When our heat pump stopped working I called Rick. He able to be at the house within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a bad fan motor on the outdoor unit. He had to order the motor. (Its a 19 year old unit so Im glad it was still available). He was back to install the new fan motor the day he received it. Were cool and comfortable now. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Rick!!

We had a new ac unit installed by Rickey in July. He was very professional, friendly, and gave good advice on how to keep our new ac unit in good shape and working like new for years to come. It worked wonderfully and kept us cool all summer. I held off on leaving a review until we could try things out for a bit.We went to turn the heat on this fall and the furnace didnt work. We had not used it since winter but it was working fine then. I contacted Rickey and he offered to come over to look at it immediately, at 11:30pm, when he realized we were without heat. We agreed the next day would be fine. He fit us into his just day, worked his magic, and in just a few minutes the issue was fixed and we had heat.We will definitely be using this company in the future for any heating/cooling needs we have. I highly recommend his business!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick from Thompson Plumbing and HVAC services. He tackled quite a list for me - from updating our plumbing starting right from the water meter, laying down new sewage lines, to getting a new furnace and AC unit in place with all the ductwork. And if that wasnt enough, he sorted out the gas lines for my stove, dryer, furnace, and even the water heater. Through it all, Rick was always there, making sure I was in the loop and addressing any concerns. When I weigh up everything he did against what I paid, I genuinely feel I got solid value for my money.

Couldnt have asked for a better plumber or job!! Showed up at appointment right on time,did his work and even fixed some not so good repair from last plumber. Definitely will be my go to if ever need anything else done. Highly recommend

Installed new central air and furnace, did a great job and was quick!!! Didn’t mind my dog happily answered 50 million questions from the peanut gallery. Told us how to keep our new equipment ship shape. If that’s not enough it’s a local small business. I won’t have issues with my HVAC for quite some time but if I have any plumbing issues I know who I’m calling. #ShopSmall
