    Zain is courteous, professional, prompt and an excellent communicator. his politeness was especially appreciated after speaking to a couple of area electricians who were unbelievably rude on the phone. i recommend zain for all your electrical work needs. he’s now my go to person for electrical & any future plumbing needs.

    Zain in wonderful! I called him and he stopped in hours to look at my plumbing problem. Said he would be back in an hour and he was!! Turned into more work than he anticipated and was here until it was finished!!! Totally recommend him!!!

    Zain should change the name to Sir lifesaver a lot! Unbelievable service. We had a leak and called him on a Saturday afternoon, he came ready for the job at 6pm (with a dishwasher in tow), left closer to 9pm! The job turned out to be a lot harder and complex than we had anticipated (yet he never changed the estimate/final prices). Additionally, Zain did not flinch, got it done, despite getting soaked with leaking water. He has an amazing get-it-done attitude, something not seen since pre-pandemic times! Great prices, even more so given the quality of the work. He got a client for life!

    Zain was incredibly responsive. I reached out this afternoon with a small plumbing problem. He responded right away and within two hours, everything was fixed and working. I’m not used to that kind of responsiveness around here, but it certainly was welcome. I thought his price was reasonable for the work done, and the work seems to have been done quite well.

    We had Zain out recently to ask his advice about some plumbing work that needs to happen in our bathroom as well as an active leak from our toilet. He directly addressed all issues and gave us a good idea of the work we were asking for before he started. He works quickly and thoroughly and contacted us after the job was done to make sure that the leak was fixed. He is great for small to moderate jobs around the house! We will definitely be calling him first in the future.

    Zain Eisenberg from Sir Fix A lot went above and beyond to fix a plumbing leak at 5AM on Saturday morning. He was timely, patient, professional and took the extra step to offer a very thorough tutorial. We finally have a better understanding of our well and got some great recommendations on our entire setup.Finding a 24 hour electrician and plumber in a rural area who knows his stuff is nearly impossible, but we are so grateful to have found him and would definitely recommend him to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    We had a mid-sized job outdoors in the winter to hook up new electrical service to outdoor equipment. Zain was the first and only recommendation we needed. He was very responsive and communicated regularly before, during and after the project. He was very clear to deal with and we had great results much more quickly than we had hoped considering current demands for local contractors. Highly recommended!

    I had called Zain a few weeks prior to his visit to help assess a plumbing leak in my shower faucet.He came out quickly, assessed and left me an estimate. I kept putting off the job because I wanted to try to understand and solve it myself.A few weeks had passed before I had enough confidence to give it a shot. After spending a day dismantling my faucet and driving around searching for the proper fixtures without any luck, I finally gave up and went to bed frustrated. The next morning I received a follow up from Zain wondering how I had made out with my plumbing issue! I took that as a sign from the universe and asked him when he could come and do the job.Zain didnt hesitate. He found the proper fixtures through his supplier and was o er within a few hours. He solved my problem and did it all in a really professional and friendly way.Thanks Zain.

    Zain is a life-saver: we have a rather complicated rainwater catchment system that depends on a sump pump moving rainwater through filters into holding tanks. At some point this winter, the pump died and took with it an automation panel. Zain helped me diagnose the issue on the phone determining the kind of new pump we needed, and additional parts to get to restore the system. He arrived on time early in the morning the very next day, did the job within the estimated timeframe, and improved the original installation with a much neater setup. He took some time to explain the repairs and to get familiar with the rest of the catchment system. He even had a couple of minutes to help me replace a tube light that was looking like it was on its last legs!Were very happy to have his contact and will definitely have him on speed-dial for our electric and plumbing needs!

    I rent my home out as an Airbnb as I split my time between the city and The Catskills and I am new to the community. Zain came as a recommendation from a neighbor and he saved my life! Super early in the morning my guest said that the heating died and the house was freezing. There were also strange noises coming from the unit.At 6 am I was able to catch Zain on his way to another call and he got to me right after. He was prompt, professional and found the issue right away. My guests are happy and I am relieved. I look forward to working with him again.

    Its *really* hard to get a hold of contractors Upstate these days (especially reliable, responsive ones). I had spent months searching for someone to work on rerouting some plumbing in the bathroom and no one was going to be available for weeks, and then, separately, my boiler went out and I needed someone urgently. I found Zains info on NextDoor and he came the next morning, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it on the spot within minutes. He was really honest about it being such a tiny job and wouldnt accept pay for it. I ended up asking if hed install a Tesla charger in the garage, and he came back to do it later that afternoon, and then while he came and did that, I mentioned that I needed some electric work done in the bathroom were renovating-- when he saw it, he mentioned that he could do the plumbing too. Suddenly, I had everything Id been waiting months for done in just a WEEK. A total dream. At this point, hes my go-to. I feel so lucky to have met Zain and look forward to working with him more in the future!Bonus: Hes up to date with his COVID vaccine :) You never know!
