What an excellent experience it was working with Dwight and his team. My wife and I relied on them to remodel the majority of our home and we couldnt be more thrilled with the outcome. The overall scope of work included new floors throughout the house, a full bathroom remodel, a full kitchen remodel, and even taking down some walls to open up the home. Dwight provided some excellent design suggestions, assisted with material selections and was seemingly-always present on the job site. Every time I stopped by to check on construction he was there and willing to donate as much time as necessary to make sure we were understanding of the process and comfortable with everything, which is exactly what you want out of a project manager. The costs were competitive and fair, and also well explained and documented We had a few change orders during the project and Dwight was quick to get us costs for the additional work as well as detailing the pros/cons of these changes so we could make an informed decision.Our project was completed on time and turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined.We interviewed a handful of recommended contractors for this job and we are so happy we went with Dwight. I have no doubt in my mind that will call him again if we do any additional work in the future. 10/10, excellent experience- Thanks Dwight!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dwight for many years on and off, on over 20 projects. This guy knows his stuff. Within the first few moments you will recognize how brilliant and charming he is. He is a delightful human being that anyone would be lucky to work with, and his expertise and aesthetic eye are the epitome to his achievements in making many clients happy with the finished product.If youre planning on renovating, you HAVE to know that unforeseen circumstances will arise on any project no matter who the contractor is, its about how they help you get through these times.I understand people can get frustrated when some things dont go as planned, but if you remember to meet your contractor with grace, like with Dwight, there is a lot of care and attention that goes on in the back end, while making you feel at ease.And apart from the beautiful work that he does, the guy is funny! I always recommend Dwight to my clients in the area.
