We have used the services of Your Home Heating and Air multiple times with our heating system. They were always on time and professional in their work, with reasonable prices. They always take time out to explain and answer any questions one might have. Recently they installed a heat pump and Mini splits in our home. Their work was excellent. They are our go to people for any heating or cooling needs we might have.

Our furnace quit working so Paul came out and verified that it was not safe to run. Because of the age of the furnace, repair was not worth investing. Later that afternoon Paul came back and installed a new furnace. I am very happy with the work he did and answering all our questions. I would highly recommend Your Home Heating and Air to everyone I know.

Did great job with HVAC and Plumbing remodel on my parents home so they were able to have a main floor bathroom! Also installed an air source heat pump and combi boiler that are super efficient!

Our furnace went out a few days before thanksgiving, they came the day before thanksgiving and installed a new furnace. The best part for a housewife was they put canvas down so they wouldn’t get my floor dirty. I wld highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out last night, in the middle of January, so we called Paul, the owner of YOUR HOME HEATING AND AIR, and explained the situation, he was very courteous and told us there would be someone out within the hour, which they showed up promptly on time, did a complete cleaning ang servicing of the unit and installed a new thermostat. The tech was efficent, knowledgeable, and speedy in the repair. When he left, we thanked him, and were glad to have our heat working again, however a couple of hours later , it started acting up again, not wanting to start, so we called them back at 10:30 P.M., thinking to leave a message, only to be surprised when Paul, the owner, answered the phone again!!! He was courteous , even at that hour, and told me hed have someone out, I thought he meant the next morning. Much to our surprise, again, there was a knock on our door within the hour, the same tech, and he ended up replacing another part that was working although intermittently, sometimes it would work and other times would not,,,,,,,,,,,,,he did not charge us for any labor , nor service call, only the cost of the part, and again thanked us for our business, ,,,,,,,,, and it is working just fine!!! THANK YOU PAUL AND BLAINE!!! We will use you in the future, hopefully not for a while!!! I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs fast , efficient , and reasonably priced service.

He was excellent with communication, keeping me informed throughout the process, and the pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved.
