    Had a great experience doing a whole house PEX repipe and a very thorough vent diagnosis and repair with Pipe It Right. Lifetime written warranty (25 years from PEX manufacturer) gives me great peace of mind. City inspector was complementary of the plumbing work. Drywallers did an amazing job matching the hodgepodge of textures in my home, including outdoor stucco. Cynthia did a great job flexibly coordinating and proactively sequencing work, especially with the city inspector - I fully expect youd be able to get through a whole house repipe, from demo to paint-ready, in 3 days. She always answered the phone and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Thank you Pipe It Right for helping me move past a stressful slab leak and get back to living my life.

    Pipe-it-Right came in and did a great job on a whole house repiping due to slab leaks, putting in new copper piping and patching the walls, matching the texture perfectly on the interior drywall and exterior stucco. In addition, they fixed an old drain problem behind the wall in the spare bath that other companies apparently couldn’t, or wouldn’t, even though they were perfectly happy to charge me to come out and look at it. I very much appreciate the extra effort Pipe-it-Right made in making it right and not giving up. The pipe installation, drain repair, inspections, re-patching walls, and final inspection was scheduled and completed in a timely matter. It was a team effort to get it all done.

    Recently had my house repiped by the team at Pipe It Right. From the beginning, everyone at Pipe It Right was on point.The repipe was done in one day, and the drywall patching was superb. If I didn’t know where the holes were, I’d never be able to tell they were patched.Communication with staff and the field team was easy and responses were prompt.I had requested some additional work and the team came out and completed it in a timely manner.If you’re thinking about a repipe, or are in the unfortunate situation where you’re forced to get one because of a leak, I’d highly recommend reaching out to them.

    I started with Albert since I had reference from my friends and community, he came to our house and reviewed re-pipe work and provided the estimation for whole house re-pipe, it was best estimate compared to other vendors.Once we engage them to work on re-pipe, they did awesome work on re-pipe and installed whole house water filter, they kept my place clean and informed every step of the way.There are many people to thank, they have team of experts on Copper pipe work, PEX installation, Faucets installation and Dry wall patch. All made my life easy and got the work done in two days plus two more days for patch and inspection.Inspections depends on City’s inspector availability but Kelsey and Cynthia stayed on top of it to pull the necessary permits and inspections scheduling at right time, they did great work.Overall, 5-star service by Albert and his team. My family is happy with work.

    We have nothing but praises and compliments to this great company. The name is right, they really repiped our pipes right and exceeded our expectations. The minute we met Albert, we felt comfortable already. A very kind man and very professional. He started by explaining how the work is going to be done and we agreed. Hes got at least 8 workers who worked smoothly. You can tell they are happy workers and they are skilled of what they do. Each of them have their own tasks and they were well coordinated. They draped the place well and cleaned it up before they left. They were done repiping in about 6 hours. Amazing ! We were able to use the water right away. Me and my wife were so happy with the experience knowing that our house will not leak again. For the record, prior to calling Albert, two of our pipes bursted and our kitchen got flooded. So this is the right time for us to do the repiping before remodeling our kitchen. We talked a lot about this company at work and recommended it right away to my friend Joseph which his house is going to be done next. A few days later, another team led by Francisco did the patching of the walls and ceiling and they also did a great job. They textured everything and offered to paint it later. My other coworker Kate needed some drywall and painting done so I referred him the same day.Overall, we are very happy with the excellent job done. The pressure of the water of the entire house had significantly improved. Particularly in the shower since Albert replaced the valve. I made a mistake in not replacing it as recommended but decided to have it done when he came back to check his work. The great thing about this company is that they do another inspection to make sure everything is okay and we were fully satisfied. They treated us with respect and as a friend that I will be glad to bring more business to this company. So if you are looking for a repiping company that you can trust, do not hesitate to call them because they are the best in Southern California. They are second to none. We are grateful of them.!!!

    So far - great!!! I met with many plumbers before I proceeded with what I consider to be a major job Re-lining my underground pipes. Albert came out and took lots of time tracing my bizarrely laid out plumbing and explaining everything. He was able to provide multiple bids and options based on my budget and priorities. He came back to check on things and his team at the office was great too. Cynthia especially who was my main contact. I asked multiple questions which she facilitated getting answered. We were able to schedule promptly and they showed up when they said they would and did what they said. Those fellas worked HARD and long to get the job done in a couple days. If the job holds up (they provided a 3 year warranty), this will have been an EXCELLENT choice! I’ve got nothing but positive things to say at this point.

    I used Pipe it Right to repipe my house with Pex. After watching around 40% of my neighbors have slab leaks and having had a couple of pinhole leaks myself I decided to just bite the bullet and repipe while we were doing some other work. I did research on Pex vs Copper vs ePipe and decided that Pex was the best me. I checked the internet reviews, asked some neighbors, called a few places, and got a couple of quotes. PIR had the best price and best reputation, from my research. I am very happy with my decision. From my rep, Tim to the Coordinator, Cynthia to the lead plumbers Martin and Albert, and the lead drywall guy, Manny, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely feel comfortable referring them to a friend.
