I called Pucek Electric, needing a job done within a week to meet a real estate closing deadline. Nancy was extremely helpful in getting me a quote and scheduling an appointment. Even though I ended up not needing the appointment, after all (I didnt know someone else had already scheduled the job), I would recommend them. They emphasize customer service!

I’m giving Edgar 5 Stars. Our electrical pole fell over and we had absolutely zero electricity. He Attached a new electrical panel on the side of my house, new wiring, Conduit, Junction and brought everything up to code for Kpub. Kpub installed the meter Edgar came back and took some amp readings, flipped the power on and my whole house came on like a Christmas tree. Amazing incredible service. Highly recommend you think twice about anyone else. Superb work in a very timely manner.

We needed an electrician Monday 10-8-24. It was after 5:00. We had a breaker sparking. We called Pucek Electric and Nancy answered the phone. She was concerned, quick to act and was delightful, telling us she would send Edgar to make an assessment. He arrived, shook our hands, asked what happened and went to work. He was efficient, mannered and told us what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. What a great guy. A huge 10 out of 10. He gave us his number and told us to call him if we had any other issues. A wonderful experience in customer service.

Had to completely relocate our breaker panel. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with (and always answered the phone when I called with questions). During the 5-day job, Julian was at my house every morning at the time he said he’d be there. These guys were no nonsense and professional in every regard. Will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Mark came to my cousins house to help do the electric for a hot tub. He not only found a way around problems we had with the box, but he was friendly. He also was very professional and experienced. I will definitely call again if I ever need electric work done. Thanks Mark!!

Absolutely 5 stars! Was not an emergency but needed to fixed. I called late Friday afternoon/evening and explained the problem. She called me Sunday afternoon to tell me the guys would be there Monday morning. Again not an emergency but she was scheduling. No waiting around all day and right on time, one hour work and was fixed and everything was working perfectly again. Service call and hourly rate worth every penny. Will use again next problem...thats a promise.

Needed and electrician at the last minute on Friday afternoon to fix my exterior office lights and plugs that would not work. They were able to immediately come and fix my problem so all of my security lighting and cameras would work over the weekend. Thank you for such a quick response and great job!

Pucex upgraded a distribution panel at the electric meter pole to allow an expansion of electricity to a new building on my property. The work was completed exactly as I wanted it done. The electrician and helper were very professional and knew how to get the job done and with the least disruption to my electric service. I am very happy with their work.
