    The whole crew at Jerrys has been great through the entire install of our new propane boiler.     Jerrys was very accommodating and responsive in getting a technician to help identify our problem the same day we noticed an issue. They were quick and honest and we appreciated the information provided. They sent two repairmen back the next day to replace our boiler and they worked diligently for two days straight, staying late to finish the job. We very much appreciate their dedication to the job and their quick responsiveness to get us scheduled on such short notice.

    Alex was very professional and courteous when he came to install a new kitchen faucet and perform some other plumbing repairs for us. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and I received text and email reminders throughout the process. Very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be contacting Jerry’s plumbing for any future plumbing repairs that I may have.Update- This is the second time I have used Jerry’s Plumbing and I stand by my first review. We had a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to get someone out very quickly. It was Alex again and he was very helpful and professional and answered my questions. Glad to have found a reliable plumber in the area.

    Joe & Jake from Jerrys arrived to fix an issue with a fan unit on a Unico air handler that was not coming on when the T-stat was calling for heat.     Its Sunday! Justin who was on call came to house to try to get our heat going. He tried everything he could think of and in the end it was a faulty switch which was suspected, but he tried everything anyway. Jerrys will be back tomorrow to replace the switch but we being a bit chilly in here, appreciate the effort, especially on a Sunday!

    JERRY’S PLUMBING SAVED THANKSGIVINGAs home owner luck would have it, our boiler went on the fritz right before Thanksgiving. Temperatures dropped below freezing, and Jerry’s Plumbing came to the rescue replacing the entire boiler system with care. This was a massive job which required a truly dedicated team, and that’s the definition of Jerry’s Plumbing. Not only are they committed to delivering high quality service, but they are also extremely professionally, punctual, friendly and a pleasure to work with.     Team was on time, responded professionally, courteous, and provided detailed feedback on issue impacting our Baxi system, including necessary follow ups to repair deficiencies in the system. Replaced air filters with on heating/AC systems (I have two), and assured us that company would get back to us as soon as possible for follow-up service. HOWEVER - after the team departed, we discovered NO HOT WATER. A check of the Baxi system showed an error code of 128 and indication that the system was not firing. A call was made to Jerrys around 12:15 to report. The system will not reset.UPDATE: System repairs completed on Tuesday, April 3 once required parts were delivered to Jerrys on April 2. Technician was on time, identified a secondary issue that - when approved - was completed. BAXI system seems to be working flawlessly with hopes that two power failures on April 4 (winter storm) did not impact the boiler.

He arrived four days later to take a look at the job and they came back the next day to perform the job (disconnecting a sink + dishwasher). One of their plumbers (Jason) came and was able to fix the disposal in about ten minutes, and he was very friendly and professional.
