I’ll start from the beginning, my tankless water heater was throwing an error code. Wilson McLain was the company that did the plumbing on our house when it was being built. So of course I called them, why wouldn’t I, we’ve been very happy with our plumbing. So I called earlier this week for an appointment. The lady who made my appointment was awesome, she even called me right back after I had just talked to her about something for which I’ve forgotten the cause. I received a call Wednesday to see if I was available today instead of Friday. So I changed my appointment willingly. She informed me that I’d get a call in the morning telling me when he would be arriving. Taylor did call me and showed up promptly. He is very considerate, took his boots off at the front door. He is very polite, professional and happy. He was able to recreate the situation and explained it to me. I will highly recommend this company and Taylor.

I am so surprised no one has wrote a review for this company on here before. I have had nothing but bad experiences with plumbers since we moved to Texas. Not to mention they want and arm and a leg to do the work even for simple things and 10 minute jobs. I had been praying God would show me who to go with because there are so many to choose from. I never shop at Home Depot, but happen to be in the one in Rockwall when I saw one of the company trucks in the parking lot so decided I would give them a call and see about their pricing. I was pleasantly surprised how much cheaper they were than anyone I have ever dealt with. Juan was great! Friendly, very informative, and informed me of anything that was not expected that came up while installing 3 new toilets for me. I did have a little bit of a communication error with the guy about scheduling and when they were supposed to be coming out, but once that was resolved, I found myself very pleased with the work performed. Thank you Wilson McLain for doing whats right when it comes to work done and peoples pocket books. May you be blessed for not being greedy!

I like millions of other Texans had water pipe damage from the recent freeze. I called McLain plumbing on the recommendation of a contractor friend. They were extremely backlogged as most plumbers were but gave me a date and time they would be at my house and they were there. After three hours of replacing multiple pipe bursts we were back in business with water. Evert (hope thats right) worked in a professional manner fixing this system from one line to the next. He was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. When completed we tested all the connections and then it was BILL TIME!!! I wasnt looking forward to that, However I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for his time and equipment. At a time when companies are taking advantage of people, McLains held their line to the normal pricing structure. I am happy to recommend them to any friend who needs their service!!!

Great Work! I hired Wilson McLain plumbing to install the plumbing for a kitchen and a bathroom at a commercial remodeling project I was doing in Justin Texas. Jose Calderon was the foreman he did a great job and the crews he sent out to my project did a great job too! I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the company

My upstairs toilet was leaking through to the downstairs. I had Benjamin Franklin come out and they told me it would be an $1,100 fix... I called Wilson for a second opinion and they got there in less than 24 hours AND fixed the toilet on the spot for $175!! Will definitely be using again!

A shout out to Wilson McLain plumbing. During that very cold spell mid December, we had a water pipe burst in the barn, in the wall, and the tack room was flooded. They had someone here in just a few hours, very polite and courteous young men who checked with me about doing what they needed to do, as in tear out part of the wall, which I expected. They had it fixed in record time! I was very pleased!!

We had a shower that wouldnt stop running late one evening. After calling the answering service, the technician called me and walked me through what I needed to do to repair it myself. I was able to save what would have been a lot of money by just following his clear directions! Tremendous customer service!
