DMT and Brad Parise do excellent work. We needed to replace our front porch and walkway following major foundation repairs by another company. In spring 2023 we were all set to sign with DMT. Rather than getting us to sign right away, Brad suggested we wait a year so the ground would have a chance to settle. DMT completed our project in April 2024. Brad’s honesty, integrity, and knowledge of his trade are impressive. His crew wasted no time in getting the job done all while giving complete attention to every detail.We highly recommend DMT and look forward to working with them on future projects at our home.

We used DMT for concrete work. They did our driveway, front walk way and step. Brad and team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were fair, responsive and I trusted their guidance throughout the whole project. I highly recommend using DMT for concrete projects!

We use DMT for both our lawn care, and since were a lawn customer, we can use them for snow removal and we couldnt be happier with either service. They were quick to quote, and the prices we right what wed expect give our experience with other services. Theres always that break-in period with a new service, to get everything just how you want it, and DMT has been fantastic about hearing our feedback and making sure thats the last time we had to worry about it. Its nice to not have to repeat yourself to get things done just so. Their job quality is excellent, their customer service is unmatched, and their prices are very reasonable...well be using them as long as we live in the area!

Dave and his crew were fantastic to work with! I had a number of needs for some buried drainage and landscaping that I was pretty particular about. They were speedy from quoting all the way to finished result and were a joy to work with. Highly recommend them if youre in need of landscaping and or yard drainage work.

I wish I took a before and after photo to show the transformation. They did a great job. My front yard has a large flower bed that was taken over by every possible weed out there. I was unable to do the work myself so I contacted DMT Property Maintence and the work they did was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Amazing job on my lawn!I also asked them to remove the lava rock in my landscape bed and replace with stone. They not only cleaned up the mess that comes with the work but also my mess that I didnt get around to cleaning, such as leaves, gravel on the side walk, branches, etc...They took care of it all and left the area better then when they got there. Highly recommended. Will use for any and all lawn related services. You should too.

I was trying to get a landscaping company in Racine Wisconsin for a rental property I own up there. Dave at DMT was the only person who got back to me, and he was very prompt and professional.
