I can’t say enough about this professional, experienced, top shelf company. I am on the board of a condominium association when we found major structural problems in one of the sunrooms. We were debating about going with a lower bid and all the people involved, are so thankful we chose Overbuilt. They were worth every penny. When they dug up the posts, there were some unexpected complications. They worked with the engineer, at no extra cost. Overbuilt not only fixed the problem, but greatly enhanced the quality and looks. The caliber of work cannot be matched. Everything was cleaned up and put back better than before. Honest, dependable, along with skillful competence are not often found in one company, but you can believe they are with Overbuilt. You won’t be sorry.
