    Our hot water tank had an internal failure and needed to be replaced. I called Just In Time Plumbing and they had techs out the next day to quote the work. Doug and Travis quickly and accurately determined that it needed to be replaced and went over the various options and associated costs with me. They were very personable and knowledgeable. They scheduled me for installation the next day. Joey and Austin showed up early for the appointment and got right to work. Just a short while later the replacement was complete. They advised me of the associated warranties and ownership practices for the hot water heater. Overall I would recommend this service to anyone needing it. See attached before and after photos.

    I had an issue with the toilet water backing up into the shower. I called Just in Time Plumbing within minutes Mr. Doug and Seth came out and fixed our issue.     Just in Time Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used, and it is the only plumbing company I will use.I have needed their services for various reasons in recent years, and their customer service has been excellent each and every time -- from the friendliness of the receptionist who answers the phone to the technicians who respond to the call.This last time, I had lost water to my home. Doug and Seth found and fixed the problem quickly. Their professionalism was outstanding. I cannot recommend this company enough.

    Very satisfied customer here! Doug & Travis were very very nice. They got here within 30 mins from the time I called, which was awesome, literally no wait at all! They fixed my shower very quickly, & even unclogged another tub. Doug & Travis were very professional, & fun to chat with! They are going to install a new shower for us soon, once I pick one out.     Austin and Seth were amazing they came out on a Sunday evening when we really needed it! They were upfront about costs, very professional. Let us know we had a venting issue so we could get it fixed! We are so thankful! Highly recommended

    Both my toilets suddenly started backing up and I couldnt use either one of them along with my shower or washer. I called to get an appointment for two days later when Id be off work because I thought it would be too late in the day to have someone come out the same day. Fortunately Just in Time Plumbing was able to work me in and have a technician come out within the next 30 minutes to see what could be done. A technician name Doug Millsaps was available at the time and called to let me know he was on his way. He checked the pipes under my house and outside to assess the problem. Within 2½ hrs Time he was able to figure out the problem and clear my drainage pipe. I felt that he went above and beyond what was needed to be done to fix my issues. He was very professional, explaining what he was finding along with working to get the job done. I really appreciate his service and Id strongly recommend anyone needing Doug Millsaps service to ask for him directly. I will definitely recommend him and Just in Time Plumbing to all my family and friends 🙂

    We called Just In Time Plumbing due to an emergency crack in our water pipe and couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. Seth, Doug and Travis were very kind, helpful, well mannered and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It didnt feel like they were there to do a job and then leave as quick as possible. They answered all of our questions and really seemed to care. We appreciate the outstanding service we received and will be calling Just In Time Plumbing if we ever need anything in the future!

    They came out last year behind three other companies that couldnt/wouldnt fix my problem without spending $3k+. Travis and crew fixed the problem for around $450.We havent had any other problems until Friday 11/15/24 when the kitchen sink wouldnt drain. They came back yesterday 11/20/24 and ran a new drop from the kitchen to the main line. We were washing dishes and the sink backed up at 9:00pm on Thursday night. Travis came out diagnosed and fixed the problem and was happy to do so. He was in and out in less than an hour!!Travis knows his customer service and knows his trade very well! This man deserves a raise!!!!! Just In Time Plumbing, you have a gem of an employee!! Keep him!!!

When I called Just in Time, it was a grand total of five minutes from the time I placed the initial call until their plumbing tech was on the phone, informing me he was 6 minutes away.     This company has assisted us a couple of times since we moved in to our home. They have always been kind and courteous. Today Doug and Seth came out to assist with inspecting a our sewage pump and it turned out to be a faulty check valve. Doug gave us a reasonable quote to have it replaced and got the work scheduled for us. Once again a team from Just In Time Plumbing was courteous and paid attention to our concerns. By listening to our concerns they also found that there maybe a clog in the sewer line at the street.

