Weve used Basin Plumbing twice in the past year for emergencies, and both times, they have gone out of their way to help get out to our house quickly. Extremely talented, forthright and honest, knows the littlest detail, and always tried to find ways of saving us money. Highly recommended.

Kolby was quick to respond when I called with an issue that needed to be resolved during a remodel. He came back and finished the plumbing job when I asked and he did a great job. Had a problem with finding a specific part and he was able to problem solve the issue. I would definitely use him again!

I cant say enough about Kolby at Basin Plumbing. His professionalism, his knowledge and his efficiency with getting the job done and does really good work. My main waterline busted the day I moved in. My handyman shut water off and dug up as much as he could then Kolby came out the next day, with his backhoe and put in a new main waterline and a new shutoff box that was easy access for me. Unfortunately, 6-8 weeks later I needed my shower heads and tub faucets and equipment replaced and my toilet. He was great with working things out with my warranty company. If I need any future plumbing repairs I will call Kolby. Thank you for all your Help!

If youre looking for a great, honest plumber that will show up, Colbys your guy. This is the second time Ive used Basin Plumbing and honestly I wont use anyone else. My water heater burned out over the weekend. I called every Plumber in town for pricing. Colby was so nice and accommodating. We really appreciate his fast, knowledgeable, and dog friendly work. Thank you again for giving us back hot water! We will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Basin Plumbing is probably by far the best in Klamath Falls. Owner, Kolby, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent with his work. I recently purchased a new water heater and had him install it. The service was both quick and affordable. The product quality is exceptional. I will absolutely call him first for future projects. I highly recommend this business. As a homeowner, it is crucial to find good service providers. Basin Plumbing went above all expectations. Hands down - five stars.

We had Colby replace an underhouse demand pump for a radiant floor heating system. Colby kept in touch with me prior to the repair to let me know he would be there on the scheduled date and time. He was professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a quick efficient manor. Once the job was done he checked to make sure the system was working properly.I would highly recommend Basin Plumbing. They certainly have my business for any future needs.

My wife and I have used Basin Plumbing to make repairs on our rental. Kolby returns calls quickly and is polite and professional. He listens to your concerns and explains the repairs and work he performed. He is honest and doesnt do any unnecessary repairs but he will let you know about areas that may become problems in the future. Basin Plumbing has reasonable rates and does quality work. We trust them with all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend Basin Plumbing and Kolby. .

KUDOS to Kolby for an outstanding job at our 50+ year-old-house – completing quite a diversity of tasks in just 2 hours: removing two old toilets & installing new ones; removing an old bathroom sink & installing a beautiful new one, with new faucet; replacing the kitchen faucet AND badly eroded pipes under the kitchen sink; AND – with a generous finale – loading up his truck with ALL the discarded parts to haul away! Kolby worked energetically & efficiently, NON-STOP! We are very pleased with his skillful work & excellent customer service, & highly recommend him! Thank you Kolby! We will certainly call you for our next plumbing job!

My water heater went out. I called Basin Plumbing that morning. Kolby returned my call immediately. I live out of town in an older house. Kolby spent the day looking for a water heater that would fit in the same area as my last water heater. He found one & came out to install it the next morning. Kolby was fast and efficient. He also cleaned my floor. He called me later that day to make sure everything was working okay. I felt his prices were fair, especially with having to travel out of town. Kolby is a very honest & nice young man. I will definitely be calling him the next time I have a problem.
