We worked with Joel and his team on our new houses Rooftop Pergola in Jeffersonville, IN.Joel was very helpful in describing the options for the pergola operations, screens, heaters, etc. along with providing color and material samples.During construction, they made every effort to work with our General Contractor and keeping a very neat jobsite. Joel coordinated wiring runs with both our electrician and IT guys.The end result....FABULIOUS..!!!We love our new house but the pergola and its slick, smooth, quite operations of the louvers, and screens are so high-tech and...Luxurious..!!We have only had to call Joel back for 2 very minor issues which he himself responded immediately.I would recommend Joel, his team and his products to anyone..!!Paul Torp, architect

Joel Stickler and his team are absolutely the best in their industry in our area. Our experience with them from planning to completion was hassle and drama-free. His crew patiently answered our questions and installed a product that has given us 3 years of outdoor joy! Everyone who visits is so taken by our outdoor oasis. The pergola gives us a protected place to relax, and, when closed, protects our family room from the hot afternoon sun. We couldnt be any happier and can recommend Joel and his team with the utmost confidence.

I cant say enough great things about Joel and his team! There was prompt and clear communication from the first phone call all the way though the end of install. Each person was pleasant to work with and customer service oriented. As a Property Manager, I am always on the lookout for new ways to improve our resident amenities. The addition of our new pergola on the pool deck this summer has already generated lots of excitement from tenants!

What the Louvered Outdoor team created in our backyard has literally become my favorite part of our house. We knew we wanted a roofed deck and expansion. I loved the idea of a louvered roof, but wanted something gabled to match an existing roofline. I had never seen that done with a louvered roof and Joel and his team and supplier not only figured it out, they made something special.The entire project was completed neatly and with excellent craftsmanship. The overall project included the roof system, a replacement deck that expanded from the original footprint, an outdoor kitchen and some additional lighting. The final outcome exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely love our Louvered Outdoor system! It has exceeded all of our expectations. The construction team was amazing and cleaned up each evening. The measurements and craftsmanship was perfect. The communication was great also. We love spending time outside enjoying our deck with our shades and fans! We have had our unit 2 years and it works perfectly. We have had a couple of minor issues, but when I contacted Joel, he immediately sent out a crew to address the issues. I feel that speaks volumes for this company!
