    Anyone fortunate enough to have Tim Sch…….. as their project manager will be very satisfied with their repair. Our condo had a near total repair due to water damage covered by the HOA.Tim kept our needs foremost making sure we received the best cabinets, floors, paint, and added elements paid by us that could be obtained. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole project answering our calls every time by the second ring. We lived out of state three time zones away and yet I did not despair.He brokered with the HOA adjuster on our behalf to get the best prices possible, arranged important meetings when we were in town, found great options for our counters, sinks, faucets and floors, fixed several things we chose to contract for, and, had the unit spotless when we took it back.I am completely pleased with the end result. Tim is pleasant, reassuring, optimistic, meticulous, and knows his business inside out. Congratulations to Maintco for employing such a talented project manager. He gets our heartfelt thanks. Great job Tim!

    The remodel of my guest bathroom turned out great! There had been a leak in the wall that caused significant damage. Although we waited a long time for mitigation to happen once Shilly came onto the project and the rest of the work began everything ran very smoothly. Shilly was always very easy to get ahold of and kept me informed on the progress. Jairo and his crew did great work and were polite and punctual. I’d use them again for a bathroom remodel for sure.

    We had extensive water damage to our condo. Maintco came immediately and began the drying out process, followed by re-construction. Maintco kept us apprised of the schedule during the estimate/insurance approval process. Once we had insurance approval, our project manager, Marcela Maas, met with us to determine the scope of work. I was very pleased with how responsive Marcela was to our questions and what an excellent job Maintco did on putting our condo back together. Maintco went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Maintco, and our project manager, Marcela.

    We engaged Maintco to repair the water damages in our condo that resulted from a hot water pipe leak in the laundry room. Maintcos project manager Shilly and the work crew headed by Jairo did an outstanding job. Shilly was efficient in arranging the repair schedule. She was always available by phone or in-person when we needed her attention. It was a pleasure to work with Jairo on a day-to-day basis. He listened and communicated well. It was obvious that his crew hold him in high regard. They were able to complete the repair work in less than 2 weeks, which was phenomenal. I would recommend the Shilly-Jairo team for any future jobs.

    I continue to be so impressed with MAINTCO. I have unfortunately had to call on them a few times over the years due to home water emergencies and most recently in May 2024 when a water pipe burst on a holiday weekend. They responded very quickly and all of the subsequent mitigation and repair work was really well handled. They were also very helpful in working with my insurance company. I highly recommend them.

    What a wonderful experience.! Shilly was our project manager and boy did she deliver. Her word is Golden. Whatever she said was accomplished. First of all, she was always on time, would answer all my questions, her communication was excellent. when there were hiccups in the project, she had the answers. And not just one but a variety and we would pick what would work best. She worked well with me. The subcontractor, Martin, was excellent also. What a great team they are together. He was always willing to go the extra mile. Martin was always on time also. The communication between Shilly and martin was excellent and also when they communicated back to me.I would most definitely use them againthank you Shilly, Martin and the team for all your hard work.     Shilly Sumampouw was our Project Manager from Maintco who helped up through a project to recover from water damage to our condo guest room and bathroom. We felt so grateful to have Shilly work with us during the months of repainting/repairing a guest room and managing a partial bathroom remodel. We found Shilly to be very knowledgeable and professional. Shilly was very attentive and quickly answered our frequent texts/phone calls. Shilly was responsive to our concerns and also very supportive & patient during the project. We so appreciated the chance to work with Shilly and her team who helped make our water crisis turn into an opportunity to revision our guestroom and bathroom into beautiful spaces. We are pleased to highly recommend Shilly for her exceptional help in working with us on our remodel project.

    Maintco came and repaired a microwave exhaust fan venting issue. Shilly was very quick to setup an appt. to fix the issue the next day. This was originally installed by Maintco 5 months ago and the fan vent didnt open properly to allow air to flow through the vent piping to the outside. The fix was done by Martin and is now properly vented. He did a good job with the fix and is an excellent dry wall person.

    Maintco did a terrific job replacing some rotten siding on the front of our house. From the estimator to the work crew to the office staff, everyone was professional, friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I look forward to working with Maintco on our next house project.

    Maintco helped me through an unexpected crises of water damage. From the initial mitigation steps to the starting of the renovation project, they were in constant communication along the way and I felt very well taken care of especially since I had never had to handle a situation like this before! My project manager, Shilly Samampouw, was always lovely to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and took care of all my questions and concerns quickly. I could tell she would go out of her way to make sure the job was done correctly, and this was helped in no small part through the great subcontractor Martín that we worked with. He was also a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and overall put me at ease knowing everything was getting fixed up the right way. The entire Maintco team definitely made this extremely stressful process of dealing with water damage much more bearable, Id highly recommend them for any and all general contracting jobs, be they emergency situations like mine or not!

    Carefully avoided my family chandelier. Quickly responded (within a WEEK!) to an emergency patch and paint. I trusted Hiro in my house and he left the room. Well priced for a quick, smaller job. I would hire them again for a bigger job in the future.

    Our condo used Maintco to fix a water leak and our contractor, Marcela, did a good job in helping with picking flooring, carpet and replacement for countertops. She has up-to-date style and the work was done well. The only complaint was it took longer than expected, partly due to a large crack in the granite that was not budgeted for in the initial bid.Update: When we sold our condo, the inspection found a small spigot leak. Maintco fixed it right away and removed the hot water heater and washer/dryer to insure there was no additional water damage. I’ve changed my review to 5 stars since the work was done so quickly and professionally.

From start to finish, our experience with MaintCo was outstanding.We worked closely with our project manager, Don Melcher, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs.     Ive relied on MaintCo several times in the last 2 years for some troublesome water leaks. Each time, they handled the remediation, source detection, and finally the repair of the leak itself and the damage to our home. Dan on the leak squad side, and Doug on the repair squad side were great, as were all members of their team: plumbers, drywallers, and especially painters. Very professional, clean, quick, and determined to do it the right way once while also being flexible to how much disruption these kind of emergencies can cause a family. Weve got some remodeling in our future, and well call them back for that for sure. Thanks everyone!

    My Condo complex in Redmond has used Maintco for many years. They do excellent work. Fair price and reliable. Owner Mike Royal is in charge of his company and makes sure things run smoothly. Very professional company. Great office staff too. Friendly and efficient. Several year ago, there was a roof leak in my unit and they did excellent work repairing and repainting. They have replace several wood decks and their work is excellent. When we have any kind of a problem, the first person we call to get bids from is Maintco. I would highly recommend Maintco.

    My wife and I have used Maintco for two major remodels, as well as numerous smaller projects. Our experience with them has been excellent. The owner, Mike Royal, has been in the building/remodeling business for over 30 years and really knows what he is doing. One of the key strengths of the company is their relationships with their subcontractors. In our experience, their subs are very experienced and do high quality work. Getting good subs during busy times is always difficult, and having working relationships in place with subs is key to getting the work done right and on schedule. A construction business does not stay in business for 30 years by doing shoddy work, and the subs are often the key. Maintco is not the least expensive contractor in town, but in our experience they get the job done, and if it isnt right, they keep at it until it is. We will not hesitate to use them again.
