Great people and service! We are new homeowners in Kill Devil Hills and going through the paces of reaching out to everyone, HVAC, plumbers, and of course electricians. BRS came through in a big way, were super responsive when we had a partial outage. Genia in their office has been outstanding, and Michael came over yesterday to solve our problem... He is a genius! We are so happy with their work/service and BRS are now our go to electricians!

BRS Electric is the best on the Outer Banks- professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We’ve hired them for repair and installation and their work is excellent, and technicians are friendly and highly qualified electricians. Highly recommend!

What a wonderfully responsive company !! Had an electrical issue that the previous electrician botched. Wanted to get it repaired, tho not an emergency. Even though they said it may be a couple of weeks until they could get to us as OBX is crazy busy this time of year....guess what? They came out 3 days later! Dakota was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and precise. Had it repaired quickly. This company earned wings!

BRS Electrical provided the wiring installation for an addition on my home. The owners were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fair-priced. The two installers were professional, exceptionally knowledgeable about all things electrical and the required NC code. On the day of install, I made a couple of last minute changes to my original plan and the technicians said no problem and had the necessary parts. BRS Electrical is all around excellent company to do business with. I will never use anyone else after this great experience.

The Electrician was professional and did an outstanding job in identifying the cause of our electrical outage in several rooms. Also recommended and completed installation of our doorbell/security camera. Was flexible and reasonably priced, as our house was an hour away from his business.

The after hours call in operator never forwarded my info.Once I called back,spoke to Karen, she listened to the problem very courteously.She called back within minutes and as luck would have it/, a crew was nearby.They came quickly. They were very professional, located the faulty curcuit and replaced it. I definitely would call them again!
