    Such a great company. We had so many people in and out of our “new to us” house in a 2 week period completing multitudes of work.Bauer Boys Plumbing was flexible and knowledgeable and thorough. We definitely will use them for future plumbing needs.

    I had been without water for 4 days.. had called a different plumber and was getting horrible customer service. The Forsyth Community page suggested Baur Boys and it was the Best idea! They came out within 2 hrs, assessed my issue, got the parts and Im living in the 21th century again! Ill be calling them to upgrade my water pipes soon! Thanks Mason and Taylor for the Excellent Customer Sevice and Speedy turn around time!

    Was in need of fireplace inspection for home sale. Baur Boys was quick to respond & show up. Embarrassing as it was, propane tank was empty. Wally was great to work with. Will recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services call Baur Boys.

    I called first thing in the morning to schedule someone to check out the water heater. They fit us in that afternoon. The technicians Mason and forgot the other gentlemans name - they were very knowledgeable about the problem and had the part in the truck! Installed it and we had got water right away! I highly recommend them!

    We recently moved into a house and there was a large leak and excessive water damage that was not disclosed to us before purchase. We called Baur Boys on the recommendation of our friend and Im so glad we did! They had the large crawlspace leak fixed in less than an hour! They were very kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to gather evidence for us to prove the leak should have been found by the home inspector. Great guys! I would recommend them to anyone!

    We had a great experience when our water heater element went out in our condo. We called near 5:00 pm, and Mason was there just about an hour later to see what was wrong and fix the problem. All my interactions with team members from service to billing were professional and courteous.

    Called Baur Boys in the morning and they arrived that afternoon for an assessment.After seeing the issue, water leak b/t well house and home, they said theyd be out the next morning. They showed up right on time and began the repair. Sadly, the job didnt go quite as we anticipated. Every issue that arose, Wally and the Boys handled with expertise, knowledge and professionalism...and every issue was resolved to my satisfaction before they left.I highly recommend Baur Boys for ANY plumbing need...I wont hesitant to call them again!!!     We had a hot water heater stop working! We waited for several days for a warranty technician. It was not worth the wait and regretted not calling Bauer Boys sooner! They fixed us up quickly with a new installed hot water heater!! Mason and Taylor did an amazing job! They left the space neater than they found it even!! Highly recommend and will use them for everything!!

    Wally replaced a water heater for me this week, and did a great job. Very competitive on his prices, good install, and unlike others I’ve had do work in the past he and his crew leave the place pretty darn clean! If you’re looking for a plumber, I’d recommend using him, you will be happy with the job.

    It was great working with the Baur Boys team. They ran into a few hurdles, no fault of theirs and they dealt with them very effectively without loosing their great attitude. My new water heater is a little big for the small space the old little one was in. No problem they just took some other equipment apart, installed the water heater and the assembled the other equipment. No complaints, no extra charge. The little electric transfirmer for new water softener they installed was faulty. They drove back to Springfield for a replacement. Still no complaints and no extra charge. Everything works great!These guys really know what they are doing and nothing seems to rattle them.I am seriously impressed!

    Very professional and courteous. Very fast and thorough. Always picked up the phone on the first ring, cant say that may happen that way all the time but as for me...it did!. For the service I received I expected to pay much more like all the other plumbers Ive used in the past. Fully recommend and would refer them to anyone that needs a good plumber.

Their service and what they did for me with fixing the regulator for my natural gas line is greatly appreciated and I am incredibly thankful for. I had blindly called over a dozen businesses before them with failure and this company was quickly able to resolve my problem.
