Weve had them out for different types of projects and have always been impressed with how responsive and friendly they were. Their staff are super competent and helpful in explaining things to us so that we can understand our electrical setup better. They did exactly what we needed and talked through things with us so that we could make informed decisions. I trust their work and wont hesitate to call them first whenever electrical needs arise. Genuinely great service all around!

Great Customer service! Even though it was a Saturday within an hour of calling them I had someone out to help us. I started off going down the list of electricians in the area. I called their emergency numbers and no one cared to call us back even to say they couldn’t help. This was an emergency due to our switch box for our water heater overheated. Finally I got down to Pacific Electrical and called. The on call guy in Medford got me to Aaron the branch manager in town. Aaron kept in contact with me as he got a hold of Ian to come help. Ian went above and beyond. He quickly fixed the issue and gave us guidance on updating our breaker box and more lines. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Aaron contacted me later in the day to make sure everything was okay. We will be contacting Pacific Electrical to continue more updates on our home as they provide excellent customer service and truly cared. Thank you again you have made us regular customers now.

I called several companies to get a quote and an electrician out to my rental location. All that I called, said they would call me back with a time they could go out and give me a quote. Its been 2 weeks and not one company has called me back. At the same time, I called this company who not only got me a quote asap, they called my tenant to try and do over the phone troubleshooting. And then when that was unsuccessful, they informed me they probably wouldnt be able to make it out for a few days (due to the upcoming weekend). But instead, they showed up the next day and resolved the issue right away! They exceeded my expectations. They were very professional with me over the phone and with my tenant in person. Communication was key (as I live out of state) and they kept me informed of everything that was happening, so I knew what I was paying for. I will continue to use this business for any electrical needs in the future!

I am very pleased with the work that PEC did for the installation of my air conditioning. They have great customer service. I was able to get ahold of them easily and set up a time for the work to be done in a timely manner.

My mom just got a new electric stove delivered but her old plug went out and she needed someone to come fix it. Pacific Electrical was able to send someone out within 48 hours. They quickly fixed the issue and now my mom can use her new stove.
