    A 23yr old door brought back like BRAND NEW 😍🥳I am truly satisfied with the work that Robert provided. He was very professional with his work, and took his time in the blazing heat to make sure it was done professionally.💯 He explained the benefit and money too be saved by not doing one thing at a time. I need the spring done as It had snapped and he explained the Domino effect to happen if I just had it done. So I had everything done except the door. And now it works like new and at a VERY Reasonable price THANK YOU VERY MUCH.i appreciate your professionalism.💯😊Oh did I mention he did it by himself?🫶🏿

    I was extremely impressed with my call late on a Friday for appointment on Monday. One of the managers called late Friday and said they had an opening on Saturday and would I like them to come early I said yes receive an early message from Robert that he was coming to do the work, also received the second message when he was 15 minutes out and then when he was on site, he explained the work he did the work he has to do and how he goes about it. He gave me the estimate. I think the quality and value is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone who has second thoughts of spending money on an overhead door .

    My experience with A1 Garage door service was very good. My technicians name Robert R. Out of Kingman was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He examined my problem with my garage door opener and proceeded to go over all the options offered for a new opener or repair. Understanding my financial situation he continued without being pushy to come up with a way to help me without putting me in a bind financially. He explained what was wrong and what I needed thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He was so patient. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting great customer service. Robert repaired my opener and gave me a good price I could afford. My door now opens once again smoothly and quieter than before. Thank you Robert for your professionalism yet friendly manner!

    Awesome service from the first phone call. They say you can hear a smile through the phone, and that is absolutely true! They set me up with an appointment for 11/6 and kept me fully notified of the expected arrival of our technician, including him calling to let me know we were his next stop. Robert was quick with his assessment and repair, very knowledgeable. He did give us a heads up on some future repairs that will be needed, but did not pressure us to decide on the spot. We will definitely be calling them again when we can afford the other repairs, and get our second door serviced. Keep an eye out for their coupons and ask about payment plans.

    Called them after hours and on a Saturday. A human answered and I was able to make an appointment with a salesperson. He came out and was very helpful and very nice. The installer came out a couple of days later and installed my door. I was very pleased with both young men.

    Fantastic company to use for your garage door repairs. I had weather stripping done on my garage doors.     Today, A1 Garage Door Gonzalo Mendoza was the installer to remove my old Garage Door and install New Insulate Garage Door. After talking to Gonzalo and finding he was from Las Vegas since Kingman only has service tech . After agreeing on how we decide to install the outside trim and signing he proceed to remove old Door and install all new door, hardware, springs, frame. It took about 3 to 4 hours and the new door looks great, its much quiet then my old door. Gonzalo explain to me some point to spray silicone lube at least once per year or every six months. I trust A1 Door for there knowledge, the training the guy go thru and to make sure they have the know how to do the job right and not do short cuts. Plus, having a new door will last and new warranty of not have to worry about repairs. Great job Gonzalo Mendoza.

    Josh was supposed to evaluate the opener we had, it was in service for 15yrs, I asked him to let me know any other problems, I also mentioned to him that I wanted to install a camera, he was honest and told me he could fix my unit, but said it was a bandaid at best, he installed a opener,that he had with him and replaced the rest of the moving parts, the only parts he didnt have was the rubber seal.I think if you consider the life of the unit, I got a good deal. And the seals for the trim are ordered.
