the main sewer pipe to the house. Jernard was professional and prompt. Went the extra mile to restore my home.Give this company’s customer service 5 start rating.

    My experience with 1-Tom was excellent. Within a couple of hours of calling their office two technicians, Robert and William were at my home. They were friendly, professional and able to solve my problem right away. My toilet was leaking. Since it was so old I knew it needed to be replaced rather than repaired. They assessed and identified the problem, went and picked up a brand new comfort height toilet, came back and had it installed in no time.I highly recommend 1-Tom Plumber!

    Trey solved the leaky faucet in shower, but thats not why I am leaving a review. He was friendly, personable, and professional. I have a 5 year old son that loves tools, building, and construction. Instead of shunning him away, or saying that he needed to be uninterrupted, Trey encouraged him. He showed my boy how each of his tools functioned and let him be in charge of the measuring tape. We have had service/repairs in the past from various agencies, but I have never seen a plumber engage so well with children. My son even drew him a picture to thank him.

    Rob and Scott where amazing. I highly recommend them and their team! I have an old house (circa 1890) and my tub cracked, causing a lot of water damage. They were able to fully remove the old tub, understand the underlining causes of water damage and leveled the new tub to fit the space. I recommend 1Tom Plumber to anyone in the Charleston area. They were thorough, honest, and trustworthy. Bravo!

    Tom was very concise and fast in his work and put me at ease with his great communication skills and his SME level knowledge was on display with every concern I had, and I had a few.     Tommy came by and helped us with a couple of issues we were having. We were unable to connect the hot water hose to the washer machine because the faucet was messed up. He fixed that in 5-10 minutes. We also have a wiggly shower head and the ring around it is loose so you can see the hole in the wall. He siliconed it together back to the wall, which is all we really needed done. He also put in a work order request to fix the wiggles. He got everything done quickly and efficiently. He was nice and polite. I appreciate Tommy coming out and fixing this stuff for us.

    My sons bought me a new dishwasher for Christmas because my old one wouldnt completely empty the water, which had started leaking out on the floor. I called 1-Tom Plumbing and Nick was sent out to fix, what I thought was a minor problem. Nick found that a main PVC pipe in the wall behind the dishwasher, that serviced the sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher was broken. Any time I turned on the sink, water would pour out of the pipe onto the floor behind the dishwasher. I expected there would be a lot of time and expense involved in the demolition and repair of that pipe.But Nick knew exactly what and how to fix the problem, which only took around an hour. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the efficient work and the very fair cost. I highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbing and will definitely use the again for any future plumbing problems.

    I had a late night disaster happen 2 days into moving in , where some valves came apart and caused a good sized water leak , following morning had Mike and Reese come out to inspect then continue with the work the next day once approvals were given.     I called 1-Tom-Plumber because I wanted to see if my 4 year old tankless water heater needed any maintenance and to make sure everything was working properly. They sent someone out within a few hours! Joseph “Rooky” was very kind and answered all of my questions. He explained in detail how my water heater works and even taught me how to change the temperature! Since it was 4 years old and had not been flushed before, he recommended to flush the unit and set up an appointment for me.
