I highly recommend Dylan and his crew at Elite Electric. They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of upgrading our electric panel, adding another outlet for our living room, and running a dedicated hot tub plug outside. Dylan dealt with cherryland and the county to coordinate shutoff and inspection. He also dealt with pulling the permit for this. I have never dealt with upgrading anything electrical before and he really went above and beyond to explain everything and answered any questions we had. His crew were extremely professional and made sure to clean up afterwards. Elite Electric is a company who truly cares about their customers.

I had a laundry list of electrical needs and Dylan and the rest of the crew from Elite Electric handled it all with ease. They are also very easy going and gave us a lot of insight into any questions we had.Communication: They coordinated all the communication between Cherryland and the county for getting permits and coordinating with the inspectors. When it was time to involve us he gave us more then a weeks notice for when the service date would be, giving us plenty of time to prepare.Workmanship: I hope the before and after pictures do some justice to his workmanship, it’s really a night and day difference. Even though it was almost 7:00 PM he didn’t leave the house until he walked through and tested all the lights and outlets.Customer Service: Before he came over I did my best to be helpful and removed two pieces of drywall to give him access in a closet. Without asking or prompting he put them back on for me and that really made my night a LOT easier. They also left us with a separate, more in-depth breakdown of our panel we could keep for our records which we super appreciate.Cleanliness: Everywhere he visited in the house he made sure to vacuum and wipe down afterwards, leaving it cleaner then he found it.Elite Electric gave us a solid 10/10 experience and I highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience with Elite Electric. Communication on the front end was great, the walk through to check out the job was great, the crew was great and worked clean. 10/10 recommend. We had a RV outlet installed, power run to a new hot tub and a garage heater put on an independent circuit all at once and each task was completed clean and professional.
