    I had huge rain wash offs all the way across the back of my home and was losing my back yard…Thank you to American Gutter for helping me make the best decision to solve this problem. I had the pleasure of talking to pretty much everyone on staff and had the friendliest, most professional experience. Brian sent a larger crew to my house due to the length and metal roof. They showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job with the install and clean up. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I was able to make payments while I was waiting for my install date so it was not a big payment all at once. This small, LOCAL company is the best in the business…they are by far the easiest to work with from the office staff to the crews - everyone was so helpful.

    Due to back to back hurricanes and constant rain, we had to wait for our install; however, it was well worth the wait! The installation crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with our beautiful new patio cover. The office staff was great in the face of all the scheduling difficulties and our constant phone calls. 😜 I would highly recommend American Gutter to anyone looking to have aluminum or gutter work done!

    American Gutter installed a screen enclosure in my lanai, and I want to thank them for a textbook installation. American Gutter was the 4th contractor I asked to give me a quote. The previous three contractors were all nice but gave me resistance to producing an engineering report and applying for a permit for the installation. The other three contractors told me I did not need those and just let them do the job.Christine at American Gutter called the City of Newberry Code Enforcement and to her surprise, confirmed I did indeed need both an engineering report and a permit. This seemed like an extreme requirement for a screen installation in an existing structurally sound lanai – construction 2018. But American Gutter took care of these requirements.Brian came out to assess the job and provide a quote. He was professional and very honest, explaining they had a backlog of jobs, and it could take a few months to get to this project. I appreciated this. I also appreciate that a subtle comment I made to Brian regarding preferring a foam spacer instead of caulk where the frame meets the house’s Hardy Board was remembered and installed.The installers? Jason, Johnathan and Billy. All polite, professional and competent. They knew their stuff. At one point watching the installation, it seemed like the 82nd Airborne had arrived in my back yard. Before they began and were setting up for the job, Jason reviewed the engineering report with me and Billy confirmed the placement of the door. When completed we did an inspection, and I was impressed with how well the screen, pet door and kick-plates were installed. The crew left the job-site spotless.Throughout the multi-month process (some frustrating delay due to Newberry Code Enforcement permit approval process) Christine kept me fully informed with updates. While this was the highest quote I received (due to permitting requirements) I tipped the crew – working under very hot and humid conditions.     American Gutter has helped me with three jobs on my home. A simple gutter with downspout, a complicated gutter that tied in water from a garage roof into a gutter on a flat roof, and adjusting a gutter spout to accommodate a rain barrel. Each time their work has been outstanding. They treated the minor spout job with attention to detail and helpfulness as though it was a larger project. I give them my highest recommendation.

    We had great experience! The entire process was well-communicated, quick and professional. We got black gutters to match our black roof and fascia and you can’t even tell that we have gutters, it looks really finished and sleek. Would highly reccomend!

    We have a client that recommended American Gutter from their past experiences. We called the wrong place at first, but thankfully we figured it was the wrong place by the poor experience.     Had leaky aluminum roof over my sun porch that had been leaking for decades removed and replaced with new roofing materials and gutters. They also replaced wood stairs and pickets. Christine in the office called and emailed with updates and was very responsive and courteous. The guys were here 8hrs/day (worked their butts off) for 2 days and It looks beautiful!

    I really cant say enough good things about this companys product (all metal), and the installer, William (in NE Florida). William corrected the pitch of the already existing gutters to promote better flow. He took his time to do the job right. As with any company, pricing is negotiable, but this company is significantly less expensive than competitors, with a superior product. I told William that he ought to get a promotion!

    We’re so satisfied with the service we’ve received. We had gutters installed in 2020 and we’ve had no problems. It’s been a great improvement to the issues we’ve had in the past with drainage age leaves.Last week I called them about a gutter adjustment due to an architectural change in the front of our house. I was promised a visit to inspect the desired change and today Brian called to come by. He was informative, professional, and we came up with a better solution than I anticipated. I highly recommend American Gutter for their reliable service and quality work.

    American Gutters first installed gutters at my home in APR-2016 and did an OUTSTANDING job. Those gutters are still working perfectly and look great. After recently adding a porch addition to my home, I contacted American Gutters again to install gutters and soffit on the new porch. Again... OUTSTANDING customer service and the installation crew (Sebastian, Bill and Mike) exceeded my expectations! (NOTE: Sebastian was one of the installers on the APR-2016 crew which says a lot about how Keith/Brian take care of their employees and speaks volumes about the company.)Thanks again to Keith, Brian, Mary, Christine and the entire staff at American Gutters for providing an amazing product and service at a fair price. Hard to find these days.If you need seamless gutters and/or soffits, these are the folks to call! Good people... GREAT COMPANY!

