We called Basin Glass after waiting two weeks for another repairman to get back to us with when they would be able to come out. An entrance door to the business was not working correctly and the situation was getting worse as we waited. They sent their repairman, Travis, out that same day. Not only did he fix the issue but he also did maintenance on the adjoining door to make sure we didnt have any issues arise with it. Travis was very professional and thorough. Basin Glass and Travis will be our go to from now on.

Very nice people and good service. This is the best glass shop in Klamath Falls, especially for quality sliding doors, bath/shower doors etc.They have a small parking lot and there is typically good street parking too.They do home window screen fittings or bring yours to them.
