    James and his team are excellent. My wife and I just bought a house and our master shower drain was completely disconnected. This dumped water into our kitchen ceiling and walls. The first company that came to look at my water damage in my kitchen took one look and said the whole thing had to be gutted. So I called Pacific Remediation and Restoration at the request of my agent.James came out, started assessing the water damage, asking me questions, and explaining how the whole process works and why they need to use certain tools, etc. Very informative! He also let me know that a salvaging of the kitchen was possible, but that hed try everything he could first to dry it all out with minimum damage. Well thats exactly what happened, Pacific Remediation was able to get it all cleaned up in a timely and professional manner, with only dry wall tear out and some cosmetic damage to the kitchen. Super honest company, fantastic quote. My suggestion: dont waste your time with any other water damage repair shop.

    We had an excellent experience working with Pacific Remediation and Restoration. Steffen and James (co-owners) and Ashley (project manager), along with their skilled team, provided top-notch service. I am impressed with the quality of their work, following a storm where a tree came through our roof and required water remediation and restoration of our house. Tree removal, water mitigation, new insulation, roof, walls, ceiling, paint, and flooring. Everything was handled by PR&R and their subcontractors.Ill never forget the initial day I called PR&R (in a panic) and Steffen picked up. My intention was to talk to a few contractors and compare but there was no need. Steffens calm confidence immediately put me at ease and I knew we were in good hands. My intuition served me well. He headed over and got straight to work on protecting our property from further damage, with the help of Jamess remediation team. What a great first impression! From there, he always took the the time to chat, explain details and ensure the success of the project. I have immense respect for him and the way he does business.Working with Ashley, our project manager, was a dream. Her easy going yet confident demeanor, feel-good energy, and sense of humor made the experience enjoyable. She regularly stopped by to check on progress and walk us through what was to come next. Together, we admired Tylers meticulous repair work. This collaborative atmosphere, coupled with the fact that she has this process down to a science, instilled trust and allowed the rest of us to relax. I really appreciated that!Steffen and James worked tirelessly, communicating information to my insurance company in order to help me get the claim paid. Having previously worked with a local and very popular water mitigation/restoration company whose CEO was frustratingly deceptive, Im so thankful for PR&Rs methods and values.     We had a hot water pipe burst in our crawl space and the plumber who found and repaired the leak recommended Pacific Remediation to assess the damage. We are so grateful they did! Their incredible remediation team did the extensive work to remove flooring, dry wall etc and dry out the damage. They were professional, friendly and committed to doing the job right. Then came the restoration part. We were lucky enough to work with Tyler. He is a true craftsman. We knew we were in good hands as we watched him methodically take on all parts of the repair. His work is of the highest quality and he never rushed if something needed special attention. He was friendly, thorough and did beautiful work!! We would highly recommend Pacific Remediation. Thank you so much to everyone there. Damage to your home is a stressful thing and the entire staff at Pacific Remediation made sure we were taken care of and our home was restored.

    I oversee the maintenance of multiple apartment complexes and these guys are my new go-to for remediation work. Great pricing, great communication, and very professional.Naturally, they subcontract out work so it can get done properly and I had no issues with their subs. Wrangling subs is always difficult and they did a great job of it.I deal with people who want new things and like to complain all day every day because something doesnt meet their herculean standard of quality. I would disregard negative reviews such as the one about the deck and know that these guys are awesome as someone whos been managing building repairs and maintenance for over 10 years now!

    Pacific R&R did an amazing job removing moldy drywall and cleaning out the mold from the wall. James was great to talk to during the estimate and he provided all details to my satisfaction. Their pricing was reasonable and they were able to schedule me in pretty quickly. The floor was even cleaner when they left! Detailed report included photos. Highly recommend.

    The best thing about having water pour out of my ceiling is that I now know who to call for any future issues! Pacific R and R was out the next day after being recommended by my builder. Daniel and James quickly assessed the situation, reassured me, and made a plan. It worked out great and I was so pleased with the great service and regular checking up on the progress.

    Excellent work!! James came over to inspect the next day, he was extremely polite, took the time to explain in detail and answer any questions we had. He tried his best to restore the damage with a minimally invasive. His team, Hanley and Tim, are both extremely polite, patient and professional. They are on time and did a great job in getting the place dry! I would recommend them to all my friends!

    We hired James and the excellent team at Pacific after we had a pipe leak in our kitchen that caused enough water damage that our whole kitchen had to pretty much be torn out. It was a stressful situation and the best decision we made was bringing in James to sort it all out. He handled everything... all the coordination with mold remediation, asbestos remediation, the plumbers, the insurance. All I had to do was let him and his team in the door and everything else was taken care of.If you are searching for a remediation team and you are stuck not knowing if you should go with “the big guys” or this local team, choose local and you are going to get the best service of your life. No regrets!

    The entire Pacific Remediation and Restoration (PRR) team was fabulous to work with! I was immediately impressed when James came to provide an estimate and he easily and quickly identified elements of the project and insurance claim we would never have noticed. All members of the PRR team were very through, professional and did very quality work. Ashley was very communicative throughout the whole project. The finished work looks AMAZING-- they completely transformed the water damage and space. I really appreciate that their team emphasized quality and completing the project correctly. I will definitely contact PRR for future projects!

    I’ve never used this company but you can tell a lot about a companies values and enjoyment of their craft by the people who own and work there. My neighbor used this company to remodel her kitchen and was very happy.In an unfortunate incident I broke our door frame trying to get in. This was a couple days before Xmas and no one was either available or charged way too much. I was in the dog house and was scrambling to get this fixed ASAP. I happened to ask my neighbor who works for this company if she knew a handyman. She told me everything was booked but she would show her boss and friend. He said he could swing by to look at it. I was relieved I was able to find help so fast. They showed up and not only looked at it but proceeded to fix it! I asked him the cost and he informed me it was a favor for my neighbor. WOW, not only was he incredibly friendly, he was informative, and knew exactly what he was doing. It turned out great!I really appreciated the help and he said, “It’s good to help people if you can. And that he really enjoyed it.” Since Covid happened I had to close my business down for the time being and it’s been rough. But knowing that humanity still exists in people like this gave me optimism for the future.Will I use this company for my future projects? You bet I will.

    If I could leave 10 stars I would. I have experienced two leaks and a water heater blowout in the last few years. James was right there, reassuring, helpful, professional and saving me money. He makes sure to bring in competent help from other companies, deals effectively with insurance claims, and is spot on in knowing what to do where others fail. This time I had a leak that was really inaccessible. I was told by a plumber that I would have to tear up flooring to reach it. They couldnt even tell me where it was coming from. I didnt know where to begin so I called Pacific. Not only did James assess the water damage (minimal) he pinpointed the leak and called in a plumber who fixed it today. No insurance claim, no destruction of flooring. I already knew from last time that Pacific was the place to go. I cant imagine calling anyone else. Use Pacific. You will not regret it.

    They were Awesome!! Called James early morning and they came out right away for water remediation. He was very professional and responsive and explained process. Hanley and Tim were very professional and explained everything they were doing and texted me when they were coming to check fans, dehumidifier and water levels. Would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

    We had an upstairs neighbor with a leak into our condo. Our HOA brought in Pacific and they absolutely nailed it. Every part of the remediation process they dealt with was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It was especially refreshing given how annoying an issue like this can be.
