    I dont leave very many reviews, but this is a case where its definitely warranted! Derek and the team at Model City Roofing really went out of their way to complete the roofing replacement and repairs at my residence to the highest standard possible. These arent your typical roofers. Everyone that worked on our roof was courteous and patient, answered any questions I had, and addressed any concerns I voiced along the way. Not to mention the extreme heat those guys worked in. Im glad to have a roofing company that I feel like I can depend on!

    We had a great experience using Model City Roofing! We chose this company because it is locally owned and operated with a good reputation. With it being owned by people who grew up in our community, I trusted that they would do a good job because they are invested in the people and in improving neighborhoods in our town. They definitely lived up to that. Our roofing materials arrived quickly, the crew was very professional and efficient, they cleaned up the job site each day, and the final product looks amazing. Jeremiah is an excellent representative, communicating clearly with both us and the installation crew. Jeremiah listened carefully and quickly responded to our questions prior to and during installation. We are confident that our new roof, installed by this Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor and covered by the Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty, will never be an aspect of home ownership that gives us a problem.     EXCELLENT QUALITY; FANTASTIC SERVICE . Model City Roofing did an amazing job on a new roof for us. There was significant damage that needed repair and the previous owner had double shingled the roof. Model City took care of everything. I called multiple roofers and Model City had a quote the very next day and a new roof two days later!! From Derek to Jared to the crews in the field they were all very courteous and professional and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. Finally I want to add that they stand behind their work 100%. I had a little issue that needed attention and they immediately responded to remedy the situation. They did not take a penny from me till I was completely satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future for any roofing needs!

    We have had an issue with getting items done while changing insurance companies and dealing with the mortgage company as well. They not only did an excellent job they have been awesome and patient with the situation and we appreciate them getting it done quickly to prevent more damage with this being storm season!     I started gathering quotes for a roof replacement about 4 years ago from multiple companies with Model City Roofing being one of those. During that process to pick someone a leak had started at my home that needed to be fixed asap. Called everyone to try and get someone over to take care of it but everyone was busy. Jeremiah and his Crew rushed over to patch the problem to get me by for a couple days while he gathered supplies to do the replacement. Since then I have used them for personal, business, and my investment properties for roof and gutter replacements without ever having an issue. If you are in the market for a roof just give Jeremiah a call and he will definitely get you taken care of.

    I just recently had my roof replaced due to the storms and I spoke with many different roofers to get quotes. They had no flexibility I was able to speak with Derek and Jeremiah and they were phenomenal in working with me! They were carrying and aware that I was having financial issues, Im disabled. I have very limited money only what the insurance company gave me. They were able to work things out for me so that I could pay them with the money that I had that the insurance company gave me, and they did an incredible job! I highly recommend Model City Roofing and the team was phenomenal as well they worked as a very cohesive and fast team and got everything accomplished in one day!!! Talk to them before you talk to anyone else because youre going to get the best deal the highest quality and an incredibly caring team!

    Model City Roofing (Kingsport, TN) came out to inspect the roof on a home we were considering for purchase. They noted that 50% of the shingles - while having been installed by another contractor less than 10 years earlier - were loose, as well as other issues. After purchasing the home, we decided to replace the roof, and hired Model City Roofing to do the job January 2024. Their team worked quickly, and though there were a few communication hiccups Jeremiah was good about responding to our questions. The roof was replaced shortly before a high wind event, and the Owens Corning shingles installed appear to have held up well. Additionally, we were able to take advantage of a marketing promotion from which we received a 65-inch TV!

    Model city roofing is awesome! They gave a great experience. The quote was reasonable and they were able to get us on schedule quickly. The crew showed up bright and early to start their work. When I asked the crew to not damage my flowers/ flower beds they were very respectful of it. They worked quickly and efficiently.Their clean up work was spectacular! They did so well in cleaning up all the nails, staples and plastic roof tabs, yes we still find some here and there which is to be expected. but they did a fantastic job cleaning it all up. My parents were in town and even my dad who is very particular, was very impressed with their work.Highly recommend them! Very responsive, professional and great quality work. Definitely give them a call If you want a long lasting snd sturdy roof!