    I needed replacement latches for our back porch aluminum screen doors. I could not find the correct latch online or at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Christine at American Gutter had me send measurements and a photo of the latch, and they were able to match it. And to beat all, they didn’t charge me for them.     I just had American Gutter remove my old soffit, and install new soffit, fascia, gutters and down spouts. They were so good! Im so happy with the result! Sebastian was extremely nice and professional. I didnt get the others names but they were very efficient and nice. It was a really good experience. Highly recommend!

    I highly recommend this company. American Gutter installed the gutters around our back porch and pool area. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. Then when we replaced the roof and extended it which required the gutters to be modified and in one area replaced, we called American Gutter to repair and replace the gutters for us. They did a great job and also made recommendations to us to ensure we would not have any issues. Worked out perfectly! We have had a difficult time determining how to or really what to do with our back porch regarding screening it and happened to mention this to the guys installing the gutters. They told us American Gutter does this and may also have some ideas. What? So we made an appt and sure enough these folks are awesome. After several yrs of what do we do???, we had a plan. American Gutter screened in our back porch and we installed retractable screens to the pool area so the view is not compromised. We could not be happier with the outcome! Everyone we dealt with on our projects were personable, helpful, respectable, and just want to say a big thank you to everyone at American Gutter!!!

    Highly Recommend - I have used American Gutter for soffit replacement in the past and now gutters. Both times they have done an awesome job. With the gutters, I made a mistake on the final drawing for one of the downspouts. They came back out and corrected my mistake for no additional charge and said they just wanted us to be pleased with the job. We were!

    They installed gutters on all 4 sides (except screen porch) of my house almost 6 years ago and they still look just as good as new. They put hidden metal supports underneath them so no sagging. Also no issues with color fade or leaks.

The pricing was affordable and the service was phenomenal. The crew arrived onsite and moved quickly to task and cleaned up after completing the installation which is rare with most vendors. I would highly recommend their company.

    Have used American Gutter twice now, had them rescreen a aluminum back porch late last year and was very impressed with the work so I had them come back to replace the roof with new gutter and soffit and they did a great job, I am very pleased with their workman ship, crew was pleasant and professional.     Oct. 2022 - We contracted with American Gutter this summer to address leaking in the roof of our Florida room. Their rep came out and assessed the situation. We received a reasonable quote. The workers who came to our home were on time, professional, patient, and efficient. I showed them the problem area, and they worked to install a new sheet of metal over that area of the roof to stop the leaking. We are very pleased with the end result, which has stopped the leaking problem. From beginning to end, our dealings with American Gutter went very well -- they were responsive to our questions, and did exactly what we needed to have done, for a reasonable price. Good, honest workers.

    It is good to know that Customer Service is alive and well at American Gutter in Keystone Heights. American Gutter earned a Five Star review for their expertise, on-time arrival, timely service, professional installation, and a truly wonderful product. Even better they also gave me the best price out of 4 bids. We just bought our home and we rain-gutters were an important purchase. We wanted seamless gutters that looked like they were built with the house, as opposed to an add-on to the house. American Gutter sent Brian out to estimate the project and he discussed a variety of options with me. He listened carefully to my thoughts and concerns and he made some great suggestions. Im so glad I listened to him. I had a written cost estimate from him in less than one business day...it was the last bid and they beat all the others. Truthfully, I was more impressed with Brian and his suggestions (nobody else even bothered to share)...the true sign of a professional. Rebecca called me to schedule the work a few hours later and the work was done in just a few days.The installation was performed by two gentlemen that arrived on time in a well equipped pickup and trailer to do the work. They had everything they needed to do the job and went to work immediately. Both gentlemen were courteous, dressed professionally, and demonstrated a significant experience. They knew exactly what was needed and got it done in a few hours. They took their time to pick up any screws or pieces of aluminum and cleaned-up their work area around the truck and trailer.Before leaving, they walked me around the house to inspect the work. They made sure I know to call if something needs attention, although they added...that wont happen. By the way, I received a follow-up call the next day to check in with me and make sure I was happy with the work.
