    Richard was great! He called ahead to confirm the time he would arrive. It is such a relief to have a plumber show up on time and do great work. Richard really came through for us when we needed our waterless tank heater replaced, asap. He was courteous, clean, tidy and got the job done fast. Highly recommend!
