    Very professional service. Gave a complete estimate of the job. Keep me informed as to when the work would be down, and notified me when they were on the way. They did excellent work using really high quality pipe values and other fittings. The halo5 system is incredible with mo maintenance. They explained what I needed to know and answered all my questions. They stayed until the job was done. It seems getting good honest serve these days is hard. Reds plumbing is a breath of fresh air.

    Red’s was recommended to us by our home warranty company when our water heater died. From start to finish they were amazing. Prompt, clear communication, clean, professional and were able to find a replacement water heater the same day. Their plumber, Nick, was amazing. Troubleshooted getting the old one out like a pro and tested the new one before leaving.Highly recommend Red’s Plumbing!

    Installed a whole house sediment filter. Was very pleased with how quickly they were able to come out and Gabe was able to think creatively to build a set up that worked well for the space we needed it to be. Price was reasonable.

    Both Nick and Gabe were friendly, professional and ENCOURAGING on this difficult kitchen drain job! What looked like it was going to be a run-of-the-mill snake out the drain and wrap it up job, turned out to be a real challenge.     I had a terrible leak under my kitchen sink, and my home warranty was supposed to cover it. Well they didnt, but thats how I discovered Reds Plumbing - quite by accident. They are my plumbers from now on! Gabe came out to the house and fixed my problem the first time in about an hour and Im just so pleased! The office staff is wonderful and they are just the whole package.

    Gabe at Red’s Plumbing is and has always been our go to guy. We called a competitor company thinking he still worked there. We were sad to learn he was no longer there. So the competitor sent another tech out to do some service work. Bottom line is we searched and found Gabe and hired him to come and fix the mistakes the competitor plumber made while here a few days ago. Do yourselves a favor and use Gabe and Red’s Plumbing first and it will save you time, money and it WILL be done right the first time.

    We have used Gabe as our plumber for around 10 years. We highly recommend him and have to many of our friends. He has helped us with many issues from severe water damage several times due to the cold weather to replacing faucets, toilets etc. He is efficient, knowledgeable we have confidence in his ability.

    Hi — I’m not entirely happy about my two-toilet-install today.1) one toilet leaks from under the tank as if the hardware isn’t tight enough2) one of the bolts holding the same toilet to the floor is inserted crooked so the cap won’t stay on3) the tanks are not even with the wall4) both flush levers are extremely loose (I can’t imagine Toto would build something that cheap)Gabe is wonderful but needs to come back to follow up soon (maybe tmrw Saturday?)

The entire process was awesome. Turns out the dripping noise behind the water heater wasn’t something to be concerned with, but we’re getting quotes on a two-stage filtration system.     If you have a tankless waterheater, Reds are the only ones you want working on it. I have called two of the large well known Central Oregon Plumming companies and neither were able to take care of a minor issue with mine. Gabe from Reds assessed the problem in less than 5 mins. Another plummer from a major plumbing company in Bend spent 2 hours at my house and couldnt figure out the problem.I love that Reds is a local, family owned and operated business. Their customer service is top notch! Dont mess around, get it done right the first time by calling them.
