    Wow Jay was so professional and the service was so fast. He came in assessed the situation, showed me what needed to be done, then fixed the issue and did this all in record time. He advised me on things I can do to prevent having to pay high costs with the utility companies and gave his service with a smile. 😃 I highly suggest choosing these guys to come out and do your repair work!Oh, he also cleaned up after himself too!

    We had a clogged drain effecting our kitchen sink and washer. I called Cumberland, the receptionist was very pleasant and was able to schedule us for the next day. Chuck called me before he came and showed up when scheduled. Our clean out had never been accessed and Chuck had to find it and dig it up, he was knowledgeable, professional and kind, he was very careful not to track dirt into our home. Their prices are very fair for the high quality of work. I would highly recommend Cumberland pluming.

    Have used Cumberland Plumbing in the past for several jobs and they always are responsive and perform the jobs in a professional manner. Most recently called to have a replacement toilet installed. Left a message on office phone and the call was returned within an hour. The job was not an emergency but was scheduled immediately. Technician Mike Hubbard performed the work quickly and did an excellent job. All areas were cleaned up and left as they were before the job started. Great job Mike!!!Definitely would use Cumberland Plumbing again as needed.

    From start to finish these guys were friendly, courteous and professional. I called their office at 4:00 an talked to a very pleasant woman who told me workers would arrive between 10 an 12 the next morning. Right on time, Rhaheeme & Mac were in my driveway ready to start work at 10. By noon, they had replaced a toilet flange, cutout a section of ceiling drywall and repaired a shower drain. The price was very good and actually less than I expected. I will definitely recommend Cumberland Plumbing to my friends and coworkers.

    I have used Cumberland Plumbing for at least 15 years and they have never disappointed. My water heater in my last home is 19 years old and Cumberland cleaned and serviced it and it was still going strong when we sold.Cumberland Plumbing took time to explain my well and septic system to me and they took the time to teach me routine maintenance, which truly saved me money. They are trustworthy and don’t automatically go for replacing.Mr Mike Hubbard was the Plumber who serviced my last 2 calls and I wanted to give him a personal 5 Star review.     We have had excellent response and service from Cumberland Plumbing. I called this morning regarding our leaking water heater.     I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I couldn’t recommend Rhaheeme & Mac enough. They came same day as I called to replace a kitchen faucet and outdoor spigot and within 30 minutes they were here. 30 minutes after that everything worked like a charm. They were really nice, professional and transparent with the whole service. I will be calling them again on the next plumbing projects!

    This was our first time using Cumberland Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Mr. Mike Hubbard came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He solved the issue we were having within five minutes of arriving. He even located our septic tank that we’ve been looking for after living in our home for 8 years.     Very accommodating to schedule service call when I wanted it. Michael called when on his way, both times. Arrived as scheduled, both times.     Hot water heater installation. Our experience, start to finish, was excellent. From the first call to the front desk, to the moment the technicians left, were very pleased with the services provided. Installation took under two hours and the price was significantly cheaper than the multiple quotes we received.     Been dealing with Well water since 2018! In woodbine smelled terrible… Cumberland plumbing came out installed a aerator and pump, piped it all into well.!     The water line to the toilet broke inside the wall at night. I called Cumberland Plumbing and they told me that they did not have anyone available but call in the morning. In the morning I called back, John was understanding and told me he will get someone out to my house. Once the technicians arrived (didnt catch their names) they immediately told me what they were going to do and proceeded to do it. I expected a big hole in the wall but it was small which I was happy about. My main shut off valve was not working properly and asked if it can be replaced which he definitely did no hesitation. I appreciate the job that they did, I also am very pleased that they made sure I had running water in my house and no leaks before they left!     I have had several problems with my plumbing over the couple of years Ive lived here. Every time Ive called someone its always snake the pipes and it will be fine. After several times doing that and it never working for more than a month or two I called Cumberland Plumbing. They came out at the set time and went straight to work. After several hours of digging and a lot of replaced piping they were able to fix the horrible plumbing job I had. I couldnt believe the amount of work it took! What was even more unbelievable was the price. After working all day, 9 a.m. until almost 6 p.m., and a lot of replaced piping it only cost $1100. I would recommend them to everyone. Awesome customer service, fantastic workers, and a very reasonable price. Great job Mike and Rhaheeme!

    We’ve used Cumberland Plumbing multiple times throughout the years, but this week they literally saved us so much stress and money. After discovering a slab leak in our hot water line and calling a million people to repair just the slab leak with no success , we decided to go ahead and repipe the entire house. The crew worked so hard and were extremely polite and didn’t mind answering all of the questions I had throughout the 2 days of work. John worked us into the schedule so we did not have to continuously turn our hot water supply off and on to shower! I could not recommend this company enough!

    Cumberland came to my house the same day I fired the Lowes contractor to install my water softener. They did a great job in two hours. 10 months later, a leak developed in the system.     Our outside water spigot came loose from the house on a Saturday evening, water everywhere. I called 6-7 different plumbers, knowing it would be difficult to get a technician out on a weekend in a small town - only Cumberland Plumbing called me back within 15 minutes, and they had someone come out to fix it within the next 20 minutes. They were friendly, quick and professional and really saved the day. Cumberland Plumbing has a customer for life!

    I cant believe how amazing this company is. Very polite and friendly on the phone. Super helpful with dealing with my rental company. They were quick to help me. My water heater sprunge a leak at midnight and flooded my garage. The next morning called and talked with the company. I was told the plumber would be here between 2-4. He called me at 145 and said he was on his way. Was here at 2. Fixed the water heater and was done in 10 minutes. The plumber was super friendly and helpful.     Great job! Plumber showed up sooner than expected, quickly diagnosed a basic repair that I had feared was going to be very expensive.     We just moved to the area and had no clue who to call for our leaking faucets in the laundry room. I looked online and found Cumberland Plumbing and said to my daughter they are local, lets call them. I left a msg on their machine, got a return call within 15 min. and then was told they would be by our house that day. Gave me a time window of when they would be there and sure enough they were here in that time frame. Mike called me and told me he was on his way and should be at my house in 20 min and sure enough he was. He knew exactly what was wrong when he got there and then showed me how to shut the water down cause we have a water softener an I had no clue how to do it. Mike then moved the washer on his own (mind you this thing weighs a ton) and moved it back after he made the repairs. Our initial call was about the cold water bib, because we very rarely use the hot water, but Mike noticed how bad the corrosion was on the hot and repaired as well so not to cause damage later. All and all, best experience with a plumbing company.
