If you need an Electrician, look no further! We just bought a house that we knew needed work and Rafi has been an unbelievable help fixing it up! He worked on everything from replacing light fixtures to installing and upgrading the fuse panel and each task was completed to a very high standard. In addition to the great work and value, what sets Rafi apart is that he was looking out for us and helping us settle in, pointing out non-electrical things to fix or watch out for. My wife was at home on maternity leave and felt really comfortable with Rafi working there when she was on her own. I cant say enough good things about Rafi and Anavar Electric.

I have been using Rafi and Anavar Electric for nearly 10 years. I have never come across a more knowledgeable and professional electrician EVER. I have 2 very old classic homes that required him to disassemble the wood boards both in the ceiling and walls, to get to where he needed to work. His meticulous workmanship both with the electrical work and getting the place back together as good as new is amazing. He has found dangerous situations with the old wiring and totally rewired and upgraded the areas along the way. He is always on time and great to deal with!

I cant say enough fabulous things about Rafi, the owner of Anavar Electric. I received several quotes for basic work that needed doing at our new home and Rafis quote was by far the most reasonable! Adding to the incredibly fair pricing is Rafis calm and warm energy. I felt like I was dealing with a friend who cared about my needs rather than an electrician trying to get money out me. His work was flawless and he always kept the work area immaculate. We had several ceiling lights that needed re-wiring, exterior electrical outlets than need work and he installed new electrical for our tankless water heater. All was done to perfection while at the same time being very conscientious of our budget. Anavar is now my go-to company for all electrical needs!

Raffi of Anavar Electric has been a great resource for our electric work. We have a 1950s house with 1950s wiring and Raffi has been great at sorting out some of the quirks. He has always been on time and been conscientious on the quality of the work. He also clearly explained to me what he was doing to address the problem and why. I also found him to be reasonably priced, as well.I have and will continue to recommend Raffi to friends.

Ive been using Anavar Electrics services for over 10 years for various electrical repairs and upgrades. Anavar Electric replaced the wiring of my house, modified the main and in-house sub-panel, and added multiple switches and outlets to bring our home to the 21st century standards.Always on time, courteous and offering fair prices. I highly recommend Rafis services to anyone and have done it many times.

I give Rafi very high marks. He did a great job on some electrical work in our house, I found him extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to use him again for any of our future projects. Hes especially good with an old house, using what he can, but fixing what he must.

I called Raffi to install 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He installed all the lights, double checked to make sure they worked and gave me a great deal on the installation. Im extremely happy with everything and I will definitely use Raffi again.

Rafi installed my new Tesla charger, and I cannot say enough great things about him and his work! He responded immediately and came the same day to give me a reasonable estimate. He had very clever suggestions on how and where to install it in the most efficient and easy for me to use way.He came back a few days later to install it and called me in the evening to check with me if everything was done to my satisfaction!I felt I was dealing with an honest and knowledgeable professional!Highly recommend his services!!!
