    I had been looking for a company to buy and install a Generac at my home for a while. When I contacted PPS they sent Justin Waltz to my house in a very timely manner. After I had talked with him awhile about the company background and such I decided I wanted to deal with Justin & PPS. He was extremely helpful with information and ideas. We settled on a price. Inside of 3 weeks it was installed and operating. There were no issues, problems at all. I give Justin and office ladies the credit. They stayed on top of everything. Called me several times to keep me updated. These folks have their act together.

    Jeremy and his partner did a great job installing a separate switch and with dimmer for our kitchen light fixture. This is the second time this team has been out for us, last time to install a new outlet our builder missed, and great job both times. Very personable, courteous and professional. The office was also very responsive in communication from my initial call. Would highly recommend this team at PowerPlus. 😎

    We received 2 quotes for generator installation that were about the same. We chose PPS because their estimator Justin did a much more thorough job. Our electric and gas are on opposite sides of the house. Justin climbed all through our attic spaces to see how the wiring could best be run (from inside our garage to the opposite back corner of the house). The first guy didn’t even look. And when it came to installation, they did a fantastic job. And it was good to hear one of the techs, Ben, say what a great company they are to work for. We highly recommend PPS to anyone considering installing a Generac.

    Jeremy and Sam from PPS were on time, great communicators throughout the process, respectful of our home (prep, install, clean-up), and professional in their service (both in their expertise and in troubleshooting challenges.) We had (5) install/changes done. I’d use PPS again in a heartbeat for my LX needs.

    I hired Power Plus Systems to do some additional wiring, adding lights and switches, etc., on my brand-new home for which they had been the original wiring contractor. I told them what I wanted done and was sent an estimate which I revised at least two additional times. Each time I revised they were patient and responsive. Finally, we agreed on the work, cost, and installation date. They showed up early within the time window cited, went over with me in detail the work to be done, then started immediately, giving me a fairly good estimate as to when they expected to be finished. It took about 1 - 1/2 days, but they were very careful to make the least amount of mess possible, including the least number of openings in the drywall to get the work done. They also consulted with me whenever a question came up BEFORE doing the next step. They were courteous, friendly, worked the entire time they were here, and did a final clean-up each day before they left. They even told me when they were going to lunch and when they expected to return -- and they were right on time! Each of them knew what they were doing, not just the boss, and all were very professional. They also provided all parts, tools, and equipment needed, and took everything with them when they left for the day.Basically, there were no headaches, regrets, or concerns. They were some of the best contractors Ive ever worked with. I highly recommend them and would definitely employ them again.

    My installation went smoothly and has already been put to the test a couple times during actual breif power outages. Getting the Generac to connect to Wifi was more of a challenge. It happened on Christmas Eve and now I am satisfied all is well. It is my understanding that I can purchase a more detailed status update for $49 and wish to do so. Justin was patient, persistent and knowledgeable as were the others that I interfaced with. Thank you

    We purchased a new home 3 days ago and today noticed broken wires and burn marks on the wood in the attic. Anxious about our safety and the possibility of a fire, I called Power Plus Systems and they had Mark out to see us within an hour (8:30pm) on Saturday night. Mark was not only professional - he was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to help me understand what happened. He didnt hesitate to pull out his tools and replace all the damaged electric and even cleaned up after his work. Im really grateful for the service this company provided on such short notice.

    I recently completed a new build - residential construction. Power Plus was great to work with every step of the process. Beginning with the foundation, they showed up when scheduled to install the floor outlet in the slab & set the temporary pole. During rough ins they met the scheduled date again & the electricians on site gave several recommendations on placements of switches & light fixtures. Im big on cleanliness and they always left the site cleaner than they found it. During trim outs, again they showed up when they said they would & completed the job on time. As a builder, I work with several electricians and Power Plus is the only electrician that I trust with my personal home. If you want a seamless process from start to finish & pass your inspections first time, consider using Power Plus on your next project.
