We would highly recommend Tom Gagliardi Electric! They were reasonably priced, fit us into their schedule quickly, punctual, and were excellent at communication. They did a great job updating our electrical panel and adding some outlets in our home.

I cannot say enough about Tom Gagliardi Electric Co., LLC. When I called them it was the same day they responded to talk to me. Tom called me himself to find out the scope of the job and were there in such a quick turn around time. They were the same day in the job estimate and when I had questions, they answered them thoroughly. It is so nice to have someone that does what they say they will do, when they will do it and then follow through. I fully appreciate as a property manager the timely response.

My main breaker broke on a humid Saturday night I, had no power and a husband on oxygen. I called Sunday morning. They were extremely responsive. They did not have the part on hand but had offered to come out anyways and make something happen so we had power. I ended up having a friend with the right part that was able to fix, but exceeded my expectations as far as returning call on a Sunday and offering to temporarily fix bc of our situation was appreciated!

I want to start off by how impressed I was with their customer service. The individual I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and considerate. Also shout out to the electrician-Tom who was super informative and polite, and was able to come out the same day I called which the other companies on Kenosha were NOT able to do.. I highly recommend using these guys. I will be using them for all future projects.

Here is the scoop on the scope of my experience It is 125 an hour. The work is licensed and insured. Mr. Gagliardi hires good people that get the job done (I have used him several times over the years). They are professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was going to throw a friend some side-work... they charged the same. However, The friend kept hem-hawing around. I need the work done. I was so mad on Friday I saw absolute RED and did what I should have done in the first place...I called Gagliardi. I will never ask anyone else again. Lesson learned!

Called a couple places, 1 wanted 269.00 just to come over, then additional repair charges. I called Tom, and he sent someone over in less than an hour. Great service at a very fair price, no extra charge because of same day, emergency service.

Great service team!!! They were able to fit me in on a day I Really needed them even though they were swamped. The Electrician Miguel was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my home setup. I am so Grateful he was able to figure out the issue. The price I anticipated on paying was only a small fraction of what I ended up paying. Thank you so much you guys. You’re the best!!!!

We had no electricity to our house from a storm and needed assistance ASAP . We called Tom on a Saturday morning not sure if we could even have someone come out on a weekend. Tom answered right away and within 5 minutes he had someone on the way to our house. Miguel the electrician was amazing at his job and we are grateful for his knowledge to solve the problem quickly and give us back our electricity. Thanks so much!!!

The labor cost was kinda ridiculous for what was done, but when you dont know what is wrong, no one else bothers to show up, and you are bent over a barrel, they came through on time. $156.25 for 1 guy replacing a broken switch is rough, but I didnt know that was all it was, and I was out of options. 10/10 would call again.
