    Called them at 7am this morning because we had water in both bathrooms. We knew it was a clogged main drain. He came by 9 ( like he said). Cleared drain & did have to do extra work to clear tree roots. Very kind, courteous & knowledgeable. Very happy to support a La Verne business. Definitely recommend them.

    We reached out to socal rooter because our son was flushing baby wipes down the drain. We found out where they were getting stuck on roots . Andy showed us the camera and it was clear as day . Issue resolved but no more wipes .

    Very responsive, and On time. They sent out there technician Richard within 45 minutes of my initial call, he was amazing very detail oriented. And they were able to show me the actual problem and explained to me more long term fixes rather then just a simple snake which I appreciated. They were in an out in about 30 minutes or less and my drains are going just fine now… you guys have an amazing team keep up the good work👍

    This Plumbing company is honest, reliable, professional and most of all they know what they are doing. Andy came in and gave us his options, and did no hard sell at all. He was very honest and price was incredible for what they did, he was way under what another plumber had quoted us. We were so happy with the repiping of our home, we can now sleep at night knowing that we don’t have to worry about another water leak. In my opinion if you’re having trouble deciding on repiping your home, this is the only way to go, this company did a A+ job. Their drywall team was also exceptional. The best I have ever seen so far. Andy even went one step further and had a cleaning crew come in and clean my entire house. You don’t need to look any further for a plumber, he is your man! Thanks again Andy for all your help.

    Thanks to Andy and Richard I now am able to flush my toilets with the state of mind it won’t be backing up again. I always had different companies out every 2-3 months but they would just run a simple snake which I was told was a bandage rather then addressing any issues there may be…. No instead they were able to show me on a screen what and where my issue was. They were able to do some better maintenance till I can afford to do the repairs. They sprayed out the roots for now and I will definitely be calling them back for the major repair!

    I had my problem fixed only an hour or so after I called. The team was quick, friendly, and had a really fair price. I think my favorite part was how transparent and honest they were with the problem, taking the time to show me what was wrong and giving me a lot of options on how to fix it.     Our drain backed up into the bath tub and was also overflowing into the yard. Socal Rooter came out and used a camera to show that our tree had grown into our drain. They removed the roots, replaced the drain and sleeved it for a very fair price. The work was done in a timely manner . I would 100% recommend for plumbing services.