    We had a clogged toilet which posed a very aggravating situation with three adults and only one bathroom in our home. Upon calling around trying to find a plumber Just In Time was said to be the more “pricey” one but turned out to be the only one willing to work us in their schedule right away. Doug & “Stepladder” came right out and jumped into action. They took all steps necessary for eliminating the problem with the cheapest outcome. They both were very friendly yet professional which made the unpleasant situation not such an awkward one and as far as the cost it was no more than the other quotes we received plus without the wait.     Had a broken water line, called Just In Time on a Saturday evening and they sent out person to come fix it the next day on a Sunday morning and fixed my issue. The plumber they sent out name was Seth. Awesome guy and fantastic worker and very respectful.

    Just-in-time plumbing came out today on short notice and really helped out the Kings Mountain Optimist. We had 3 youth football games going on today and lost the bathroom facilities half way through the first game. Before halftime of the second game Just-In-Time had us up and running. We had considered cancelling the games and rescheduling them which would have been hard on the parents and players of both teams but especially for the visiting team from Rutherford county.     WOW!!! What a wonderful experience. I had to have the main water line replaced from the water meter to my house. Justin, Randy, James, John, and Jeremy was a GREAT group of men to work with. They were very professional, did a great job and solved my problem. I had tried several things myself to unstop the toilet. I had vacuumed out all the water from the toilet bowl and found out I couldnt move the shop vac as it was now too heavy for me.     I have an old well on my property that wasn’t working. I called on Monday at 5pm and they were here quickly on Wednesday on time. The technicians Doug and Travis were very professional and took extra time to explain everything. I went from knowing zero about wells to knowing a good bit. They provided a detailed quote on the spot with multiple options and gave me their ideas to be as cost efficient as possible. There was no pressure to make a choice and it wasn’t a typical sales pitch. It was nice to be educated and I appreciated them taking their time to do it.

    Very professional and thorough gentleman and we will be using them in the future to update the pipes in the house. For our current issue, Doug and Travis came out during the holidays to check on why several of our drains were not draining at all after our own attempts to fix it failed. They were very thorough in checking and informing us on the risks of trying to use the drill-snake to bust the clog given the old plumbing and the risk of it cracking the pipe. Since we did not want to take that risk during the holidays, they still attempted to help the issue by trying other options which did improve the draining some. They also handled a separate plumbing issue that had also popped up earlier in the week that they had not expected to do while on the call but were happy to take care of that as well.

    Very satisfied with the services I received from Just In Time Plumbing. Joey and Dallon were very prompt in arriving both times.     I just had a leaking pipe repaired in my bathroom along with a bathroom vanity installation just today with Just In Time Plumbing. And I tell you, the quality of plumbers and service at Just In Time Plumbing surpasses nearly all of the other plumbing companies in the area. I was a little dubious when Mark stepped out of the truck -- this guy looks hardcore; but he turned out to be one of the funniest, most genuine, friendliest, down to earth people youd ever want to meet. If I drank, Id buy him a beer. And his partner, Dallon is the sweetest kid. He is knowledgeable, sure of himself, and funny and personable as well. They had my face hurting laughing at them so much, but during all the laughter and wise-cracking, they got the job done superbly. It can sometimes feel a bit unnerving having strangers in your house -- but Mark and Dallon put me right at ease, and did a fantastic job! Ive been using Just In Time Plumbing (JITP) for a few years now -- they seem to always shoot me straight, do excellent work, and theyre a good group of men who enjoy what they do and have a good time while doing it.     They are beyond awesome and professional! My pipe connection to my cold water in the kitchen was leaking, on a Saturday. I called them, very professional on phone. Lady said the guy would call when he was on his way, he arrived within an hour of my call !! Jon knew what was wrong and fixed our pipe within a few hours. He was great! Fixed it, cleaned up, just nice all around! Professional professional professional!! Will continue to use them from now on!!

    Mark did my estimate and was more than courteous. I have 4 dogs that stay in my home. So, its not easy to deal with when you come in as a stranger. Doug did my repair and everything is working great. No problem with this company.

    Quick and fair, we only use Just In Time. Plumbing is huge to a small laundromat like ours. Its great that they are a phone call away.

    I got a recommendation for these guys from work and I can see why. My mom had a drain line that I had tried everything to unclog with no success. Doug did a fantastic job! They showed up early and got the job done. Very honest and affordable. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good and honest plumber that wont charge an arm and a leg!
