    Cody was my plumbing technician. He knew I was on a budget and worked quickly to resolve my clogged issue. I am so excited that my washing machine and sink are no longer backed up. I used Triple S Plumbing last week to have my septic drained and they were on time efficient, affordable and very friendly. I am so grateful to be able to have a company that I can call and depend on.

    Thought I had a septic backup last night so I called Triple S. in the morning to see if they could get me in for an emergency pump out. Laurie was so nice, she got me on the schedule right away (even though I’m all the way out in Putnam) and David was here in a couple hours.Turns out we didn’t have a backup but we still got it pumped since it had been a few years. David was super nice and helpful - everything is flushing normal now! Thank you for coming out on such short notice!

    I have been using Triple S Plumbing over the past 20 years whenever I was in need. Plumbers are expensive...just accept it. You are paying for experience and quality work. Dont try and fix plumbing on your own, it will most likely not go as planned. Triple S are experts and I highly recommend them.

    I will never use anyone else other than Triple S, I spoke with Thomas Skinner about some issues I believed we were having with our septic tank. He assured me the septic tank was full and should get it pumped out. Robyn at the office was very thorough in communicating with me, and scheduling a time to complete the work. The workers showed up and were very helpful explaining the means and methods of their work. Overall couldn’t have asked for better service and experience. When in doubt call SSS.

    I will never use anyone else for any plumbing or septic issues! Super friendly. Super responsive. We had a back up in our plumbing lines due to a full septic. They called me not knowing if they would be able to get out to me today due to a truck issue. I explained my situation that I had an autistic son who refuses to use the bathroom with anything being in the toilet. He assured me he will make it happen for us. And within a hour they were here. They found the septic tank very quickly. The two guys were very friendly and gave us good pointers on what to use and what not to use. Im very satisfied with SSS plumbing !

    I had a “semi-emergency” plumbing situation today. I called Triple S at the recommendation of a friend and I can’t begin to speak of how highly satisfied I am with their service. They came within about 2 hours and fixed my issue in a timely manner with 100% professionalism. Kevin and Lloyd are top notch! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend Triple S Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have!

    I spoke with the owner yesterday which was a Sunday to have my tank pumped. Unfortunately he couldnt get someone here. He then texted my at 720 this morning seeing if I still needed help. Within an hour they were here. The guys were very professional and hard working. I highly recommend Triple S Plumbing!!

    Huge thanks to Eric and Cody with Triple S Plumbing in Keystone Heights, FL!!! I couldnt have found better professionalism than in these two men who take pride in their work and do not cut corners.Perhaps that means I pay more because it takes longer but, I have always believed THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!I have total satisfaction with all the jobs they were asked to do and my home is cleaner than before they arrived!Those jobs included:1. Running tubing from the Reverse Osmosis under the kitchen sink to the refrigerator at the far end of the room.2. Installing new shower temperature hand lever that I had purchased and was told by another plumber that it could not be used and it would probably take over 3 hours to complete. I am guesstimating it was completed in less than 30 min.3. Replacing five exterior water hose spigots that were probably 35 years old, badly corroded etc. Not exactly simple to remove.4. Determined reason for guest room bathroom tub knob not functioning properly. The part has been ordered and they will return to replace the knob.They would get MORE than five stars from me if it were possible.Highly Recommend them.

    I called Triple S at their Keystone office on Monday evening after hours to get my septic pumped out. I had called earlier in the day but their schedules were full. Monday night found me desperate for service because now our septic was about to overflow in house. Jody called me back after I left a frantic message and assured me someone would be at my house first thing Tuesday morning and they were great at upholding their word. Work was completed and area cleaned up. They charged me the going rate for this service in the Starke area. Very pleased with their response and work. Out of approximately 10 other septic services Triple S were the only one that we received an answer from and a solution. Will recommend them to anyone that needs service!!!

    In response to the negative post about receptionist being rude. Please tell the truth when you post on these sights. You were told That triple s plumbing is out a couple of months for estimates. However not too busy to take your info and try to help. However they can take your name and number and call you back if they can get to it sooner. The Truth would be appreciated. However you do have your opinion . Triple S has always been accommodating and they did call me back as promised.

    Had an emergency at 10pm septic system failure and had no clue what I was going to do and called Triple S. They were out the next morning, Kalvin was very knowledgeable and knew right where to look and what to do. He replaced the lift pump and repaired a clean out and set up the alarm system. Lots of shoveling and cleaning. I was back up and running by noon. I can not thank them enough for the fast response and doing a great job. Again thank you for the great work.

    I had my septic tank (service) drain yesterday and the operation/service went well. The technician located the septic openings and did his job very good. After he finished the job he resealed the opening and covered back. Very professional job, I recommend it. Thank you.

    Steve from Triple S came out and serviced our septic system this morning. He did a great job and shared with us ways to care for our system. Hopefully we wont have any issues anytime soon, but I wouldnt hesitate to call Triple S Plumbing in the future.

    On the Friday prior to the Labor Day weekend I called Champion Septic to have a routine preventative pumping done on my tank. He only pumped the dosing tank and did not inspect the other two tanks. About one week after that my septic tank backed up at 5:00 on a Saturday. I had to call an emergency service, and in this case it was Metro Rooter. This man came out and did some diagnostic testing, and after dropping a whole box of cigarettes into my tank, he charged me $300 and went on his way.I called Triple S for an evaluation of my system and told them the problem I was having. This was about 4:00 Thursday afternoon. I spoke with one of the co-owners, Tommy, and explained to him what I was told that the problem might be, and let him know that I was looking for a company that could use a camera to help diagnose what the real issue was. Tommy was on another job but said as soon as he was finished he would grab his camera and head my way.A little less than an hour later Tommy and Kalvin showed up. After a quick explanation by me and a visual on their part they got to digging. Do to the layout of my system and its piping, it was a little more difficult than they had expected. They dug, cut and put the camera in at least four or five different locations until they were able to locate the problem. As they were doing this we discussed everything about septic systems and potential problems and it was obvious that these two gentlemen knew what they were talking about.Even though it was late in the evening they never once complained or had a negative thing to say. These two guys are true professionals and customer service like this is almost non-existent anymore.The bottom line is that my drain field needs to be replaced. Although these guys went above and beyond the call of duty I still have to shop prices. But I guarantee you if the prices are fairly close Triple S Plumbing will definitely get the bid.

    After a bad experience with another septic company Tripple S was a breath of fresh air. Tommy and Jody were great. They came out to look at my system and offered solutions and pricing that fit my budget and saved me a ton of money. I would definitely recomend!

    Steve and his helper did a fantastic job! Offered helpful hints on septic tank maintenance and were genuinely friendly and helpful. Got the job done quickly, very thoroughly, and the price was right. They even let me chat with them while I watched the draining action. :) I will happily use them again if Im ever in need of septic or plumbing services. GREAT SERVICE!

    Had a problem with some intermittent backing up of plumbing in house. Greg (whom was knowledgeable and professional) came out and took care of investigating this intermittent problem, which could end up being more involved if what he did doesnt fix it. Time will tell. If so, I will call Triple S again as I was very satisfied and would recommend them, and the price/charge was reasonable.
